SAIC is seeking a Sr Intelligence Report Writer to provide direct support to NMEC Operations. This position will support the Reporting, Production, and Dissemination (RPD) team by producing Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) each week. Reports will be clear, concise, grammatically correct, and will consist of relevant document and media exploitation (DOMEX) findings based on priority intelligence requirements as leveraged by the government.
This position will include the following support:
Provide intelligence support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI) to include analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability.
Monitors and analyzes all strategic and operational aspects of political, military, and economic developments for the countries in the AORs and AOIs.
Assesses future and on-going political-military developments, military capabilities and doctrine, weapons acquisitions, and employment of military forces within each country (including the U.S.).
Researches, authors, and coordinates threat assessments to support the Commander and the senior leadership as well.
May focus on domestic, as well as, international threats. Considered to be a recognized authority in this area of expertise.
Intelligence analysis may include; IMINT, SIGINT, ELINT, HUMINT, or MASINT. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.
May support development and analysis of intelligence products. Presents analysis or products to customers.
May support policy and procedures development for agency, interagency, or community wide support.
Frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives.

SAIC is seeking a Painter and Integration Technician II in North Charleston, SC.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will be primarily tasked with performing moderate to complex vehicle integration tasks to include cable routing, metal work installations, and technical support to integrate, install, modify, and perform upgrades in support of C5ISR systems.
Provide occasional assistance to related support areas, including but not limited to kitting and warehouse operations.
Read and follow integration documentation, written or verbal instructions, schematics, rough sketches, drawings and diagrams, layouts, and plans often requiring interpretation.
Properly mixing two (2) part primer and paint.
Sanding painted metal surfaces, caulking, applying primer and top coat using a spray gun.

The Naval Business Unit, in support of the Defense and Civilian Sector, currently has a career opportunity for a Fleet Training Analyst to provide Fleet Deployment Training Program analysis to Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) in Norfolk, VA.
The individual in this position will provide fleet deployment training program policy and standards analysis support and serve as an action officer for the USFF Fleet/Joint Training Directorate (N7). Program analysts have experience at the senior level including supervisory experience. Program analysts, in general, review program (specific) data, evaluate program plans/changes and assist in the preparation of documents with various senior-level, civilian and military stakeholders. They are able to analyze program information, strategize plans, produce quality analytic work in the form of information papers, white papers, briefs, and executive correspondence and effectively present the results in a clear and concise manner when required. Program Analysts utilize time and government furnished equipment/information to accomplish their tasks successfully and promote program efficiencies. They are subject matter experts (SME) in their fields of expertise.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced program analyst (at least six years' experience) and SME in fleet training policy and standards. Echelon III (or higher) staff experience and a working knowledge or understanding of U.S. Navy fleet training policy and programs, the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP), and the Fleet Response Training Plan (FRTP) are highly desired for this position. In addition, he/she will have excellent public speaking, presentation, and time management skills, as well as at least two years of applicable Program Analyst experience in:
. U.S. Navy fleet operations, policy, systems, and staff procedures.
. Managing/ prioritizing large, complex projects involving numerous stakeholders.
. Leading working groups and cross-functional teams.
. Leveraging best practices and handling multiple tasks and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity/deliverables.
. Engaging Senior Staff at the Flag Officer/Director/Manager level.
. Conducting fleet readiness analysis/assessment to identify gaps, training needs and solutions.
Specific Functional Area duties include:
. Provide assistance and advice on incorporating continuous performance improvement methods and integrating best training and education business practices into Fleet training policy and management.
. Assist with the review of Fleet training policy; provide findings and advice to improve them. Outline roles, responsibilities, charters and develop templates to improve Government stakeholder initiatives.
. Assist with the coordination of senior echelon, combatant commander, and training command staff review of Fleet training policy and adjudication of issues to ensure alignment across the Fleet.
. Provide assistance and advice on the planning, coordination and administration of the Fleet Training Integration Panel (FTIP).

We are looking for a Full-time, Remote Pilot Operator (RPO) candidates to join the SAIC Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team at the Potomac TRACON (PCT) in Warrenton, VA, supporting air traffic controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism. The RPO plays the role of the pilot and other controllers in the Air Traffic Controller training simulator. The RPO operates a combination of a simulated radar display and voice communication system to simulate the actions and communication of pilots and remote ATC facilities during medium and high-fidelity training exercises. RPOs receive voice commands from students, input proper entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions, translate displayed information into appropriate ATC terminology, and respond to the student via the VCS utilizing proper phraseology.

