Serco is seeking an HR Analyst to join a small team of approximately 5 team-members to support a General Staff Functional Unit for our Army customer in Aberdeen, MD. This is a government installation site andwill be a hybrid role, with a partial on-site requirement.
The unit specializes in Personnel Administration and Human Resource activities related to the management of general business operations of the Organization who is tasked with research, development, testing, and analysis for the Data & Analyst Center, DEVCOM.
The HR Analyst will analyze and develop strategies to execute the development of content for strategic communications strategies that promote and inform visitors of the mission and activities of the office. They will coordinate with staff, scientists and engineers across the region and headquarters to synchronize information. Additionally, they will provide support to the leadership with materials that reflect program and business operation improvements and information processing and dissemination to the workforce.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Preparing recognition information regarding the Awards for Town Halls & recruitment event scheduling
Analyzing and consolidating the corporate Awards program for trends and predictive requirements
Analyzing and conducting quantitative analysis of Mission Operations Support System, policy, procedures, and standard operating procedures for continuous improvement of MOSS workflow and future modifications
Assessing and developing recommendations for business communication in accordance with AR25-50 and help developing a training program to facilitate improved understanding of business writing principles
Preparing and responding to taskers and being able to prioritize work
Working with intra and extra organizations to coordinate efforts for this program

Marine Electrician II - Kapolei, HI
As the, Marine Electrician II, you will work on a team supporting cabling, equipment, and C5ISR system installations. You will join, fabricate, and assemble various electromechanical and electronic assemblies by applying appropriate safety techniques and the work is performed onboard U.S. Naval Ships and military installations.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that successful and safe work is performed onboard U.S. Naval Ships and our Military installations which is vital to our Mission to protect and serve our Military.
As the, Marine Electrician II, you will perform the following typical tasks:
Receive initial instructions, equipment requirements, and advice from supervisor or engineer as needed; performs recurring work independently; work is reviewed for technical adequacy or conformity with instructions including troubleshooting and correcting malfunctions.
Conduct various tests or experiments which may require minor modifications in test setups or procedures as well as subjective judgments in measurement; selects, sets up, and operates standard test equipment and records test data.
Perform assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed such as: Constructs components, subunits, or simple models or adapts standard equipment.
Gather and maintains specified records of engineering data such as tests, drawings, etc.; performs computations by substituting numbers in specified formulas; plots data and draws simple curves and graphs.
Perform simple or routine tasks or tests such as tensile or hardness tests; operates and adjusts simple test equipment; records test data.
Rely on your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and you will typically report to a supervisor in a safe work environment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and3 - 5 years of AIT Installation experience.
Have an OSHA 10 certification or able to obtain the certification
Must be able to have the ability to work in areas with drafts, noise, and temperature variation.
Must be able to work in high heat spaces, climb shipyard dry dock stairs/ladders, work in kneeling position for layout of cable runs under false decking, lift up to 50 pounds with 80% of work requiring carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 40 pounds for majority of shift while being in a standing, crouching, or walking position. Attention to safety critical.
Applicant must be familiar with NAVSEA, standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of electrical repair, fabrication, and installation.
Applicant must be able to get respirator qualified and wear proper PPE throughout their work shift.
Applicant must be willing to work second shift and willing to work more than 40 hours work weeks.
Ability to travel if necessary
This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Serco to staff it only with U.S. Citizens, be able to obtain gain access to shipyards (NAVSTA & DBIDS), undergo a background investigation and pass a drug screening.

