We are seeking a Staffing / Resource Analyst to support staffing efforts focused on tactical, operational, and strategic staffing goals of the NIC. This position requires someone who is proactive and passionate about ensuring appropriate staffing levels within our organization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain staffing information including authorized contract positions, job requisitions, resumes, interview results
- Serve as the Point of Contact regarding all program vacancies
- Work with the PM, Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, Financial staff and other team members to ensure that all billets are tracked from open to close
- Collaborate and coordinate staffing decisions with program team and subcontractors

SAIC is seeking a Painter and Integration Technician II in North Charleston, SC.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will be primarily tasked with performing moderate to complex vehicle integration tasks to include cable routing, metal work installations, and technical support to integrate, install, modify, and perform upgrades in support of C5ISR systems.
Provide occasional assistance to related support areas, including but not limited to kitting and warehouse operations.
Read and follow integration documentation, written or verbal instructions, schematics, rough sketches, drawings and diagrams, layouts, and plans often requiring interpretation.
Properly mixing two (2) part primer and paint.
Sanding painted metal surfaces, caulking, applying primer and top coat using a spray gun.
Be able to safely complete all of the physical demands of the job in a manufacturing environment, including but not limited to the following:
Must be (or able to be) medically cleared by a doctor for powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) use.
Must be able to maintain annual enrollment in SAIC's Hearing Conservation Program and Respiratory Protection Program.
Lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying up to 50 pounds, unassisted, on a regular basis.
Walking, bending, stooping, sitting, standing or squatting for extended periods.

Responsibilities include:
Installing, maintaining, and upgrading all Command, Control, Communications, Computers (C4) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems and equipment on all tactical vehicles in the area assigned.

SAIC is looking for a Cyber Security Analys t to support the US Navy's Computer Defense Network project in North Charleston, SC .
As a member of the Modernization/Integration team, the candidate will provide support in the buildout, testing, installation, cutover, and troubleshooting of CND equipment.
Tasking includes but is not limited to troubleshooting, metrics collection, maintenance support, and the timely entry of communication and tasking into the ticket management tool (ITSM).
Develop and implement technical solutions to protect and harden cyber security for the Information Technology for the 21st Century (IT-21) and OCONUS Navy Enterprise Network (ONENET) networks.
Configure, deploy, and maintain VMware vSphere, Linux, and Windows software suites.
Redline current technical process and procedure documentation.
Deploy Cyber Security mandated system upgrades, patches, and perform modifications to ensure systems are protected against known exploits.
Travel to Navy Ashore sites to perform CND software upgrades and installations and provide onsite technical assists in support of CND fielded systems for issues that cannot be resolved via distance support.

SAIC is looking for a System Administrator to join the Fleet Support Team in support of the Comprehensive Automated Maintenance Environment - Optimized (CAMEO) Software for the V-22 Community across the Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps out of Norfolk, Virginia.
Work will be performed onsite and is therefore open to candidates local to the area.
The System Administrator will be expected to gain a working knowledge of the CAMEO suite and associated processes to provide troubleshooting assistance, develop documentation, and assist in various upgrades to the software and new implementations, to include our WiFi initiative. Experience operating within a military aviation maintenance environment and having procedural knowledge is valued. The candidate is expected to possess strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to grow with ever changing Fleet needs in support of the maintenance and future sustainment of CAMEO.
Primary Duties
Become aware of and proficient in the CAMEO Software Suite, stay current on the latest CAMEO environment changes, and attend CAMEO training and/or testing when new capabilities are released, or new processes are being utilized
Gain knowledge of the software installation, update, and account management processes to perform user acceptance testing on applicable software prior to dissemination and provide feedback to the Fleet Support Operations lead and Product Owner as required.
Ability to assist in implementation of software and WiFi capabilities on-site, as required, with Fleet Users ensuring functionality and confirming all requirements are implemented and closed accordingly
Through learned knowledge of CAMEO, provide troubleshooting assistance and communication with CAMEO Support Representatives and satellite locations in the Fleet utilizing trouble ticket system (CRITTERS), telephone, and email. Facilitate elevation of bugs to the Development team through the utilization of JIRA
Assist in the distribution and tracking of builds throughout the fleet, provide direct feedback for any issues associated with upgrade, and be able to provide technical assistance regarding software navigation and use
Contribute to the development and distribution of End-User Description documents, detailed implementation checklists, rollout scheduling, and other artifacts as required. Review and provide feedback on documentation pertinent to Fleet use and reauthorization efforts as required. Respond to Requests for Information from the Program Office to facilitate timely support to the Fleet in meeting mission requirements
Navigate dashboards, webpages, and trouble tickets with the ability to create, update, and close tickets, develop dashboards for high-level overview, and track items to resolution (Confluence, JIRA, CRITTERS). Ability to assist with ticket backlog grooming as it pertains to current CAMEO software and future sustainment of the software package
Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and/or 2+ years of experience administering software on a military network and help desk experience. Years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree

