Position Overview:

The MWS Inventory Associate has previous work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and is responsible for directing the warehouse inventory counters in manufacturing and warehouse inventories across various locations. Essential Responsibilities:

• Focuses on Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Specialty inventory events

• Completes RGIS count reconciliation processes, and directs customers on completing tablet verifications

• Provides direction to warehouse counters, performs first counts, performs first count verifications on warehouse counters, and executes the inventory plan

• Exhibits exemplary customer service, including, but not limited to, professional and timely communication, a sense of urgency, and meeting expected service levels

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is required

• Communicates information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Willingness to travel with overnights included

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Familiarity of warehouse heavy equipment (i.e. forklifts, scissor lifts)