Position Description
CNIC Regional Offices enable improving operational performance and cost reductions through business process definition, analysis, and development of technical capabilities which automate processes or improve transparency for analytics and decision making. In support of this effort the CNIC N6 Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) Administrator will be responsible for the below listed activities. This position is based in Silverdale, WA.
As the CNIC N6 GIS Administrator you will provide GIS support services to the Regional Dispatch Center (RDC) enclave. You will be responsible for the integration, implementation, administration, patching, reporting and local cyber security implementation for all systems within the RDC. Specific duties include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain an enterprise spatial database, and operate associated application services to support regional CAD operations for Navy fire and police emergency responders
Collaborate with system support staff, RDC Systems Administrator, and ROC GIS staff personnel to ensure coordinated efforts between RDC and ROC mapping and GIS administration
Maintain hardware configuration files and monitor system status and performance, investigate system malfunctions to determine cause, define problems and initiate corrective action
Provide, coordinate and document hardware and software maintenance, install and provide maintenance related components
Maintain accurate records of all warranty, license and registration information
Perform image processing and data processing operations and workflows within a geospatial domain
Provide technical expertise in conjunction with NAVFAC GRC as necessary to support installation standardized addressing initiatives
Qualifications

Serco supports a large utility fleet operation diagnosing and repairing cars, light, medium, and heavy duty diesel trucks. Schedule will be full time Monday through Friday.
In this role, you will:
Operate automotive, construction and material handling equipment.
Operate and repair hydraulic systems
Perform engine, electrical and drivability diagnostics/repair.
Perform DOT and manufacturer recommended servicing and inspections
Provide clear and accurate information when entering work order data into a fleet maintenance system.
Be responsible for scheduling and prioritizing work derived from driver reports.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A High School Diploma.
3+ years of experience as a professional trainer or facilitator.

Must be knowledgeable of the workplace, jobs, and requirement for entry into those jobs.
Must demonstrate the ability to provide training to groups with up to 50 participants: individual career counseling experience.

Serco supports the Navy Amphibious Assault and Connectors Program. This position supports the Business Financial Management Division in the procurement and life cycle management of the Navy's Landing Craft, Utility (LCU) 1700, a replacement to the current LCU 1610 and the Ship-to-Shore Connector.
You will be part of a stellar team that consists of Acquisition Program Analysts as well as a broader team of on-site representatives that work in the fleet and other shipbuilder and government contractors.
In this role you will:
Support DAES and SAR Reporting.
Provide program management and direct acquisition and life cycle support to the LCU 1700 program.
Analyze new construction shipyard performance by monitoring the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLS), and track progress of the deliverables involved with detailed design, construction, and product support.
Track production percentages against the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), identifying problems for management attention, research, and provide solution options.
Coordinate with the technical community and develop white papers and presentations for the government and the fleet on issues impacting the LCU 1700 program.
Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with the LCU 1700 team including Staff Meetings, Task Planning Sheet (TPS) reviews, Risk Management Board meetings and other relevant meetings; taking minutes and identifying and tracking action items to resolution.
Plan, schedule and coordinate near-term and long-range programmatic calendars.
Provide analysis and metrics for issues that arise in the LCU 1700 Program (i.e., late delivery analysis, delay claim analysis, and other availability issues.)
Organize and maintain Program tracking files/tools on the Integrated Data Environment (IDE) database.
Work with Configuration Management Team to research contractual questions, address contract modifications, and track Contract Problem Identification Reports to completion.
Provide timely and efficient responses for all urgent LCU 1700 tasking.
Ensure a detailed breakdown is provided for LCU 1700 Transition Plan issues that arise during availabilities in order to deliver craft by their Contractual Delivery Date.
Ensure LCU 1700 program correspondence and deliverables are in accordance with Serco's Quality Assurance Program.
Assist and provide analysis for issues that arise in the LCU 1700 Program such as late delivery analysis, delay claim analysis, and other availability issues as needed.
Work with the Serco Integrated Data Environment (IDE) team in ensuring the seamless workflow of customer deliverables in the database.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
Bachelor's degree plus at least 2 years of relevant work experience. In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 6 years of applicable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted based on education, or highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience for positions involving new technology or labor market shortages as reflected by market survey data.
Must be able to obtain an active DoD Secret clearance post-employment.

