FMS Program Analyst 24-15
The US Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) is hiring an FMS Program Analyst.
KBR is looking for someone with experience with;
FMS Case Development responsibilities:
Assist in writing, modifying, and amending FMS Cases in DSAMS.
Assist in the drafting of Letters of Request (LOR) for Letter of Offer and Acceptance (DSAMS)
Logistics responsibilities:
Coordinate and track all shipments of material to and from country.
Manage and track the Return and Repair process for all Kuwait PATRIOT material.
Manage and track the ordering, prioritization, and shipments of critical/urgent spare part requirements.
Analyze and Plan international transportation initiatives in accordance with US Army policy, AECA, ITAR, etc.
Systems Used: CISIL, WebFLIS, WebROR, SCIP, IGC, EFTS
Support responsibilities:
Track and coordinate all actions items and taskers for SAMD and other US entities related to the program.
Working knowledge of Army business processes and regulations regarding FMS funds and case execution.
Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Working Level Meetings (WLMs) and recurring internal meetings.
Analyze program budgeting activities, such as transaction analysis, transaction processing, data analysis, and data summarization, financial management, and cost/budget analysis related to government programs. GFEBS experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience or 6+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
Individual must have or be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.

Will develop a tool to aggregate, analyze, and visualize large amount of simulation data to aid in system performance assessments. The desired tool will generate effective, categorized plots to aid analysts in identifying problem areas for more efficient analysis.

KBR is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to support the Joint Technical Data Integration (JTDI) program.
As a JTDI Senior Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in integration, maintaining, and supporting the JTDI Enterprise -Top Tier- infrastructure. You will provide direct customer support for which we transfer data via various implementations, including the Model-Based Product Support (MBPS), Material Readiness Database (MRDB), Naval Air Technical Data Engineering Service Command (NATEC), Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), Army Logistics Data Analysis Center (LDAC), and others within the JTDI customer portfolio. Currently, the JTDI Enterprise is located on-premise within the DISA DECC. JTDI in the next year, will be migrated to the cloud within DC2HS. You will be expected to support the seamless transition and ensure no disruption in service to JTDI or its customer base.Your responsibilities will also require experience in scripting and automation, application support, system security, data management, and database support. The JTDI Senior Systems Administrator will work closely with the JTDI In-Service Engineering team and developers to test, integrate, and deploy into sustainment new applications and services, following software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles. You will be expected to possess strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to engage directly with stakeholders, vendors, and other team members providing Tier 3 level support. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of a credentialed provider, conduct intakes, assist with care and treatment of psychiatric, drug and alcohol patients, and counsel clients/patients with personal, behavioral or psychological problems.
Accomplish work on a substantially independent basis, performing a full range of standard and nonstandard work assignments and resolving a variety of non-recurring problems encountered on own initiative. Extensive guidelines are available; however, the contractor must use judgment in locating and selecting the most appropriate guideline for application to the work situation at hand. Unusual matters, which may not be specifically covered by policy statements or published regulations, shall be referred to the Government supervisor.
Observe patients to detect behavior patterns and reports observations to licensed behavioral health staff.

INDOPACOM Solutions Architect
The successfully selected candidate for this DOD Test/Experimentation INDOPACOM Solutions Architect position will be a full-time employee of the KBR team supporting our DOD Test Resource Management Center's (TRMC) contract. TRMC is working with INDOPACOM to gather needs and requirements to build out T&E solutions. Duties will include the following:
Assist in eliciting and capturing INDOPACOM requirements;
Work closely with TRMC T&E system engineers to define potential solutions over time against these requirements;
Document experimentation mission threads/scenarios and define/create needed system engineering documentation;
Work directly with the operational community, helping TRMC define the required infrastructure for distributed test training and experimentation events;

Position Overview / Primary Responsibilities and Duties
The V.P, Legal will report to KBR's Executive Vice President and General Counsel, and will serve as a member of, and legal advisor to, the GSUS President and business leadership team on all legal and transactional matters involving the business, including traditional commercial law and US government contracting. Key responsibilities include advising on business solutions, opportunities and risks associated with legal and transactional matters in a government services contracting environment. Responsibilities also include leadership and development of a large team-of-teams consisting of GSUS attorneys, contracts professionals, and industrial security professionals. VP will provide legal advice and counseling and represent employers in mediation, arbitration and litigation. The VP must demonstrate passion and interest in Inclusion and Diversity.
Specific duties and responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to GSUS President and leadership team, with responsibility for delivering exemplary legal services. Build strong collaborative and advisory relationships, trust, and common objectives for success.
Serve as a member of the General Counsel Leadership Team responsible for the strategy and provision of legal services. C ollaborate with peers across the other KBR businesses and various legal functional areas to ensure consistent, exemplary legal services.

The PP&C analyst will support various government contracts. This candidate will work directly with Program Managers, Contracts, and other operational departments to ensure adequate contractual and financial tracking of multiple contract types. Job Responsibilities include:
Track Government funding provided by multiple customers; tracking will be at the Contract, Task Order and Project level; manage man-hours, material, ODCs, and travel expenses to ensure that funding is managed accurately and appropriately.
Ensure that all travel is planned, coordinated, approved, executed, and reported within the guidance and regulations set forth by contract and the FAR.
Use contract award and/or contract modification data to create project budgets.
Responsible for development and maintenance for Project Setup
Coordinate, prepare, and submit contract deliverables in a timely manner.
Create management/financial reports in accordance with customer-define format.
Track revenue, monitor direct and indirect expenses, calculate profit, establish burn-rates, and to provide ideas/solutions to PM's and Project Leads. Advise Contracts when to submit Limitation of Funds letters. Develop and maintain Estimates to Complete (EAC's) across various projects (Cost-Type, T&M, Fixed Price, etc.)
Participates in the preparation and review of on contract cost proposals and contract modifications.
Develop and monitor Annual Operating Plans of assigned contracts and provide variance commentary.
Provide financial data and commentary for quarter and/or annual Program Management Reviews
Ensure accuracy of invoices prior to submission.
Work with billings on unbilled status ensuring timely payment of invoices
Reconcile CostPoint and Task Order/Project data.
Work daily with the KBR Program Managers ensuring all working tasks have appropriate funding allocations to reach program goals and deliverables for KBR, subcontractor, and vendor labor and non-labor expenses
Prepare monthly cost reports
Prepare monthly subcontract analysis, accruals and process subcontractor invoices for payment.
Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as FAR, SOX, CAS and other government regulations.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and 4+ years related experience.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.

The DOORS Requirement Management Engineer will consult with engineers to extract stakeholder requirements, import requirements from other databases to DOORS, and coordinate, schedule, and participate in requirement assessment.

Responsible for developing DOORS architecture including modules, attributes, DXL scripts and PUB templates, to support 1) requirements management activities, 2) document publication and 3) status reporting.
Responsible for management of requirements, establishing/maintaining of modules and baselines, organization of verification artifacts, as well as tracking of pertinent requirements management metrics using IBM Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) as the digital repository requirements database.

Coordinate and consult with Configuration Management on the modifications and baselines of project requirements documentation

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

Configuration Management (CM) experience as related to Requirements Management
Knowledge of DOORS DXL is needed to create metrics, format import data from Word/Excel, create reports, create applications to perform tasks, error check attributes, and create custom module views
Ability to work independently and collaborate successfully with a project team including project management, technical staff and Configuration Management team.
