SAIC is seeking a Senior AMAG (American Magnetic) Security Systems Specialist to support the US Navy.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position shall maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot any issues with the security system at HQ USCENTCOM in Tampa, FL .
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support required for ancillary facilities modifications, yearly maintenance, inspections, trouble-shooting, and repair of Security Systems, Digital Video Surveillance Systems and various security related sensors and devices such as balanced magnetic switches, surveillance cameras and infrared motion detectors.
Maintenance, upgrades and certification of electronic and physical security systems to include Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Access Control Systems (ACS), and barrier systems for various locations.
The on-site specialist shall not enforce policy but shall be cognizant and report all security discrepancies and violations to the USCENTCOM Security Management Office (SMO).
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree and six (6) years electronic security system hands-on repair experience. Additional years of experience in lieu of degree will be accepted.
Able to maintain AMAG, Electronic Security System and troubleshoot false alarms associated with Motion Detectors, Access Card Readers and various other components of the AMAG security system;
Other security system experience accepted in lieu of AMAG: Lenel, Genetec, Vindicator,...etc.
Experience with a combination of:
Electronics Tech background
Low/Voltage wiring experience (i.e. DC control circuits or PLC's)
Multi/Volt meter experience
Basic circuits knowledge
Some computer knowledge (Excel and AMAG mostly)
Must be able to climb ladders and work from elevated platforms as needed to access equipment.
Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with all DoD stakeholders to provide dependable, professional support.
REQUIRED CLEARANCE AND TRAVEL:
Active or recently held Top Secret clearance. Must be able to get a TS/SCI.
US Citizenship required.
Must be able to travel OCONUS, 3-4 times/yr to Doha, Qatar (10 days per trip on site) to the military base for scheduled maintenance.

This position will provide logistics and facility support at multiple locations at NSWC Crane, with responsibility for ensuring the efficient movement of material for multiple customers in a production environment.

SAIC's Corporate Security Team is looking for an experienced Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) supporting our team in Chantilly, Virginia. You may be eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus! Will consider relocation.
SAIC is seeking a knowledgeable and self-driven candidate to join an outstanding Information Assurance / InfoSec team. Must be a result-oriented individual able to work on multiple systems. The candidate will have effective interpersonal skills, ability to work with customers, employees, and leaders within and outside the organization. The candidate will be looked to as an IA SME and will have various support teams to help manage the systems.
Responsibilities Include:
Provide support for proposing, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies
Maintain operational security posture for an information system or program to ensure information systems security policies, standards, and procedures are established and followed
Understanding of the US Government system accreditation process under Risk Management Framework (RMF); including directives: Intelligence Community Directive 503 (ICD-503), Committee on National Security Systems Instruction (CNSSI) 1253, Defense Security Service Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM Chapter 8)
Perform vulnerability/risk assessment analysis to support assessment and accreditation
Consult on the design, development, integration, and configuration management for information system security software, hardware, and firmware
Manage changes to system and assesses the security impact of those changes
Evaluate security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing classified information.
Prepare and review documentation to include System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, ATO packages, and SRTMs
Coordinate government approvals, program needs, as well as corporate and customer compliance
Assist in conducting comprehensive investigation of computer security incidents
Utilize corporate and customer enterprise tools to manage, maintain, audit, track, and document systems (ADO, ServiceNow, MS Teams, etc.)
Qualifications
Required Education and Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
US Citizenship Required
DoD 8570 IAT/IAM level II or III certificate
Bachelor's and six (6) years overall experience, or Master's and four (4) years overall experience
5+ years' experience performing and providing security support to hardware, software, and applications
Self-starter with the ability to operate independently without supervision but also plays well with others and wants to help the team and mission succeed
Proficient and effective written and verbal communicator, able to initiate communication with SAIC management and Government agencies for support and compliance requirements

Description
This position will support an OPIR Joint customer Program Office responsible for acquiring the Overhead Persistence GEOINT Architecture (OPGA) that will provide the user community with OPIR capabilities in a modular, open architecture that provides global, persistent, real-time surveillance and activity based intelligence information. This position supports a hybrid Agile process with the Government as the overall integrator in a Cloud Environment. The successful applicant will provide SETA support as a Systems Engineer for a range of system engineering efforts and technical expertise, continuity of effort and value-added judgment to advise and assist the customer's leadership and contract teams.
SPECIFIC TASKING/PROJECT SUPPORT:
Perform systems engineering functions to include requirements management, systems testing (validation and verification), systems analysis, configuration management, quality assurance, risk management, and stakeholder management
Participate in and facilitate large group TEMs with disparate members to reach requirement consensus to capture strategic capabilities for customers, both internal and external
Develop clear, consistent, testable acceptance criteria and requirements, and ensuring proper traceability between different levels of requirements and architecture
Execute end-to-end processes and preparing and coordinating required documentation
Demonstrate the ability to capture users' needs by performing requirements elicitation directly with stakeholders, drafting and documenting requirements to implement changes to operational baselines
Serve on integrated cross-functional teams supporting studies and analysis
Define and document interfaces, system specs and capability requirements
Perform requirements traceability and coordinate requirement priorities to assist informed management decisions (budget, technical and schedule)
Develop/Review acquisition plans and documentation
Develop/Review service level and/or level of effort agreements
Review contract data requirements lists (CDRLs)
Evaluate engineering change proposals and detail project schedules
Travel in support of role
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and zero (0) years or more experience
Must be a US Citizen
Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
Broad understanding of space and/or ground systems, hardware, software, operations, and their interdependence
Working knowledge of IC principles, procedures
The ability to work proactively, independently, and/or as a member of a highly effective technical team while developing approaches
Demonstrated knowledge of AGILE Scrum and SAFe software development methods
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and various SE, PM tools
Must be able to travel

IR Common Systems and Data Components to include OPIR phenomenology, characteristics, designs, commanding systems, and data processing architectures. Current and known future sensors include: Space Based Infrared System (SBIRS) GEO, Defense Support Program (DSP), and awareness of Next Gen GEO, Next Gen Polar, space Defense Agency/Missile Defense Agency Hypersonic and Ballistic Tracking Space Sensor (HBTSS)
GEOINT Reference Architecture, Consolidated OPIR Ground System (COGS), MDA's Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC), SMC's Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution (FORGE), and Enterprise Ground Services (EGS)
