About the opportunity:
The Installation team lead will be responsible for overseeing a crew in the installation of various components for food equipment to include adjusting, aligning, assembling, calibrating, inspecting, lubricating and testing of commercial food prep equipment, electrical/mechanical and electronics troubleshooting The selected candidate will comply with all applicable service policies and procedures, maintain frequent contact with the office to receive service assignments and review service problems with advisor, or manager. Must be available for overtime and on-call schedule.
Some of the key activities that you will perform in this role are:
Work on-site to set up, program, dismantle and reconstruct equipment when necessary
Contact customers prior to installation date to verify schedule
Provide guidance and coaching to installers as it relates to work assignments: specific work steps, proper use of tools, machinery and overall job performance
Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in products and service; provide superior customer service by working out solutions in the best interest of the customer
Maintain vehicle inventory and appearance
What you'll bring to the table:
Accredited High School diploma, Business or trade school or GED
3+ years of experience in commercial install experience
Excellent mechanical/electrical/electronic aptitude; to include Welding, Hydraulics and/or Electrical Skills
Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and able to drive multiple hours per day
Able to travel and complete company training; class, audio/video, field
Ability to operate hand and power tools; read blueprints and schematic drawings
Understand How to Troubleshoot Mechanical Problems
Basic knowledge of refrigerant plumbing and soldering
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office products excel, Word, Outlook
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Based position under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor, the selected candidate will be able to perform a variety of duties with a focus on Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Dispatching, invoicing, maintain various files and other functions as needed. The incumbent will be able to prepare and/or maintain Excel and Word documents for correspondence, forms, orders, etc. The individual must be able to display professionalism and use tact on the telephone when talking to customers and other employees. Individual must be cross trained in all office administration functions. The candidate will perform various other clerical functions as necessary.

SUMMARY
Reporting to the Vice President Service Parts, the Strategic Procurement Manager is responsible for developing, proposing, implementing, and reviewing programs to establish strategic partnerships in support of the Food Equipment Group and Division's sourcing and purchasing needs. These activities ensure the Company's business units benefit from total leverage in the most cost effective and efficient methods of sourcing and procurement possible and measure the effectiveness of these strategies. This role will also be responsible for directing and facilitating a large, cross-functional, multi-business unit Council that is tasked with leveraging the company's total spend for categories affecting FEG Group and Division such as Casting, Printed Circuit Boards, OEM Components, Outsourced Manufacturing and others. Additionally, this role will be liaison to Corporate Sourcing Council & Food Equipment Group-wide focused on Electrical & Electronics (primary category) and support other NA Service 80's spend categories.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Champion a strategic sourcing process that will substantially reduce total procurement costs while achieving service parts quality, performance, and delivery expectations for internal and external customers (25% of time spend performing this duty)
Utilize a -Supplier Scorecard- to manage key suppliers ensuring they meet quality and service requirements while maintaining competitive prices. Evaluate and lead commodity to enhance supplier performance, monitor supplier activity relative to pricing, contractual obligation, delivery, scheduling, and productivity. (20% of time spent performing this duty)
Coordinate overall data collection and bid processes, including determination of comparison of services and products offered from a sourcing perspective, supplier outreach and establishing a bid list, data collection and RFQ process, evaluation of proposals with the business units to identify best business solution (20% of time spent performing this duty)
Design and execute the group's strategic sourcing initiatives, including supply market analysis, strategy development, management of requests for proposal, and supplier negotiations (15% of time spent performing this duty)
Interface and act as the liaison between business units/supply base management and the supplier(s) while the strategic sourcing agreement is being implemented (10% of time spent performing this duty
Support FEG Directors with key categories initiatives. They will lead or support different category projects that will impact multiple FEG Divisions operation and sourcing initiatives. (10% of time spent performing this duty)

SUMMARY
Reporting to the Product Line Manager - Parts, the Parts Product Manager is responsible for the product and marketing strategy for their assigned parts product (Wear Wash, Cooking and Baking or Food Machines). This includes management of pricing, kitting, product differentiation analysis, refurbishment programs, part lifecycle management, and equipment end of life. Responsibilities also include defining target markets and establishing market size and trends. The Parts Product Manager requires a high level of interface with Strategic Sourcing, Product Support and Training. The Parts Product Manager provides technical leadership for all parts related issues and owns the relationship between the Hobart Parts team and the associated FEG equipment engineering teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, communicate, and implement product policies and pricing strategies to drive sales growth while achieving or exceeding parts profitability targets. Manage, communicate, and implement price adjustments based on market data and corporate goals as required.
Define the parts product line portfolio strategy to include recommendations on parts sales categories (individual piece parts, sub-assemblies, and parts kits) as well as management of the parts item master to ensure integrity of all parts data in the system. Profitably manage a parts refurbishment program for their product line by identifying opportunities to offer refurbished parts that drive increased revenue and margin for Hobart Service while driving a lower owning and operating cost to the end customer. Create impactful messaging enable sales and marketing efforts to demonstrate the increased value of using ITW/FEG parts to end customers.
Facilitate development and implementation of high impact and differentiated product positioning through competitive analysis studies, feature/benefit analysis and documentation, and identification of opportunities for use of proprietary and semi-proprietary parts. Monitor marketplace trends regarding customer's needs (VOC) and competitive pressures for both competitive parts suppliers (generics) and competitive equipment.
Proactively manage the end-to-end management of the product lifecycle from pre-product launch through the end of life of parts and service support. Understand the equipment parts consumption model and align with materials management to have the proper quantity of parts to support the equipment aligned with the installed base and expected replacement cycle / end of useful life of individual components.
Provide leadership in efforts to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with all ITW Food Equipment groups including but not limited to engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, product management, field support, training, logistics, and field service offices.

This is a position within Engineering for Equipment related after-market service and support. This position plays a critical role in the success of Magnaflux, its customers and employees. Essential Job Responsibilities:
. Direct technical resolution of customer complaints related to any capital equipment performance or process control. Tasked with primary responsibility for ensuring warranty issues are resolved in a timely manner and to the customer's satisfaction.
. Provide direct support to customer inquiries for non-service related issues. This will be in the form of researching and providing answers to customers or forward the inquires to the correct Magnaflux person if inquiry is outside area of expertise.
. Utilizing Zendesk tickets and requests for obsolete equipment and accessory support (via email or phone) - create leads in SF and assign to appropriate RSM for follow-up. This process leads to additional capital equipment and accessories opportunities (revenue generation) that RSM's may not otherwise have visibility to.
o Identify potential areas of additional revenue growth with customers (i.e., upgrading equipment to database systems) and notify Manager of opportunity.
. Provide support for customer capital equipment run-off in Dewitt and perform on-site orientation (including training of customer personnel) in the use of their equipment.
Direct accountability for providing world class value to our customers through superior service performance and delivery.
Manage spare parts portion of business using 80/20 methodology (physical and financial) as well as meeting capital equipment support guidelines.
Maintain all service parts pricing in MAS including:
Calculating correct margins per current target margin guidelines
Inputting correct pricing into MAS
Verifying PPL, Commission Class and PPG are correct for service parts and if incorrect or not filled in, work with Engineering to get correct information inputted (Only Engineering can input that info)
For obsolete parts - initiate the obsoletion process with Engineering and set pricing to 0 as part of the process.
Communicate with Customer Service and Service Centers via Service Bulletin or email - parts that have been obsoleted and any replacement parts (if applicable)
. Provide Service Parts quotations to customer (via email or phone) - This was previously done by the Equipment Technical Specialist (Iris).
Directly accountable for the timely, accurate, and complete collection and reporting of warranty Field Service issues.
Review Service Warranty Invoices (From Authorized Service Centers) for accuracy (invoice versus current warranty rates allowed)
Input Warranty Invoices into E-file system for processing.
Coordinate and Educate service centers (via written correspondence and training classes) on equipment and accessories. Able to communicate with Service Centers to determine training needs to ensure training program is valuable.
Develop Service Center training program updates for changes in all MPI capital equipment.
Perform Service Center training either virtually or in-person
Maintain working knowledge of all equipment and accessories,
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent, and 5+ years relevant experience.
Previous experience working with direct customers in a technical capacity.
Experience in electrical components, troubleshooting and electrical safety.
Must be able to read and interpret technical specifications, engineering drawings, safety rules, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Must be able to be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must possess excellent organization skills, project management skills and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and direction.
Demonstrated ability to logically walk through basic troubleshooting techniques with both customers (non-trained) and Authorized Service Center technicians (non-trained and trained).
Must demonstrate mathematical skills as applies to scientific computations and use in business applications.
Must possess excellent problem solving and decision analysis skills

SUMMARY
Reporting to the Inventory Manager, the Inventory Analyst assists with all Distribution Center and Field based Inventory Control initiatives. The Inventory Analyst leverages the available data to understand trends, identify anomalies, and provide recommendations for inventory centric endeavors. Their research and insights contribute towards providing the highest parts availability and service levels within organizational standards. The Analyst is also tasked with developing inventory tools to assist both the Piqua Distribution Center and Field parts personnel in stocking decisions.

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager - Parts, the Parts Product Line Manager is responsible for the entire parts product portfolio strategy to include individual service parts and service parts kits for both FEG/ITW parts and competitive parts. SUMMARY

This position performs daily standard work as it pertains to tactical purchasing activities, including but not limited to monitoring RFQ and PO requisition queues including MRP, PO placement, PO management and PO closure. The position is responsible for executing through multiple purchasing avenues including suppliers, distribution, 3rd party and outsourcing and fabrication.
Analyze all open requirements/requisitions and generate Purchase Orders in response to customer orders, inventory stocking requirements, nonstock, -made to order- components, forecasts, production needs and other authorized purchase requests. Execute stock, nonstock, and -made to order- requirements in accordance with standard procedures. Evaluate and analyze supplier proposals and perform negotiations with the supplier to acquire best pricing and on time delivery terms to quality specifications. Ensure that all Purchase Order transactions are complete, accurate and timely in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, SOX and ITW policies and procedures.
Manage open Purchase Orders and maintain a continuous effort to eliminate material shortages, deferring or canceling purchase orders as required, based on schedule and/or inventory changes. Work with Inventory Control in support of achievement of objectives like inventory accuracy, inventory turns, excess/obsolete minimization, safety stock, and min/max optimization.
Responsible for coordination, communication, tracking and resolution of all Supplier nonconformance issues that may arise with Purchase Orders including delivery, quantities, invoicing, quality, BOM accuracy and pricing discrepancy resolution.
Responsible for management of assigned suppliers and commodities to ensure understanding of clear performance expectations including but not limited to on time delivery, stock outs, cost savings and nonconformance. Regularly track, evaluate, and report supplier quality and performance benchmarks and risks associated with parts delivery, contracts/agreements, and conduct ongoing audits of pricing, quality, lead times.
Establish excellent partnerships with suppliers that delivery innovative solutions, resources and alternative supply options when needed. Conduct supplier audits and business reviews to keep abreast of changes in supplier's organization and market conditions of the commodities they serve. Identify and execute improvement opportunities through both process improvements and relationship improvement.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment
Desired Education/Experience
4+ years in Purchasing is preferred, but not required.
1+ years Team Lead/Supervisory experience a plus
Certificates and Licenses

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for picking and preparing orders for shipping. The picker will pick a wide variety of items, place and arrange items on pallets. Picker will also work in a team setting to reach warehouse operations goals and perform basic warehouse duties.
Primary Responsibilities:
Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders
Operate scanners to ensure proper order is picked and inventory is managed accurately
Build pallets with orders and position them for processing
Operate material handling equipment (power walkies)

Pick customer orders within established productivity standards via RF technology

Responsible for Supplier Relationship Management including addressing nonconformance and capacity constraints. Identify new opportunities while leveraging sourcing, strategic planning, commodity expertise, supplier selection, negotiation, and risk management skills. This position must have strong analytical, negotiation and relationship building skills in a fast-paced environment.
Develop & execute category management strategies, based on organizational requirements to align with current and future market conditions to provide top-line value, improvement to the total cost of ownership model, decrease supply disruption risk, and improve supply chain agility. Manage the RFP process. Prepare the request, select participants, review proposals, negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers, and award the business based on Total Cost of Ownership analyses. Negotiates, implement, and manage LTA's (long term agreements) while achieving commercial savings and raw material recovery to meet or exceed parts cost and total cost reduction objectives and while supporting organizational initiatives. Facilitate supplier/engineering VA/VE activities to drive product cost savings and process improvement initiatives to achieve budget performance. Collaborate with and participate with colleagues across the Enterprise to ensure strategies are aligned with company goals and objectives. As requested, present category management strategies to department and senior leadership.
Develop market intelligence within assigned categories including industry trends, global pricing, lead times, technology and manufacturing capability of suppliers, supply/demand market volatility, cost drivers (raw material pricing, tariffs), material indexes, benchmarks, and mergers & acquisitions in the industry to mitigate supply and cost risk. Research and understand shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers that may affect overall supplier performance and/or result in purchase price variance. Identify potential hedging opportunities and communicate potential opportunities and risks to Strategic Procurement Manager.
Develop and manage supplier relationships which deliver reliable product supply and total cost effectiveness while meeting or exceeding all customer service, compliance, product requirements, and key performance metrics. Manage supplier performance with feedback through monthly scorecards to mitigate risk, support performance improvement, and proactively identify issues. Act as a trusted business advisor by managing and driving resolution of supplier issues and escalating as needed. Effectively lead supplier business meetings with strategic partners and preferred suppliers to drive business value. Arrange and conduct regular Top2Top meetings with suppliers and stakeholders. Involve other functional partners to resolve issues and drive continued supplier development. Influence supplier segmentation within categories and develop risk mitigation plans. Develop strategic partners that will provide ITW Hobart Parts with additional resources, innovation, and a competitive edge.
Collaborate with Product Management team in support of new product launch initiatives to develop and implement cost reduction and sourcing strategies for service parts to meet program timing, cost, quality, delivery, and strategic objectives.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Materials, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
3+ years of Sourcing experience including completing sourcing events (RFI, RFQ, RFP), contract negotiation/management.
3+ years of Strategic Procurement experience
Desired Education/Experience
3+ years in Commodity/Category Management preferred, but not required.
3+ years in Supply Management experience with focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development preferred, but not required.

