As an Inventory Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a group of associates during inventory events. You will deliver strong results through ensuring the accuracy, productivity and on-time completion of each event you work.

Team Requirements

• No previous inventory experience necessary, we are looking for awesome people like you to Come Count with Us!

• Minimum of 2 year experience leading people in a retail, restaurant, service or warehouse environment

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service to both internal employees as well as our external customers and support partners

• Ability to coach and develop associates while providing a positive work environment

Inventory Supervisors are responsible for the supervision of events, while guiding Inventory Associates and acting as the first point of contact to resolve any event concerns in support of and at the direction of the Assistant Manager or Zone Manager. Inventory Supervisors assist and direct other employees with daily tasks and interact with customers to ensure exceptional service. Position Overview:

The MWS Inventory Associate has previous work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and is responsible for directing the warehouse inventory counters in manufacturing and warehouse inventories across various locations. MWS Inventory Associates are the face of RGIS and embody the core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect, Teamwork, and Innovation.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Focuses on Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Specialty inventory events

• Completes RGIS count reconciliation processes, and directs customers on completing tablet verifications

• Provides direction to warehouse counters, performs first counts, performs first count verifications on warehouse counters, and executes the inventory plan

• Exhibits exemplary customer service, including, but not limited to, professional and timely communication, a sense of urgency, and meeting expected service levels

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is required

• Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Willingness to travel with overnights included

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Familiarity of warehouse heavy equipment (i.e. forklifts, scissor lifts)

• Familiarity with warehouse bin locations, and labeling systems used in warehouses

• Prior teamwork experience in a customer service setting preferred

• Prior teamwork experience in an inventory and/or retail setting preferred

Working Conditions:

RGIS currently has positions open for experienced Merchandising Specialists that would assist in large scale remodeling projects and ensuring each project is completed on time and within budget. They may also work with smaller scale projects.

These projects involve dismantling, assembly and placement of retail fixtures, adjustment of shelves and arrangement and placement of products on the shelves in accordance with CAD drawings and plan-o-grams.

Selected employees must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include night shifts. Each project requires the willingness to travel to various store locations with the possibility of overnight stays during the project. Some travel may apply.
