About the opportunity:
The Installation team lead will be responsible for overseeing a crew in the installation of various components for food equipment to include adjusting, aligning, assembling, calibrating, inspecting, lubricating and testing of commercial food prep equipment, electrical/mechanical and electronics troubleshooting The selected candidate will comply with all applicable service policies and procedures, maintain frequent contact with the office to receive service assignments and review service problems with advisor, or manager. Must be available for overtime and on-call schedule.
Some of the key activities that you will perform in this role are:
Work on-site to set up, program, dismantle and reconstruct equipment when necessary
Contact customers prior to installation date to verify schedule
Provide guidance and coaching to installers as it relates to work assignments: specific work steps, proper use of tools, machinery and overall job performance
Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in products and service; provide superior customer service by working out solutions in the best interest of the customer
Maintain vehicle inventory and appearance
What you'll bring to the table:
Accredited High School diploma, Business or trade school or GED
6+ years of experience in commercial install experience
Excellent mechanical/electrical/electronic aptitude; to include Welding, Hydraulics and/or Electrical Skills
Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and able to drive multiple hours per day
Able to travel and complete company training; class, audio/video, field
Ability to operate hand and power tools; read blueprints and schematic drawings
Understand How to Troubleshoot Mechanical Problems
Basic knowledge of refrigerant plumbing and soldering
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office products excel, Word, Outlook
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

The person in this role will perform a variety of duties associated with the dispatching functions in order to provide prompt and efficient service to our customers. There will be frequent contact with Branch employees and constant contact with customers and other outside personnel, requiring more than ordinary courtesy and tact to establish and maintain good customer relations. You will have occasional work with confidential data where the effect of any disclosure may have an impact on the business.
General Duties:
Answer all incoming telephone service requests and log customer service calls with all pertinent information in system.
Schedule service calls to techs and supply information needed by Service Tech, and determine priorities to be assigned to service calls.
Maintain follow up system for parts ordered by Service Techs to ensure complete customer satisfaction per company policies and guidelines.
Maintain Inspection List, Automatic Scale. Wrapper and General Line.
Maintain File of Equipment.This could include calling customers concerning estimates for overhauls, prices for new equipment, and completion of services.
Perform clerical functions, as necessary, such as assisting with tracking of consignment, assisting walk-in customers, shipping/receiving, handling phone calls for supervisor, etc.
Train or cross train other employees as requested.
Follow up on completed service calls to verify customer satisfaction and promote service contracts.
Print out and mail invoices
Do 3rd party billing
Schedule PM's
Prepare quotes for repairs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead accounting and finance processes and practices for the business unit, including:
Maintain financial statements/records of the business unit

Develop key financial metric reports for the management team, including ad-hoc reports as needed

Apply financial and market/industry knowledge and stay abreast of current trends
Evaluate projects that support additional investment or enhance the current development of assets and resources with the goal of improving the profitability of the organization
Act with integrity and candor in all areas of influence
Required: Bachelor's Degree in accounting, MBA and/or CMA/CPA preferred and a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance. CPA is preferred.
5 to 7 years in finance/accounting leadership role across multiple financial functions including: AR, AP, GL, cost accounting, financial processes, internal controls, forecasting, and planning
Experience in public and multinational companies
Experience in finance and accounting in manufacturing company environment
Qualifications and skills

This leader is responsible for profitable revenue growth through existing and new distribution channels utilizing the ITW 80/20 and Front-To-Back (FTB) methodologies. This is a critical role for the parts business, and is responsible to provide business results to achieve annual revenue growth. Key deliverables for the Distribution Business Development Manager are:
Drive Revenue Growth: Responsible for creation and implementation of business development objectives and strategies. Support the development and track performance metrics for distribution sales channels to create focus and drive continuous improvement. Job Summary:
The Technical Training Manager is a subject matter expert on design, develop and training of products and equipment as well as markets, applications, and customers. This role's primary function will be to utilize the combination of training and marketing techniques to drive sales results with an emphasis on increasing customer satisfaction. This will be achieved by providing regular support to ProAP Customers and the Sales Team, working jointly with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, R & D Engineering, and Operations groups. In addition, the Technical Training Manager has first level of responsibility for achieving product and equipment margins consistent with company goals.

Qualifications:
Must be a Certified ASE Technician

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for performing a variety of engineering activities for the Troy manufacturing facility by working in collaboration with Design/Project engineers, manufacturing engineers, procurement, quality groups and the operations team to complete engineering design changes, manufacturing process improvements and resolving design issues.
We seek candidates with five or more years of mechanical design engineering experience and CAD software. Verify design intent by checking proper fit-up of components using 2D models
Create detailed and accurate drawings required for producing cost analysis, prototype parts and assembly fixtures
Participate in design review meetings including presentation of design concepts and development to launch
Apply engineering principles to meet mechanical engineering needs for the facility
Carry designs through the entire design cycle including concept development, prototyping, fabrication, and final assembly and testing as required
Work with electrical engineers to ensure designs meet all electrical requirements and standards
Document new designs and design changes through detailed engineering drawings, reports, and presentations
Identify and implement cost savings as related to direct and indirect labor savings and expense account budgets.
Participate in facility audits for safety, inventory, UL as required.
Work in collaboration with Design/Project engineers, manufacturing engineers, procurement, quality groups, and operations team to complete engineering design changes, manufacturing process improvements, and resolve design issues.

