GAME DAY
Our Sports Bar Service Manager is on the front line, operating our sports bars on a day to day basis. As a Service Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing Front of House (FOH) operations and will directly oversee all Servers. As an integral part of the EPM financial systems team, this role will support the monthly administration and routine maintenance, continual automation & enhancement, and system initiatives for Oracle EPM systems, with the focus on EDMCS and EPBCS. This position will closely partner with various finance teams such as Corporate FP&A, Brand finance & accounting, Tax, and Financial Reporting, to support business initiatives including EDMCS implementation and EPBCS projects. This position will act as the administrator of EDMCS for metadata maintenance across ERP and EPM.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with metadata maintenance for ERP and EPM systems, as well as experience in the role of an administrator for Oracle EPBCS or Hyperion Planning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer EDMCS for monthly/emergency/annual plan metadata changes across ERP and EPM systems, including adding/changing metadata across the systems, validating dimensions and ensuring ERP and EPM systems are in sync.
Support FCCS & ARCS including but not limited to resolving requests, incidents and monthly close tasks.
Work with various partners to assist in implementing EPM functionalities, such as EDMCS workflow, subscription, metadata integration with ERP and EPM systems.
Perform testing and prepare documentation for EPM implementation, act as the main liaison within the financial systems team and with other teams including IT.
Build the test and validation process of any monthly patch that will be applied to EPM systems.
Lead regular EPM system training with various business partners as necessary.
Participate in initiating and testing of new releases and enhancements.
Own security maintenance of EDMCS.
Build documentation of EDMCS process.
Support administrator duties on EPBCS, and serve as subject matter expert and partner to the business on existing and potential EPBCS functionalities.
Assist in developing/maintaining EPBCS artifacts such as reports, web forms, rules, templates, member lists, menu, etc.
Support EPBCS tasks for monthly/annually forecast cycles and processes, such as setting substitution variables, exchange rates, close periods etc.
Assist in resolving incidents and provide end user support, especially during critical times such as month end close & forecast cycles.
Research and coordinate resolution of system-related issues with IT and Oracle support.
Support EPM system changes and testing for company initiatives such as chart of account changes, system integrations etc.
Continually assess how EDMCS and EPBCS can be enhanced to support the business environment, e.g. acquisitions, dispositions, restatements, fully leverage existing or new application technology.
Continually assess and update the change management process and master data governance.
Support design, documentation, development, testing and validation of EPBCS enhancement projects.
Seek opportunities to create reporting for master data governance and planning process.
Support the EPM senior manager in EDMCS projects and initiatives by documenting, testing and validating of changes built in EDMCS.
Identify and develop automation opportunities in EPBCS and EDMCS, such as creating EPM automate scripts.
Work with end users to continuously improve Inspire financial systems and offer efficient problem-solving solutions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields, such as Finance, Accounting, or Accounting Info Systems
3+ years' experience working with EPBCS/Hyperion Planning/SmartView. Hands on experience is a must.
Experience with master data governance, change management.
Hands on experience in EDMCS/DRM/Hyperion EPMA is preferred.
Solid working knowledge of master data change impact to ERP and EPM systems.
Maintain a continuous improvement and problem solver mindset.
Able to work as a team and independently in a very fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks and initiatives.
Must be a team player with the ability to work independently and be accountable for results which may include the need for overtime work during peak activity periods.

Position Summary: This position is the highest management position at the drive-in and is responsible for leading and managing the drive-in's operations and employees.
Essential Job Duties:
Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate the drive-in's assistant managers and employees
Manage drive-in employees' compensation levels pursuant to company guidelines
Supervise, lead, and manage all aspects of drive-in operations to provide an optimal guest experience

Position Summary: This position assists with the leading and managing of the drive-in's operations and employees during an assigned shift.
Essential Job Duties:
Train, manage, direct, coach, lead, and assign drive-in employees during shift
Lead and manage drive-in operations during shift to provide an optimal guest experience
Manage staffing levels during shift
Perform opening and/or closing duties
Handle and properly escalate guest issues/concerns during shift
Handle and properly escalate employee issues/concerns
Monitor and manage the drive-in's food, labor, paper, and inventory during shift to maximize cost-control, operational efficiency, quality standards, and customer service
Assist with preparation and maintenance of drive-in records
Comply with and enforce all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
Perform all station duties (fountain & frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru (if applicable)) as necessary during shift to meet operational standards
Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties - including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease - pursuant to operational standards
Regular attendance

Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds
Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required
Time/Shift Expectations: Minimum of 30 hours per week; irregular hours; nights; weekends; and holidays
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Experience
At least six months of restaurant management experience or one year of retail management experience
Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision
Knowledge/Skills
General restaurant or retail knowledge
