The Parts and Service Advisor is a service support level employee specialized in material control operations. They perform a variety of moderately complex duties to include purchasing, stocking and distribution of parts and materials used to maintain and repair automotive vehicles and equipment.
Incumbents work under general supervision. While workers require some supervision in most assignments, they are free to develop their own work sequences within established procedures, methods, and policies. They are generally subject to periodic supervisory checks
In this role, you will:
Processinvoices for payment and verifies receipt of invoiced parts, materials and supplies maintaining inventory records and work documents using established electronic data systems.
Unloads, stores, transports, delivers and distributes parts, materials and supplies.
Deals with vendors/sales representatives, follows up on items not received and checks on item prices and availability and performs housekeeping functions within parts storage and work areas
Monitor workload and communicate changing priorities or other workload related concerns to the appropriate party in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3 years experience as an automotive dealership service writer, parts counter person, automotive technician or combination of education and practical experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities may be acceptable.
Must be a citizen of the United States.
Must read, write, speak and understand English with exceptional analytical, communication and human interaction skills.
Superior writing and data entry skills typing 30-40 wpm with high-level proficiency.
This position is contingent upon your ability to pass a preemployment criminal history check and drug screen.

Serco is seeking to bring on an experienced Waterfront/Maritime Modernization Project/Program Manager to lead various projects supporting US Naval and Military contracts.

In this role, you will:
Responsible for managing operational and technical aspects of C4I waterfront/maritime project(s) and related task orders for GOVT customer(s) with revenue ranging from $3 - $15M.
Conduct cost management through continual cost control and review.
Provide planning and technical oversight of US Naval Activities in the maintenance and installation of communication systems.
Provide expertise to customers to ensure resolution of issues.
Requires advanced knowledge and understanding of work project(s) and functions. Typically manages a team of 20 or more employees.
Has business development and budgetary responsibilities.
Typically reports to a Program Manager or Director.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years' experience or 7 to 10 years' experience in leu of a degree.
US Citizen.
5+ years of Project Management experience working in a Defense based industry.
Must be strong leader with experience leading a team of a diverse trades workforce
Good understanding of government multiple award contracts environment (MAC)
Must be able to travel at least 10% domestically
Additional desired experience and skills:
Ability to acquire a Secret Clearance
Strong financial background in developing and managing budgets.
Strong analytical skills
Problem solving skills

As part of the rotational program, you will participate in three different roles across 24 months. Development of Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) items, delivery of CDRL documents via government web sites, and reporting of CDRL status to the program team.
Tracking of hardware delivery documents and Government furnished material via DD-250 and DD-1149 forms.
Track and manage task software and software licenses for delivery to the customer.
Create and maintain program serial number tracking spreadsheets for use in configuration reporting to the customer.

Qualifications

Primary responsibilities include:
Maintain and support existing infrastructure, and lead research, planning, design, implementation, and support of existing and emerging infrastructure technologies in a complex environment with minimal supervision
Manage SIEM security alerts and determine appropriate response procedures
Manage and configure network devices such as Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and APs
Develop network documentation to include network diagrams, topologies, and dataflow diagrams
Perform site surveys, install,and configure network and boundary protection solutions, and assist in data collection and validation efforts at each service location
Configure and maintain Cisco Adaptive Security Appliances and responsible for managing all Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections
Complete Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) Checklists to provide Information Assurance with necessary artifacts for RMF compliance
Ensure that all network devices meet Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) of Defense (DOD) directives and guidelines
Qualifications

J OIN OUR TEAM!! Serco is a dynamic, progressive company that values teamwork and mutual support. Our US Navy Reserve Psychological Health Outreach Program (PHOP) staff must be willing and able to learn quickly and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
All of the responsibilities listed below are considered essential functions of this position. PHOP workers provide behavioral health screenings, referral service support and outreach to Reservists, and their family members as well as consultation to Home Training Center (HTC) and Naval Operational Support Center (NOSC) leaders. This position is a hybrid serving both USNR and USMFR.
In this role, you will:
Conduct behavioral health screenings with Reservists and eligible Family Members to determine current psychological health needs.
Link at Reservists and their Family Members to -good fit services- based on identified needs.
Maintain accurate and timely case notes to document all service encounters.
Prepare outreach materials such as flyers, brochures and newsletters to educate clients on a wide spectrum of psychological health topics and resources.
Provide briefings and consultation to Reservists, Family Members and high-level military leaders.
Attend Meetings as required/requested, including staff meetings, training workshops and community meetings.
Coordinate with regional site lead and team members to ensure all program data required for reporting purposes is provided in a timely manner.
Travel one to two times a month on weekends to various HTCs and NOSCs throughout the region.
This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Serco to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Must successfully undergo a background investigation (National Agency Check) and a ble to obtain a Security clearance.
A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral health or clinical degree and 2 years of professional experience.
Must be independently licensed at the highest level in any U.S. State with one of the following:
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Must obtain and maintain American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers OR the American Red Cross' CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification.

Answering radio calls from arriving and departing aircraft.

Issuing air traffic clearances.

This is a technical cybersecurity position and solving complex technical cybersecurity issues will be required.

In this role, you will:
Develop, provide, and update integrated master schedules for all major programs utilizing Microsoft Project and/or Primavera
Execute schedule logic credibility health checks, critical path identification and analysis, schedule performance trend analysis, baseline vs. current comparison and analysis, schedule margin assessment, validate cost/schedule correlations, cost/schedule risk assessment (C/SRA) & joint confidence levels, duration compressions, and earned value schedule analysis
Qualifications

An active Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Management, Communications, Business Administration or related field
Eight (8) years of experience supporting federal programs (preferably for the DOD)
Demonstrated technical writing experience for DOD programs, preferably Army or aviation related

Benefits Administrators are responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing transactional Death Benefit Claim form documents for TSP participants. Administrators review death benefits documents for validity in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) policies and guidelines. This includes making numerous telephone calls daily, researching and reviewing accounts, using independent judgment to resolve conflicting information and complex case scenarios, data entry, sending appropriate notices, and communicating with various entities (e.g. the FRTIB, governmental agencies, law firms, participants, and potential payees).
In the Benefits Administrator role you will:
Thorough and comprehensive working knowledge of the particular area of work responsibility assignment.
Must have attention to detail and time management skills, and will be responsible for maintaining a case load of up to 150 accounts at one time.
Validity determinations and communications are made by the Administrator and are confirmed by a quality control/verification Benefits Administrator. Any claims meeting a specific set of conditions will be verified by two Benefits Administrators.

Interpreting guidance provided by the FRTIB in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations and applying the regulations, directives, and interpretations to determine the validity of incoming documents required by the specific workflow.
Providing timely responsive customer service to various inquiries from multiple sources and stakeholders, such as participants, confirmed or potential payees, legal representatives, and financial institutions.
Coordination, tracking and reporting within assigned workflows or between workflows
Ensures work is processed in a timely manner according to the requirements of the specific business function assignment.
Communicates effectively both orally and in writing with the FRTIB and TSP Call Centers to provide information and obtain additional information pertinent to resolution of the legal case. The analyst will be required to communicate with participants, attorneys, third parties, financial institutions, government agencies, and potential (as well as confirmed) payees in accordance with the Privacy Act.

Qualifications