Position Description
The Legal Department is seeking a bright innovative Legal Intern to join their efforts in supporting business growth while managing risk and ensuring compliance. Through this role you will gain exposure to Serco's Senior Vice President (SVP) and General Counsel and his attorney team, paralegal team members, the Ethics department, as well as our Compliance, Security, and Export Control teams.
As the Legal Intern you will gain exposure to a wide range of projects and responsibilities within the Legal Department. In this role you will gain the opportunity to assist with internal defense preparations for at least one litigation matter. This will be a fantastic experience in getting exposure to an actual legal case. You also be tasked with supporting a key Legal project in translating lessons learned from key legal cases into training and support of managers in the hopes to prevent future risks or cases. Position Description

In this role, you will:
Teaching and/or instructing Military personnel transition to civilian professional and vocational occupations.
Guide the transitioning Military Servicemembers in identifying goals while also assisting them with recognizing any employment or education gaps.
Organize and able to manage an office.
Providing transitioning Servicemembers (Active, Reserve, National Guard), family members, and Veterans a comprehensive understanding of preparing for civilian employment, job searching, job application processes, networking, technical training opportunities, credentialing, and assistance in preparing for civilian employment and participation in technical programs and schools; and who can conduct large group instruction and provide counseling on the job search process.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A High School Diploma.
3+ years of experience as a professional trainer or facilitator.
Prior experience which demonstrates understanding of private and public sector employment processes.
Previous experience as a classroom instructor.
Knowledgeable of the workplace, jobs, and requirement for entry into those jobs.
Demonstrated ability to provide training to groups with up to 50 participants: individual career counseling experience.
Proficient in MS Windows and Office.
Able to communicate effectively with Military clients, be comfortable instructing and speaking in front of a group, be observant of others, possess the ability to engage an audience, and respond to inquiries independently.
Some travel may be required.

Assess and validate EVM data integrity monthly using best practices and tools
Support EVM as a program management resource
Understand EVM training gaps and providing solutions
Attending program meetings and evaluating EVM data

All of the responsibilities listed below are considered essential functions of this position. PHOP workers provide behavioral health screenings, referral service support and outreach to Reservists, and their family members as well as consultation to Home Training Center (HTC) and Naval Operational Support Center (NOSC) leaders. This position is a hybrid serving both USNR and USMFR.
In this role, you will:
Conduct behavioral health screenings with Reservists and eligible Family Members to determine current psychological health needs.
Link at Reservists and their Family Members to -good fit services- based on identified needs.
Maintain accurate and timely case notes to document all service encounters.
Prepare outreach materials such as flyers, brochures and newsletters to educate clients on a wide spectrum of psychological health topics and resources.
Provide briefings and consultation to Reservists, Family Members and high-level military leaders.
Attend Meetings as required/requested, including staff meetings, training workshops and community meetings.
Coordinate with regional site lead and team members to ensure all program data required for reporting purposes is provided in a timely manner.
Travel one to two times a month on weekends to various HTCs and NOSCs throughout the region.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role:

Assist with the validation of ULO and TAR lines for contracts.
Utilize NSA-specific systems to perform basic functions.

Draft modifications to existing TTOs.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
U.S. citizenship
Two (2) years of DoD, IC, or commercial experience in contract management, finance, customer service, or business PLUS
An Associate's Degree with a business focus or forty-five (45) business-related college credits.

