The Parts and Service Advisor is a service support level employee specialized in material control operations. They perform a variety of moderately complex duties to include purchasing, stocking and distribution of parts and materials used to maintain and repair automotive vehicles and equipment.

Incumbents work under general supervision. While workers require some supervision in most assignments, they are free to develop their own work sequences within established procedures, methods, and policies. They are generally subject to periodic supervisory checks

In this role, you will:

• Processinvoices for payment and verifies receipt of invoiced parts, materials and supplies maintaining inventory records and work documents using established electronic data systems.

• Unloads, stores, transports, delivers and distributes parts, materials and supplies.

• Deals with vendors/sales representatives, follows up on items not received and checks on item prices and availability and performs housekeeping functions within parts storage and work areas

• Monitor workload and communicate changing priorities or other workload related concerns to the appropriate party in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 3 years experience as an automotive dealership service writer, parts counter person, automotive technician or combination of education and practical experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities may be acceptable.

• Must be a citizen of the United States.

• Must read, write, speak and understand English with exceptional analytical, communication and human interaction skills.

• Superior writing and data entry skills typing 30-40 wpm with high-level proficiency.

• This position is contingent upon your ability to pass a preemployment criminal history check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must be strong leader with experience leading a team of a diverse trades workforce

Qualifications

• Manage and configure network devices such as Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and APs

• Develop network documentation to include network diagrams, topologies, and dataflow diagrams

• Perform site surveys, install,and configure network and boundary protection solutions, and assist in data collection and validation efforts at each service location

• Configure and maintain Cisco Adaptive Security Appliances and responsible for managing all Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections

• Complete Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) Checklists to provide Information Assurance with necessary artifacts for RMF compliance

Qualifications

Air Traffic Control Specialists (ATCS) control air traffic on and within the vicinity of the airport according to established procedures and policies to prevent collisions and minimize delays arising from traffic congestion. They are responsible for the safe, orderly and expeditious movement of air traffic through the nation's airspace. ATCS duties include:

• Answering radio calls from arriving and departing aircraft.

• Issuing landing/takeoff instructions.

• Issuing information such as runway to use, wind velocity and direction, visibility, taxiing instructions, and pertinent data on other aircraft operating in vicinity.

• Issuing air traffic clearances.

• Providing advice based on their own observations and information from the National Weather - Service, IFR control facilities, flight service stations, pilots, and other sources.

• Taking and disseminating weather observations at Limited Aviation Weather Reporting Station (LAWRS) or Supplemental Aviation Weather Reporting Station (SAWRS) facilities.

• Transferring control to receiving facilities when aircraft leave their airspace and receiving control of aircraft coming into their airspace.

• Operating various types of equipment such as: radios, telephones, interphones, computer systems, radar, recording systems, weather equipment, light guns, airport/runway lighting systems, and backup equipment.

• Alerting airport emergency crews and other designated personnel when aircraft are having flight difficulties.

• Conduct behavioral health screenings with Reservists and eligible Family Members to determine current psychological health needs.

• Link at Reservists and their Family Members to -good fit services- based on identified needs.

• Prepare outreach materials such as flyers, brochures and newsletters to educate clients on a wide spectrum of psychological health topics and resources.

• Provide briefings and consultation to Reservists, Family Members and high-level military leaders.

• Attend Meetings as required/requested, including staff meetings, training workshops and community meetings.

• Coordinate with regional site lead and team members to ensure all program data required for reporting purposes is provided in a timely manner.

• Travel one to two times a month on weekends to various HTCs and NOSCs throughout the region.

Qualifications

In this role, you will:

• Perform tire inspections, repairs, and changes in the shop and on the road side for cars, pick-ups, trucks and off-road equipment.

• Perform operational and functional inspections, repairs and maintenance on fleet vehicles and equipment

• Perform inspections, repair and maintenance operations on a variety of powered, non-powered equipment, and vehicles

• Ability to work on a diverse equipment set, which includes mowers, cranes, backhoes, trailers, trenchers, bulldozers, excavators, wood chippers, asphalt laying equipment, diggers and pole setting equipment, aerial manlifts, cranes, medium and heavy trucks and mounted/non-mounted attachments.

• Operate and perform diagnosis on equipment, maintain and repair hydraulic systems, routes and replaces hydraulic lines, check system for leaks and proper operation.

• Perform diagnosis and repair complex electrical systems.

• Perform minor welding repairs when required in a field environment.

• Perform routine vehicle and equipment preventive maintenance inspections checking, DOT inspections and replaces fluids, checks lights and other electrical system components, etc.

• Provide clear and accurate information when entering work order data into a fleet maintenance system.

• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Qualifications

• Answering radio calls from arriving and departing aircraft.

Our Cybersecurity Assessors support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Security Control Assessors (SCA) within the Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) team by performing comprehensive and thorough Risk Management Framework cybersecurity control and vulnerability assessments. The assessment process utilizes approved DoD tools and processes for conducting these independent assessments. Results from control and vulnerability assessments are a key input to the MDA's Risk Assessment process which takes vulnerabilities associated with non-compliant RMF controls and evaluates their risk to the mission and the agency to arrive at a residual risk.

This is a technical cybersecurity position and solving complex technical cybersecurity issues will be required.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate and conduct analysis of various Cybersecurity architecture & security requirements, including ISE, PKI, GPOs, Certificates, VMware ESX, vCenter, various UNIX and Windows-based

• Operating Systems. All while taking guidance from DoD IT and Cyber policies, instructions, directives, and technical guidance

• Performing ACAS/Nessus discovery and vulnerability scans of target environments

• Evaluating DISA Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG) settings against the target environment

Qualifications

You will be joining a team of 25-40 full-time, highly experienced, and qualified acquisition, logistics and engineering professionals led and managed by Mr. Dave Schairbaum, who previously led the Air Force Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) development program as Program Director.

In this role, you will:

• Provide support to the design and development of graphics, visual information, and multi-media materials to support subordinate organizations using Government provided hardware, software, and digital photography equipment

• Develop electronic and graphic briefing materials aimed at articulating program plans in design, acquisition, development, test, production, and fielding of soldier systems

• Update and convert original documents created in Microsoft Word or Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) into Extensible Markup Language (XML) format using Arbortext or like programs to reformat, resize, and edit graphics

• As directed by the Government lead, using Government provided hardware and software, design, create, edit, refine, and print graphics, presentations, brochures, flyers, hand-outs, posters, placards, multimedia, and other communication products in support of mission requirements IAW Government guidance and intent

• Review existing program documentation to prepare, document, update, and maintain presentation materials

Qualifications

The FRTIB administers the Thrift Savings Plan, the world's largest tax-deferred, defined contribution plan in support of over 6 million participants. The FRTIB's mission is to administer the TSP solely in the interest of its participants and beneficiaries.

Benefits Administrators are responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing transactional Death Benefit Claim form documents for TSP participants. Administrators review death benefits documents for validity in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) policies and guidelines. This includes making numerous telephone calls daily, researching and reviewing accounts, using independent judgment to resolve conflicting information and complex case scenarios, data entry, sending appropriate notices, and communicating with various entities (e.g. the FRTIB, governmental agencies, law firms, participants, and potential payees).

In the Benefits Administrator role you will:

• Thorough and comprehensive working knowledge of the particular area of work responsibility assignment.

• Must have attention to detail and time management skills, and will be responsible for maintaining a case load of up to 150 accounts at one time.

• Validity determinations and communications are made by the Administrator and are confirmed by a quality control/verification Benefits Administrator. Any claims meeting a specific set of conditions will be verified by two Benefits Administrators.

• Position may require the Benefits Administrator to function in a verification/quality control capacity by reviewing determinations made by other Administrators (to include either initial verification or secondary verification responsibilities) as well as notice verification.

• Position may also require review of legally related documents submitted as part of the Death Benefit Claim (to include but not limited to trusts, small estates, adoption paperwork, next-of-kin submissions, and disputes).

• Works under the direct supervision of a team lead and manager as applicable; may supervise an assigned workflow.

• Case research to ensure all pertinent information is obtained, any information deficiencies are resolved and to validate the information received utilizing systems applications.

• Interpreting guidance provided by the FRTIB in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations and applying the regulations, directives, and interpretations to determine the validity of incoming documents required by the specific workflow.

• Providing timely responsive customer service to various inquiries from multiple sources and stakeholders, such as participants, confirmed or potential payees, legal representatives, and financial institutions.

• Coordination, tracking and reporting within assigned workflows or between workflows

• Ensures work is processed in a timely manner according to the requirements of the specific business function assignment.

• Communicates effectively both orally and in writing with the FRTIB and TSP Call Centers to provide information and obtain additional information pertinent to resolution of the legal case. The analyst will be required to communicate with participants, attorneys, third parties, financial institutions, government agencies, and potential (as well as confirmed) payees in accordance with the Privacy Act.

• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience; Additional 4 years of related experience can be consiered in liue of a degree.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Familiarity with the U.S.C., C.F.R., the Privacy Act; or other regulations.

• Paralegal certificate or knowledge /experience with legal documents preferred.

• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills required to communicate effectively with participants and potential payees

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