DIVISION DESCRIPTION :
ITW Specialty Films designs, manufactures and markets specialized coated and/or metalized films for the Card, Security, and Medical markets. The division leverages unique core competencies and technologies in films, foils, laminates, holography, and transfers to address customer needs globally. Operates in 5 locations (NA & EU).
Perform duties to set up and operate a variety of machine tools, ability to make electrical repairs, as well as installing, maintaining or rebuilding a variety of production and building equipment, applying knowledge of electronics, shop mathematics, electrical and metal properties, and machining procedures. Work from work orders, blueprints, electrical diagrams, equipment manuals and instructions. Applies knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Machine new or damaged parts, fit and align components to exacting requirements.
Diagnose equipment problems, disassemble, determine extent of repairs, requisition or make parts, assemble equipment and make necessary operating adjustments.
Perform predictive precision maintenance to identify and correct mechanical/electrical defects before machines fail.
Plan sequence of machining operations, select materials and layout materials as required. Must be able to do own layout work.
Install and repair variety of electrical equipment following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints and other specifications.

Perform preventive maintenance following prescribed schedules.
Mentoring and sharing knowledge with other technicians on maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC's, instrumentation and controls.

Associate or technical degree or higher in electrical engineering, electrical systems, instrumentation, electronic technology.

Summary:
This position is responsible for providing consultative account support for internal and external customers. Manages order fulfillment process, direct customer interface, credit account monitoring and problem solving of account order process. Include primary support of account management with product information and analysis of accelerated sales.
Essential Duties:

SUMMARY:
The Regional Sales Representative (RSR) is a consultative sales role responsible for working with the end users and all levels of the Distributor network to pull through profitable business with targeted accounts. The RSR is responsible for territory management, identifying and qualifying customer's needs, developing new sales opportunities, and optimizing existing accounts to increase product market share and new product sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Responsible for total sales of assigned product segment and skus within a defined territory. Industrial MRO: LPS, Dykem, SCRUBS, Dymon and Spray Nine. Meet or exceed sales plan for the defined territory for the sales period.
Distribution Partners (regional and branch locations):
Strategy - Develop and document a strategic vision to partner with -80- distributor locations to organically grow revenue with them within the assigned territory
Execution - Provide appropriate education, joint sales calls, complete business reviews, exhibit at open houses, develop co-op marketing programs in tandem with Marketing to drive top of mind behavior at the distributor.
End Users:
Strategy - Develop and document a strategic vision to grow with end users within their assigned territory.

Customer Backed Innovation (CBI): Document all opened CBI opportunities and provide information as required from product management and R&D to help drive new product development opportunities.
Sales Campaigns: Enter in all data required for sales campaigns as required by the management team or campaign leaders.
Other: Any additional requests, reports, or details required by the sales management team.

Role Summary:
Coordinate shipments and ensure all orders are loaded in a timely manner. Adhere to customer shipping window times and eliminate delays or detention. Ship confirm/ASN all shipments ensure last daily shipments are loaded and the ASN provided.
Responsibilities:
- Understand WMS, ASN, and EDI systems
- Call in truck companies designated for specific freight with all information required by them including amount, weight, and time/location of pickup and delivery
- Set up expedites if needed
- Send ASN (advance shipping notice) to all vendors/customers. Know vendor/customers preferred receiving method of this information.
- Create custom paperwork or commercial invoices for all international shipments as needed
- Ensure both UPS and Federal Express, and DHL shipments are prepared for shipment throughout the day
- Run reports to verify ASN and receipt throughout the day and at end of day to ensure successful completion
- Create AR's/picklists and create labels for outgoing freight as needed
- Reactivate, reflag, and correct bill of ladings.
- Have an understanding of the barcode scanning process and know the operations of the scanner
- If necessary, perform shipping responsibilities of loading, unloading freight, pulling & receiving
- Keep a clean orderly working area to minimize room for error
- Update and maintain all Shipping logs
- Locate old files for Shipping & Accounting purposes, as needed
- Complete all billing tasks which include systematic, manual, and supplemental billed
- Run ASN report at the end of the day to ensure all shipments have been billed.
- File all documents and purge old files, as needed
- All other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience; logistics training/education a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast paced work environment
- Strong Math skills
- 2+ years' experience in Shipping environment
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word)
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to deliver results
- Ability to follow safety standards and participate in continuous process improvements while following best business practices
- Trans-4rm and EDI system knowledge a plus

-Make sure all rejected material is properly marked and moved to nonconformance area.
-Verify part quality, correct labels, and final stamp every carton before it goes on a skid.
-Final complete skids/remaining cartons for change over.
-Instruct new employees on key elements of a job start-up (use Training Form)
This may be a new employee at ITW or a new employee to that machine/part.
This will include key items to watch for relative to part quality.

Precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, height gages, dial indicators, Vernier calipers, thread gages, and special gages. Also checking fixtures, templates, magnifying glass, scales, and inspection stamps. Surface plate and accessory equipment, optical comparator, hardness testing equipment, templates, Salt spray machine, light booth, spectrophotometer, and specialized equipment for determining and recording distortions in metals or plastics.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- 1+ years manufacturing experience (Quality background a plus)
- Good measuring skills (ie. Caliper, micrometer preferred)
- Able to read a blue-prints and differentiate colors
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Computer Skills (MS Office, word and excel)
- Must be able to work in a team or individual environment
- Self-motivated individual who must be able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds
- Must be able to work a flexible shift, including overtime and weekends
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