We are looking for Full-time, Remote Pilot Operator (RPO) candidates to join the SAIC Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team at the Washington National ATCT (DCA), located in Washington, D.C., supporting air traffic controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Job Description:
The RPO plays the role of the pilot and other controllers in the Air Traffic Controller training simulator. The RPO operates a combination of a simulated air traffic display and voice communication system to simulate the actions and communication of pilots and remote ATC facilities during medium and high-fidelity training exercises. RPOs receive voice commands from students, input proper entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions, translate displayed information into appropriate ATC terminology, and respond to the student via the VCS utilizing proper phraseology.
The candidate will be required to complete the following certifications: Classroom (pass test on airspace and procedures) and Lab (perform as a Remote Pilot Operator on all positions).
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism. A well-trained Air Traffic Control (ATC) workforce plays an essential role in fulfilling this responsibility. The FAA employs more than 14,000 air traffic controllers. They work in air traffic facilities of varying sizes, safely separating more than 50,000 aircraft in the National Airspace System (NAS) each day.
To provide such air traffic services, the FAA trains new air traffic control specialists and provides recurrent training to current air traffic control specialists. The FAA utilizes Contractor-provided instructional services at FAA ATC facilities throughout the U.S. and its Territories to ensure these training needs are met. The scope of the contractor-provided services includes all training and training program support to successfully train and prepare students to become fully certified air traffic controllers. SAIC has an exciting, immediate opportunity for an IT Manager to support enterprise infrastructure operations at the Department of Transportation (DOT) in Washington, DC.
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the 140+ person infrastructure organization focusing on authentication, network, communications, desktop and other core IT services. The IT Manager will work at all levels of DOT and lead the management of their IT Infrastructure, their modernization strategy, plans, and implementation efforts. Evaluates new information systems products or services and suggests changes to existing products or services to better aide the end user. Manages the deployment, management, maintenance, optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related all IT Infrastructure. Monitors technology trends such as emerging standards for new technology opportunities.
Job Duties:
Responsible for the technical landscape cutover and production operational support spanning the entire lifecycle of the strategic platform or portfolio of IT solutions and applications
Ensure internal customer satisfaction with IT services by understanding their strategic and tactical needs, making sure actions are taken to close any gaps; influence stakeholders' perceptions of the relevant IT services
Support consultative advice and support to major incident and critical situation problem resolutions.
Provides day-to-day management and supervision of overall Enterprise Infrastructure personnel, involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations
Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all EMS support activities and allocates resources as necessary
Provides comprehensive engineering, operations and maintenance support for the Infrastructure tool suite and other enterprise monitoring products
Performs design architectural changes and implementation, following established configuration management processes and schedules
Provides highly specialized technical advice concerning configuration and implementation of metric gathering methodology for monitoring IT facility equipment, applications and services
Analyzes the metric, technical configurations and provides recommendations on the best alternatives
Provides technical guidance for directing and monitoring information systems operations
Designs, builds, and implements network systems
Utilizes software and hardware tools and identifies and diagnoses complex problems and factors affecting network, systems, and application performance
Troubleshoots network, systems, and application performance systems when necessary and provides empirical data (Root Cause Analysis) and recommendations to improve performance
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of experience in managing Infrastructure technologies
Effective team leadership skills strongly preferred, including risk management, skill development, task prioritization, performance management, and mentoring/coaching of cross-functional team members
Ability to work independently and manage multiple demands on time, in cross-functional, virtual and teams
Strong collaboration skills using a solutions and customer-service-oriented approach is required
Analytical thinker with a passion for challenges and problem solving
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 12 years of management experience with an emphasis on Infrastructure programs and/or projects, including mission critical programs, IT systems implementation and solution development
At least 6 years of experience interfacing and presenting to executives
At least 4 years of proven experience managing a program with at least 100 personnel delivering Infrastructure Operations Support Services

SAIC has an immediate opening for a Policy Analyst supporting the Headquarters Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration, Office of Strategy, Planning and Policy (AF/A10P), International Treaties and Agreements Branch (AF/A10PI). Work will be performed onsite at Barksdale AFB, LA.
Responsibilities include:
Provide liaison support between (AF/A10PI) and Headquarters (HQ) Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) A10
Provide subject matter expertise on policy and implementation and compliance activities for arms control treaties and international agreements impacting Air Force equities
Provide analysis, recommendations, and support for AF positions during deliberations of planned or on-going AF programs, plans, and operations in multiple DoD, USG, and international fora including: DoD Treaty Compliance Review Groups (CRGs); DoD Treaty Implementation Working Groups (IWGs); Interagency Backstopping meetings; and International Treaty Consultative Commissions/Groups
Support preparation of annual programming and budgeting submissions, which support ACC's treaty implementation and compliance activity.
Support ongoing treaty inspection planning and implementation in the ACC area of responsibility (AOR). This includes scheduling and managing annual exercise events, assisting assigned MAJCOM and units with preparing for treaty implementation and on-site inspections, and supporting the USAF site assistance teams with direct assistance during exercises and inspections and by updating and consolidating changes to HAF and MAJCOM instructions, guidance and inspection support documents
Work with Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and System Program Offices (SPOs) to review and track acquisition programs to ensure compliance with in-force treaties and agreements and to ensure the provisions of treaties and agreements under discussion are correlated to AF acquisition program documents
Draft issue papers, reports, meeting minutes, briefings, presentations, and other documents, as required
Provide logistical support for MAJCOM-sponsored conferences, workshops, and other events, as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and ten or more years of related experience or Master's Degree and eight years of related experience
Knowledge of the organization and functions of the Department of Defense
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to travel, including OCONUS
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Demonstrated superior research, analytic, and writing skills
Active Top Secret clearance, with ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI
Desired Skills:
Understanding of Air Force processes
Understanding of Air Force ICBM operations
Knowledge of arms control treaties and agreements (New START, Chemical Weapons Convention and related areas)