Certificates and Licenses

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for picking and preparing orders for shipping. The picker will pick a wide variety of items, place and arrange items on pallets. Picker will also work in a team setting to reach warehouse operations goals and perform basic warehouse duties.
Primary Responsibilities:
Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders
Operate scanners to ensure proper order is picked and inventory is managed accurately
Build pallets with orders and position them for processing
Operate material handling equipment (power walkies)
Pack and process small orders via UPS
Work collaboratively with Coordinator and Supervisors, who will assign orders
Pick customer orders within established productivity standards via RF technology
Pack customer order using material handling equipment: this includes UPS, LTL and TL shipments
Observe all the ITW safety policies and procedures; maintain a neat and orderly work area
Contribute towards process improvement within job parameters
Perform general warehouse duties as necessary
Additional duties as assigned.

The person in this role will perform a variety of duties associated with the dispatching functions in order to provide prompt and efficient service to our customers. There will be frequent contact with Branch employees and constant contact with customers and other outside personnel, requiring more than ordinary courtesy and tact to establish and maintain good customer relations. You will have occasional work with confidential data where the effect of any disclosure may have an impact on the business.
General Duties:
Answer all incoming telephone service requests and log customer service calls with all pertinent information in system.
Schedule service calls to techs and supply information needed by Service Tech, and determine priorities to be assigned to service calls.
Maintain follow up system for parts ordered by Service Techs to ensure complete customer satisfaction per company policies and guidelines.
Maintain Inspection List, Automatic Scale. Wrapper and General Line.
Maintain File of Equipment.This could include calling customers concerning estimates for overhauls, prices for new equipment, and completion of services.
Perform clerical functions, as necessary, such as assisting with tracking of consignment, assisting walk-in customers, shipping/receiving, handling phone calls for supervisor, etc.
Train or cross train other employees as requested.
Follow up on completed service calls to verify customer satisfaction and promote service contracts.
Print out and mail invoices

Schedule PM's
Prepare quotes for repairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer calls from incoming customers and dispense call information to the appropriate Branch or Service Contractor
Utilize current system to properly log and page service calls
Distribute faxes and electronic calls as needed
Follow current procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy across the department while continually looking at process improvements and simplifications
Identify service offices and/or personnel where intervention may be needed to improve processes
Understand 3rd Party Companies being utilized by our key accounts in order to oversee proper procedures are being followed regarding service calls
Coordinate field notification, tracking and payment of SPIFF programs
Track Office Information Screen/SMS Scheduler updates, print, and follow-up as necessary
Train and assist in the development of new hires
Handle other projects as required
Accredited High School diploma or GED
2 years in customer support and service experience required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, remain calm in stressful situations and adjust plans to meet changing needs
Flexible scheduling, work any combination of 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts including weekend shifts and holidays
Ability to see underlying concepts and patterns in complex situations in order to develop solutions that effectively address underlying problems/root causes
Recognize changing customer needs and determine process/procedure updates and/or requirements
Work with IT regarding customer needs when appropriate
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to develop positive working relationships with others at all levels and demonstrate respect to people at all levels
Ability to handle internal and external customers politely and efficiently follows procedures to solve problems, understand company products and services, and maintain pleasant and professional image
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Associate's degree
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products to include Access and Power Point
Bilingual
Field experience a plus
