SAIC is seeking a Space Systems Engineer to provide SETA support to SAIC's Prime Program, Landmark AOS in Chantilly, VA. Landmark AOS is a large SETA program, supporting the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.
As the Space Systems Engineer you will provide specialized engineering expertise supporting system-level architecture analysis for advance ground innovative software services. SAIC's client is tasked with leading the integration of mission focused tools to foster increased efficiency, automation, and information sharing. You will also assist and advise Government managers in evaluating and transitioning innovative technologies for the customer's Ground Enterprise.
Job Responsibilities to include:
Interact with Government project management and functional managers to define scope of work for projects, and develop and update detailed schedules
Use Microsoft Project to organize, implement and maintain multiple schedules for the various program technical branches
Integrate developer schedules to generate and maintain an accurate Organization-level master schedule
Evaluate project schedule progress and performance, identify any variances, and highlight developing problem areas

The Enterprise & Mission Solution Business Unit currently has an opening for a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Department of State (DoS) Bureau of Information Resource Management (IRM) PKI program. This program provides transparent security services in support of the Department's goals to secure communications among Department staff and systems.
This is a senior-level PKI engineering position within the program's Enterprise Engineering Office (EEO), providing PKI engineering and integration support, administering, maintaining, and deploying various PKI systems based on Entrust solutions, onsite at the various DoS Datacenters and at certain selected DoS domestic and overseas locations.
The preferred candidate must possess strong skills in designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining PKI systems. Additionally the preferred candidate should have some experience in providing tier-3 level support in large enterprises.
The position may allow temporary hybrid remote work due to Covid-19. Position may be called back onsite at any time at the customer's request.
Description of Duties
Performing all aspects of systems design and PKI engineering in support of various PKI systems deployed at the Department of State.
Manage and maintain enclaved server hardware, storage, switches, server operating systems, and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).
Providing in-depth subject matter expertise for engineering support related to Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems, especially in a government setting.
Maintaining existing PKI systems - patch existing systems, deploy new components based on customer demand.
Directly working with customer to analyze requirements and then deploy security related solution to meet those requirements.
Performing problem analysis following any service issues to prevent recurrence.
Performing product evaluations and making product recommendations.
Identifying security risks to customer systems and suggest mitigations.
Designing, building, and managing PKI enclaves conforming to the policies and standards of the Department of State, Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12), Federal Bridge Certification Authority (FBCA), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and other policies and standards as required.
Identifying security architectures and implementation gaps, vulnerabilities, and risks; developing, testing, and implementing solutions to address the gaps, and new or updated requirements.
Developing test cases for software/hardware testing and developing test evaluation reports for stakeholders.
Lead an effort in gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, developing and presenting potential solutions, and creating detailed design and implementation plans.
Developing and updating systems documentation (e.g., ConOps, Operating procedures, systems architecture documents).
Ensuring the NIST 800-53 Rev. 4 security controls, where applicable, are in place and validated on all PKI systems.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience

Strong background in the Microsoft server operating systems and Certificate Authority (CA) providers.
General understanding of cryptographic keys, symmetric and asymmetric keys, cryptographic key algorithms and cipher blocks.
Working knowledge with network devices particularly Cisco switches.
Network infrastructure diagnostics (TCP/IP general networking knowledge, network monitoring tools).
Virtualization technologies - VMWare ESXI, vCenter, VMWare NSX.
Working knowledge of external storage solutions, storage area networks (SANs), and Fiber Channel networks.

This team is responsible for the architecture, engineering and sustainment of AF Cloud Digital Engineering platform currently deployed on AWS Cloud. This work supports the Cloud One Digital Engineering program under the Air Force Lifecycle Management Center Office for Network Integration (AFLCMC/HNI). Cloud One is an existing global, interconnected, virtualized, hybrid, and IT infrastructure hosting mission systems, applications, services, and data serves the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and other Government Customers. SAIC is seeking a Software Integrator to join our team in North Charleston, SC. This position is 100% government site with 0-5% travel expected. Work will be performed primarily on-site but there is a possibility of some remote work (approximately 20%).
This role is under our Intelligence Engineering Sustainment Support for the United States Marine Corp.
The Software Integrator Analyst is responsible for integrating SW baselines for current systems and future states.
Analyzes, develops, tests and modifies hardware and/or software interfaces and solutions to meet the user's systems analysis and/or systems integration requirements. Coordinates with user to identify data availability, report requirements, and systems design problems. Defines system objectives and prepares system design specifications to meet user requirements and satisfy interface problems. Reviews work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and user standards, and progress in accordance with schedules. Prepares status reports and presentations on task performance to clients. May provide daily supervision and direction to support staff.
Maintain disciplined S/W release control and configuration management.
Be able to coordinate with DoD Cyber methodology and standards and work within a Risk Management Framework (RMF).
Qualifications
Required Experience and Education:
BS degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or in a relevant IT major. In lieu of a degree, an abundance of real work experience with a Sec+ certification and PowerShell proficiency may be considered.
One year of experience in SW Integration with MS Windows, Linux/RHEL/CentOS.
Additional experience with as many of the following is a plus: PowerShell, Common Firmware Environment (CFE), Matlab, Python, Java, RaptorX, Golang, and Kubernetes.
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance. Active clearance preferred.
Prior DCGS or military experience a HUGE plus!
Desired:
Software algorithm development experience.
Prior Military experience.
Three (3) years of technical experience in support of DCGS systems or DoD Intelligence management systems.

The Vanguard 2.2.1 contract is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to support the data analysis and reporting capability for the Data Analytics and Assessment Unit (DAAU) within the Bureau of Information Resource Management at the Department of State.
The team is seeking a motivated individual with a background in data evaluation and analysis. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Catalog Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management principles and will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient cataloging of data assets within our organization. The Data Governance Analyst will collaborate with various teams to gather data requirements, define metadata standards, and maintain a centralized data catalog. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Summary: Responsible for collecting, interpreting, analyzing, and presenting and/or reporting on results using statistical methods, with a focus on presenting this information in the Splunk environment. Acquire data from multiple data sources and maintain resulting databases, data warehouses, and/or data lakes. Develop and implement data collection systems, organize data to efficiently normalize and attain accurate results. Turn data into information, and information into shareable knowledge and business insight via a visually positive user experience. Design and build presentations, reports, dashboards, and other visual representations of the data for executives, stakeholders, service area owners, and the general user community, with a focus on using Splunk as the platform.
Duties: Work directly with customers to collaborate with IT teams to maintain and enhance data catalog tools and systems. Provide guidance and support to users on data catalog usage and best practices. Identify and recommend improvements to data management processes and workflows. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data cataloging and data management.
Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, or a related field; may accept additional equivalent experience in lieu of degree
2 years' experience in data management or data governance roles
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and practices is a plus
Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices
Experience with data cataloging tools and systems (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica)
Proficiency in SQL and data profiling tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

We are seeking a Staffing / Resource Analyst to support staffing efforts focused on tactical, operational, and strategic staffing goals of the NIC. This position requires someone who is proactive and passionate about ensuring appropriate staffing levels within our organization.

- Maintain staffing information including authorized contract positions, job requisitions, resumes, interview results
- Serve as the Point of Contact regarding all program vacancies
