As the Restaurant Manager, you will work with a passionate team of people who take exceptional care of our guests. What will I do?

• Maintain a presence on the dining floor and assist in with any tasks while working to grow relationships with guests ensuring that they have received incredible service and a reason to return

• Act as a knowledgeable resource on dining operations for the front of the house team and provide coaching, training and coaching as necessary for the team

• Partner with the General Manager to ensure the on-going success of the Restaurant and recommend ways to grow revenue

• Ensure the facility is in good working order and compliant with state and federal laws and regulations, etc.

• Assist the Bar Manager with controlling inventory and ordering supplies

• Work hands-on with employees to teach, encourage and empower them to take on new responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in restaurant/hotel management, food services or equivalent field

• Supervisory experience, particularly in a restaurant setting

• Ability to balance providing incredible service with ensuring laws and policies

• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Job Description

At Wegmans, our Maintenance Mechanics ensure that Wegmans Corporate, Distribution and Manufacturing facilities are professionally and safely maintained, helping to provide our employees and our customers with a safe work environment. • Repair and troubleshoot production equipment in our facilities, for both emergency and non-emergency situations

• Complete all tasks while strictly adhering to food and human safety guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of experience as an equipment Mechanic in a manufacturing or distribution environment, including experience with preventative maintenance systems and techniques

• Proficiency with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of material handling systems and process equipment, including conveyors and/or automated systems

• Knowledge of three-phase motors and wiring and experience programming and installing electronics and controls

As a Warehouse Product Selector, you'll be hands-on, working with products in our Distribution Facilities and ensuring stores get the items they need to make our customers happy. Success in this role takes a sharp eye, attention to detail and the ability to be a team player. You'll play a key role in providing incredible customer service, and help Wegmans deliver the best, freshest products possible.

What Will I do?

• Accurately pick, scan, stack and place selected cases on a pallet and arrange orderly to minimize product damage for safe delivery to stores

• Safely operate equipment necessary to perform job duties; this may include a forklift, pallet jack, and/or Vocollect

• Follow voice commands and/or read order to ascertain correct case number and quantity of merchandise is selected

• Stand and do repetitive work for long periods of time

• May work in and have exposure to various temperatures (Warehouse temperatures range from -20 degrees F in Frozen, to 85 Degrees F in the grocery warehouse)

We're looking for entry-level leaders who are passionate and ready to collaborate, lead, and give their best every day! In this role, your responsibilities will consist of both coordinating and troubleshooting daily activities of our customer service employees, as well as taking part in store management duties and projects. Through these responsibilities you will gain a deep understanding of our values, business measures and operations, experiencing everything from daytime to nighttime hours, often acting as a liaison between different areas of the store. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of customer service focused team members, ensuring they have the tools and resources to be successful at their jobs. What will I do?

• Independently manage store operations between daytime and nighttime hours, acting as key leader and liaison among teams and various departments throughout the store; responsible for closing and/or opening the store, as part of a varied schedule that changes on a weekly basis

• Partner with department management to prioritize and delegate tasks and ensure the Front End/customer checkout operations runs efficiently, monitoring the business and customer traffic throughout the store, managing the right number of open checkout lanes and running register when necessary to reduce customer wait time

• Manage performance of a team of Customer Service employees, providing resources, training, feedback, and development opportunities

• Provide Incredible Customer Service to customers and employees alike, acting as a champion throughout the store for our values and standards

• Quickly react to situations that arise, partnering with store leadership to problem solve operational challenges

• Participate in and/or lead special projects and assignments across the store with the goal of bringing employees together and enhancing the Company culture

Required Qualifications

• 1 or more years of work experience, preferably in customer service, or a college degree

• Computer skills

• Proven ability to multi-task and handle interruptions in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters

What will I do?

• Process prescription requests while building trusted customer relationships and demonstrating patience, empathy and compassion

• Troubleshoot rejected insurance claims and address issues to achieve the best outcome for patients

• Follow department processes and procedures to input information, dispense medication and verify information

• Ensure the department is running smoothly by assisting with tasks, maintaining appropriate inventory levels through ordering, rotating and stocking drugs and other supplies

• Properly handle products, use equipment, keep accurate logs and follow sanitation practices

Required Qualifications:

• Computer skills

• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations in order to perform data entry and fill prescriptions without error

• State specific - may require Pharmacy Technician certification

• New Jersey applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience ordering products and controlling inventory

• Pharmacy Technician experience

• Pharmacy Technician -Certification
