Are you mechanically and electrically inclined? Do you like providing customers with quality service solutions? Join our team and become a part of the leading nationwide provider of commercial food equipment service

  • You will work with customers to electrically/mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment to include cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking and refrigeration.

  • You will typically leave from home each morning and work with minimal direct supervision at customer sites.

  • You will meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • An accredited High School Diploma or GED and 2-4 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.

  • Refrigeration experience preferred but not required.

  • You must have a valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily

  • You should be able to work Overtime and On-Call as required

  • You must be able to attend our industry leading training at our corporate headquarters in Troy, OH

  • Receives and stores steel coils as received. Maintains coil inventory in organized manner and takes a physical inventory count as required.

  • Stack specified configuration of trays or boxes on pallet and move pallet to the pallet wrapper.

  • May operate machine punch press in safe and efficient manner.

  • Operates industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.

  • Mounts coils on presses and checks coil during operator's initial run of parts.

  • Checks presses for oil and coolants and fills as necessary.

  • Keeps daily record of coils that are ran and those that are rejected.

  • Assists with inventory of finished goods and raw materials in stock as required.

  • Lifts heavy objects by hand or with power hoist, and cleans work area, machines, and equipment to assist machine operators.

  • Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of sit-down industrial related forklift experience preferred

  • Experience working in production environment

  • Ability to carry out instructions

  • Demonstrate a willingness to cooperate in a team environment

  • Basic mathematical skills

  • Must have ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Must be able to work 2nd shift hours 3:30PM - 2AM and overtime when scheduled

This Senior Electrical Engineer position is a key member of the Electrical Development team at MTS Test & Simulation. Engineers in this team are responsible for developing and supporting a wide range of electrical products focused on high performance motion control and precision data acquisition.   • Completes required material issue and returned components transactions on an accurate and timely basis.

Our Field Service Technicians are accountable for customer commercial food service equipment installations, preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades and updates, sales support for new systems, establishing and growing customer relationships, and creating and implementing a strategy focused on achieving/exceeding financial and customer satisfaction results. In addition, this position is responsible for continued employee development and increasing employee retention and engagement levels. Manage regular maintenance for service vehicles.

  • High School Diploma or GED and 4+ years of relevant experience, including supervision OR 1-3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree

  • Experience effectively managing customer relations dealing directly with customers

About the opportunity:

Basic Function

Maximize Service revenue opportunities by supporting OEMs and distribution/reseller channels with their Service products related needs. Working closely with channel sales and strategic account managers, develop and implement sales channel on-boarding, training, marketing and sales growth plan specific to Service products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the channel sales and strategic account managers, utilizing ServiceCloud tool to monitor the overall performance of indirect channels and OEM Service sales.

  • Establish effective, professional relationships with the key personnel in the -80- Semi channel and OEM accounts, conduct regular meetings to review Service sales records and develop action plans to increase sales.

  • Work with marketing communications to implement promotions, advertising campaigns, targeted communications, trade show initiatives, internet strategies and other activities in support of the service product strategies.

  • Support Business Unit Manager with annual and long-range planning activities, review organization's financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals

  • Serve as a member of the Service BU Global Management Team, contribute to the development and implementation of BU organizational strategies, policies and practices.

BASIC DESCRIPTION:

This position will be responsible for assembling wire harnesses and harness sub-assemblies using documentation and/or harness boards. This position will be responsible for various assemblies and tasks depending on the cell working in. These responsibilities may include assembly, testing, and maintaining targeted inventory levels for hand controls and foot controls, assembling and winding of leads, assembly of wire harnesses, cutting and cleaning large leads, crimping wire terminals, soldering, and use of hi-pot and other test equipment. In addition, the candidate will be required to cross-train and rotate throughout cells within the department as needed. Good organizational skills, self-discipline, a positive attitude, and a customer-first mentality are required to succeed in this position.

  • Opening and closing of computer work orders

  • Responsible for the ordering of raw materials

  • Use of air and electric assembly tools, hand tools, and test equipment

  • Able to read and understand bills of material and assembly drawings