Job Description
. Supports lifecycle database management services for all system, production application, pre-production, and backup databases residing on DCSA networks as part of the overall strategic objective of the DCSA IT modernization and One IT initiatives to provide an improved flexible and evolving enterprise IT environment to support the DCSA mission IAW with DCSA and DoD policies and procedures and commonly utilized industry best practices.
. Supports translation of improvement requirements and requests into detailed functional and technical specifications and project plans for the data management team, as well as ensures compliance with Government data standards and records management policies.
. Recommends and implements emerging database technologies.
. Ensures all database instances have required security controls applied in accordance with DCSA policies (e.g., access controls, STIGs, version updates).
. Selects, maintains, and operates database management tools.
. Provisions, modifies and manages data and schema, cloning and backup, troubleshooting, account management, enhancement, optimization, and decommissioning.
. Performs schema changes and conversions of the production database during application upgrades and new version releases.
. Reviews, tests and recommends database software upgrades, as well as ensures database vendor license agreement compliance.
. Supports efforts to optimize and maintain databases, clusters, and replications for pre-production, productions, and backup; ensure current application upgrades and releases are timely; and provide scripting to support database content and reporting.
. Monitors, collects, analyzes, and reports database metrics, such as growth and usage of capabilities.
. Performs daily database operations checks and status reports.
. Coordinates with third-party vendors on and documents database issues and resolution.
. Develops database dictionaries.

Hybrid Position: 2 days Office / 3 days remote- minimum expectations.
In this role you will support the Program Management Team with respect to budget management and forecasting, monitoring EAC/ETC, subcontractor costs, labor and other direct costs and provides business management support to Project Managers. Project Controllers also ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX, and FAR when performing various financial and contract management functions. This includes implementation of financial management processes and reporting; trend and variance analysis; and establishing key performance indicators and engagement metrics.
Job Responsibilities
Implements SAIC policies and procedures to ensure proper contract set-up in system to properly classify contract by revenue recognition type.
Functions as a liaison with Program Manager providing rate and budget information, and utilization and chargeability metrics.
Facilitates internal and program control processes: implements requirements, responsibilities, Revenue Recognition requirements, and develops financial reporting package.
Assists in the accurate development of the EAC and ETC, balance sheet analysis, and invoice generation; understands and can explain variation with regard to monthly actuals.
Analyzes key metrics, supports monthly financial reviews, engages teams, and advises Project Management in decision-making.
Functions successfully with limited supervision.
Independently plans, coordinates, organizes, prioritizes and manages workload while remaining cognizant of changing prioritizes and competing deadlines.

SAIC is seeking a Senior AMAG (American Magnetic) Security Systems Specialist to support the US Navy.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position shall maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot any issues with the security system at HQ USCENTCOM in Tampa, FL .
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support required for ancillary facilities modifications, yearly maintenance, inspections, trouble-shooting, and repair of Security Systems, Digital Video Surveillance Systems and various security related sensors and devices such as balanced magnetic switches, surveillance cameras and infrared motion detectors.
Maintenance, upgrades and certification of electronic and physical security systems to include Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Access Control Systems (ACS), and barrier systems for various locations.
The on-site specialist shall not enforce policy but shall be cognizant and report all security discrepancies and violations to the USCENTCOM Security Management Office (SMO).
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree and six (6) years electronic security system hands-on repair experience. Additional years of experience in lieu of degree will be accepted.
Able to maintain AMAG, Electronic Security System and troubleshoot false alarms associated with Motion Detectors, Access Card Readers and various other components of the AMAG security system;
Other security system experience accepted in lieu of AMAG: Lenel, Genetec, Vindicator,...etc.
Experience with a combination of:
Electronics Tech background
Low/Voltage wiring experience (i.e. DC control circuits or PLC's)
Multi/Volt meter experience
Basic circuits knowledge
Some computer knowledge (Excel and AMAG mostly)
Must be able to climb ladders and work from elevated platforms as needed to access equipment.
Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with all DoD stakeholders to provide dependable, professional support.
REQUIRED CLEARANCE AND TRAVEL:
Active or recently held Top Secret clearance. Must be able to get a TS/SCI.
US Citizenship required.
Must be able to travel OCONUS, 3-4 times/yr to Doha, Qatar (10 days per trip on site) to the military base for scheduled maintenance.
Must have a valid passport.