Join Serco as a Traffic Management Center Operator!
Serco Inc. is using this posting for the purpose of responding to a proposal. We are seeking qualified candidates in the event of a contract award. This position is not currently funded/active. Should Serco be awarded the contract, and you meet the qualifications of the position, you will be considered in the selection process.
Serco's TMC Operators monitor video images for the detection and verification of crashes, debris, abandoned or disabled vehicles, and hazardous or non-hazardous spills on roadways and provide that information to DOTD personnel statewide, local law enforcement and other first responders to assist them in safely clearing and reopening.
Serco supports the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) in their initiative to improve the operations of the TMC and improve coordination with partners in responding to incidents on the roads. We achieve this goal with an experienced and highly trained team of TMC Operators.
As part of a team that works closely with DOTD personnel statewide, local law enforcement and other first responders daily, the TMC Operator will, at a minimum, perform the following:
Use ATMS iNet software to control and monitor field devices such as Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras, Digital Message Signs (DMSs), ramp meters, emergency crossover gates, and any other technology related to devices that may form part of an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS).
Monitor video images for the detection and verification of incidents such as debris, abandoned or disabled vehicles, and hazardous or non-hazardous spills.
Use ATMS iNet software to log confirmed incidents, and construction and maintenance lane closures.
Use Global Positioning System (GPS)-enabled software to monitor the location of Motorist Assistance Patrol (MAP) vehicles, directing resources to where they are needed.
Communicate and dispatch MAP units via radio, landline, or phone using standard protocol to the locations of road hazards and incidents; provide clear, accurate directions to the location and an accurate description of an incident as advised by public safety entities, or Department personnel.
Communicate via radio, landline, or phone with law enforcement, EMS, fire department, or towing services; provide clear, accurate information regarding incidents and the response required.
Communicate via radio, landline, or phone, with Department personnel statewide to include Maintenance and Construction personnel, ITS, Traffic Operations Department management, and Federal Highway Administration as appropriate to provide clear, accurate information regarding incidents, traffic, road maintenance, construction activity, and related weather conditions.
Input repair tickets for malfunctioning ITS equipment.
Ensure all radio communications comply with Department and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules and regulations adhering to radio protocol and the use of proper 10-codes.
Receive information from law enforcement and other agencies reporting damage to the transportation system and communicate damage information to the appropriate contact.
Receive communication from DOTD/Louisiana State Police (LSP)/State Radio authorizing Amber Alerts and activate Amber Alert messages for DMS or specified region as determined by LSP and confirm activation to DOTD and LSP.
Receive information (phone call) from Zetron indicating high-water level and communicate to appropriate DOTD District staff.
When alerts are canceled, clear messages from all activated DMS and email reports to the Special Alert Group.
Coordinate and collaborate with ITS personnel, District Traffic Operations Engineers/Department Operations staff, with appropriate local agencies, other authorities and towing and wrecker companies to manage and clear traffic incidents.
Support all emergency/special events operations, such as severe weather events, special events that generate high traffic volume such as mobile operations and political rallies.
Log potential and confirmed incidents, construction, and maintenance closures using ITS software.
Monitor weather conditions for potential problems affecting traffic, make the necessary communications, and take appropriate actions. Update entries/information on the511la.org website.
Complete annual one-day ride-along with MAP units.
Answer phones to provide information or assistance to motorists, DOTD personnel, or other agencies on traffic and road conditions; direct calls to appropriate personnel in traffic operations, ITS Section or take appropriate action.

Understand traffic management systems for arterial roads, including time-of-day, traffic responsive, and adaptive controls.
Understand hazardous materials incident policies, procedures, and codes.
Recognize minor TMC equipment or software problems and input maintenance ticket.
Understand emergency management and evacuation policies/procedures.
Interpret conflicting or ambiguous data in incident management.
Train/mentor other operators at lower levels (both entry and full performance) and expertise to conduct on-the-job training.
Make decisions and respond efficiently in unprecedented situations (e.g., non-standard messages, plane landing on highway, atypical hazardous material spill).
Develop traffic management plans for special events and/or other areas of potentially chronic congestion.
Independently troubleshoot minor problems with equipment and software.
Resolve issues from the conflicting needs or concerns of traffic management personnel outside of the control room.
Receive only administrative direction and guidance from the Supervisor on overall TMC priorities. He/she operates independently in selected situations requiring special expertise, without requiring supervisory direction.
Determine the methodology to achieve the desired traffic management results and operates independently in day-to-day TMC operations.
