DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement QC Program and perform on-site QC functions to assure the quality work.
Perform QC reviews and processing of all project submittals, test reports, certifications and other documentations required in the contract.
Serves as the liaison between the government Construction Manager (CM) and IDIQ Project Management.
Interfaces with disciplines to steward resolution of technical issues, Requests for Information (RFIs), and non-compliant work.

Prepares and issues overall QC inspection status report and maintain non-conformance log.
Coordinates different holding and witness points to Government Construction Managers (CM).

Plans, coordinates, and leads QC meetings, mock-ups and other QC related activities.
Reports quality issues to Project Manager and Construction Superintendent promptly including regular updates for reporting requirements.
Familiar with EM-385-1-1 and has experience in hazard identification and safety compliance.

The Fire Alarm System Technician (NICET III Certified) will:
Install, repair, and inspect smoke and fire suppression systems.
Inspect, test and repair fire alarm wiring, fire alarm panels and peripheral equipment.
Identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
Inspect, repair or replace smoke/heat detectors and sprinkler heads.
Repair and test wet/dry systems; test fire alarm system devices using appropriate diagnostic programs and test equipment.
Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes.
Read, interpret, and apply system design plans and building construction drawings and documents.
Perform true test smoke detector sensitivity procedure.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is required.

REQUIREMENTS
Must be NICET Certified Level I, II, and III - Fire Alarm Systems.
Requires NICET Certified Level I or II - Inspection and Testing of Fire Alarm Systems.

Responsible for the performance of operational duties for Navy Drinking Water Systems.
Responsible for supervising or directing the operation or maintenance of a particular WTP or water distribution system and making process control and system integrity decisions.
Implements installation criteria and requirements for the U.S. Navy Overseas Drinking Water (ODW) quality program.
Manages, collects, and interprets drinking water data within the installation.
Identifies deficiencies in the drinking water system and works with water plant operators or the requirements branch to implement corrective actions.
Maintains and tracks drinking water-related reporting requirements including but not limited to Sanitary Survey execution, Fit for Human Consumption determinations, Certificate to Operate submittals, and analytical laboratory quality assurance program.
Facilitates information sharing, coordination, and distribution of technical data.
Identifies and develops metrics to measure commodity efficiency.
Analyzes utility trends and proposes remedial actions.
Performs commodity management, including budget oversight and development of utility commodity rates.
Develops and implements an integrated set of processes to minimize the life cycle costs of infrastructure assets, at an acceptable level of risk, while continuously delivering established levels of service for the installation's utility systems.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.
All related knowledge and experience shall be based on the use of the principles and application of physics, chemistry, and bacteriology as they relate to water purification; the ability to read, understand and record data from gauges, scales, and meters; the ability to make routine laboratory and field tests for control of plant operations.
Must be available to respond immediately via telephone and to be on-site within a predefined number of minutes after notification.
Must work on the site, be familiar with and can repair and operate the equipment on the site.

Must always be available when the water system is in operation.

One year of acceptable treatment-level experience at a treatment facility; AND be an existing employee at the treatment facility.
Satisfactorily completed a Level III training course and exam provided by the NOCA Board.
Be a high school graduate or equivalent; AND 900 contact hours of post-high school education relevant to drinking water treatment and distribution.
Four (4) years of acceptable experience at a water treatment facility including two (2) years of ORC or AORC; AND be an existing employee at the treatment facility.

KBR has an exciting opportunity for an EA-18G and Electronic Warfare Subject Matter Expert to support the Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Integrated Project Team (IPT) at Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPS) Point Mugu, CA operations. The candidate will function as the AEA Principal Systems and Liaison Engineer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The AEA Principal Systems and Liaison Engineer will support development, integration, and test of EA-18G Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and operational concepts. This may include but is not limited to the following tasks.
Participate in development and evaluation of EW system and subsystem level requirements.
Participate in EW system and subsystem level development, integration, and test.

Responsibilities :
- Engage all quality improvement and staff meetings, conferences
- Conduct applied research and clinical investigations in clinical/behavioral health/organizational social work.
- Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, military commanders and school districts as required.
- Maintain accurate medical records of all patients seen and produces reports of evaluation and/or treatment.
- Participate in military specific training. This position may include clinical supervision of unlicensed providers or trainees.
- May be required to perform some, or all, of the following activities: Participates in and successfully completes required DoD or service required training; Contact referred patients to assess treatment adherence; Use validated symptom inventories to assess current symptom severity; Assess barriers to treatment adherence and help patient problem-solve solutions to barriers; Provide patients with education regarding their mental health condition and treatment regimen; maintain patient information in a patient registry; maintain accurate and current notes in the electronic medical records of all patients contacted for review by the managing physician; Routinely staffs difficult cases with the referring provider, behavioral health consultant and/or psychiatry consultant; and Performs case management functions.
Required Education/Experience:
