Responsibilities/Duties
Generate cost reimbursable, time and material, and firm fixed price invoices.
Submit invoices electronically using multiple customer systems.
Coordinate with other departments to meet deadlines.
Interface with internal/external customers, and government pay offices.
Solve problems of various complexity following established policies, practices and procedures.
Provide assistance as required to the entire AR team.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant work experience required

SHIPBOARD SUPERVISOR (VEHICLE MAINTENANCE)
The Marine Corps' Prepositioning (MCPP) Program is based FROM Blount Island in Jacksonville, Florida, WITH DUTY ASSIGNMENT ABOARD A SHIP IN GUAM, SAIPAN, OR DIEGO GARCIA. We provide maintenance and logistics services to the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) and U.S. Navy. We are seeking a Shipboard (Ground Vehicle Maintenance) Supervisor.
Maintenance Supervisor-Shipboard Responsible for ensuring all contractual matters are accomplished on the assigned ship to include all reporting requirements. The ship supervisor reports directly to the Shipboard Manager and has the authority to make routine day-to-day decisions affecting the ship. Maintains a turnover file on a fleet-wide standard format. Accomplishes stock surveillance and corrective maintenance within capabilities. Plans and coordinates the Semi-Annual Start-Up Program (SASU) in conjunction with exercises of MMC downloads. Advises the Shipboard Manager on the status of maintenance requirements, supply status and related subject and reports on a monthly basis. Based on the requirement a Material (Store Keeper) or Maintenance type should be aware of Hazardous Materials. As the Responsible Officer of the vessels you will be charged with EKMS Assets along with all classes of supply ranging from Class I through Class IX. Utilizes the GCSS-MC input from MMC section to evaluate readiness posture, establish positive control over the publication program, forecasts equipment failure rates, establishes and monitors the calibration program. Also maintains the shipboard technical publications library, conducts daily (every working day) weapons armory checks, ensures operating reefer containers are checked every working day and reports authorized overtime. Follows all provisions of the Statement of Work (SOW). Oversees and directs MCPP Shipboard Maintenance activities within assigned vessel to ensure the continuous maintenance and repair of vehicles, and equipment including exercising of equipment. Supervises technicians and ensures compliance with administrative policies, procedures, government regulations and interfaces with customer representatives. Performs administrative and management responsibilities to ensure an overall efficient operation. Provides technical guidance/assistance and makes decisions where guidelines are not available. Performs and coordinates the GCSS-MC requirements. Evaluates equipment performance and prepares reports including recommendations as required. Trains personnel on equipment operations and maintenance and ensures employees adhere to all safety requirements, procedures, and policies. Assigned Communications Security Material Systems (CMS) Local Holder (LH) Custodian. Exercises equipment and prepares documents as required. Ensures all requirements concerning Statement of Work (SOW) obligations are performed aboard assigned vessel. Qualifications; Minimum 6 years of direct experience with supervisory/management experience in military related fleet management, maintenance, or supply chain management. Formerly held one of the following Marine Corps or other service equivalent Military Occupational Specializations- 3002, 3010, 3043, 0402, 3510, 2110, 3529, 1349 or 2149; Army 91B3, 91X, 91Z, 120A, 915A, 915E and 919A. Note - Red indicates Supply Diplomas, certificates, and certifications are required to verify qualifications. Must possessor be eligible for a Secret security clearance. High School Graduate or equivalent. Must have chronological, specific resume and DD214. Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Passport. Able to obtain a Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC). Able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC). Must possess a valid driver's license. Must pass a comprehensive physical examination (Military Sealift Command Standards) drug screening, and detailed background investigation. GCSS-MC experience preferred.

ABOUT THIS POSITION
KBR is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to support the acquisition of aeronautical systems and subsystems. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in developing and analyzing systems and cybersecurity engineering artifacts used to support the integration of advanced avionics systems and subsystems at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). The candidate should be experienced and successful at solving complex cyber security issues, enjoy working in a dynamic, responsive, and collaborative environment, and dedicated to the success of our customers against advanced, persistent threats. This position will initially support acquisition and sustainment efforts being conducted by the C-5M Super Galaxy Division at Robins Air Force Base but may support other Air Force acquisition and sustainment efforts as well.
This candidate will support and advise the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) working as part of a dynamic team to develop cybersecurity strategies, program protection planning, and support development of artifacts required to obtain Interim Authorizations to Test (IATTs) and Authorizations to Operate (ATOs) according to the Risk Management Framework (RMF). The candidate will review program documentation (e.g. concept, requirements, design, manuals, reports, deficiency/change reports and program schedules) to ensure that established security requirements are adequately addressed and sustained. The candidate will be experienced and successful at solving complex cyber security issues, enjoy working in a dynamic, responsive, and collaborative environment, and dedicated to the success of our customers against advanced, persistent threats. The candidate will conduct analysis on components that comprise integrated weapons systems such as data environments, software, data, and hardware to identify the cybersecurity requirements and risks. Additionally, the candidate will analyze and identify component and subsystem vulnerabilities and risks in order to determine potential solutions and safeguards including system survivability and interoperability. The candidate will analyze systems to ensure cybersecurity controls, risk mitigations, and testing are in compliance as they relate to RMF. The candidate must also have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and active listening). Proficiency with developing presentations (PowerPoint) and written documents is a must. The candidate must be comfortable working in a very dynamic, fluid environment and enjoy problem solving. Familiarity with DoD 5000.02 acquisition policies and processes, a plus, but not required.

Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of Information Systems Security experience. In lieu of the degree an additional four (4) years related professional experience is required.

F-22 Senior Program Manager for Test Management Support
KBR is seeking an experienced Senior Acquisition Program Manager who will provide Test Management Support and acquisition-related support to the F-22 program office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop innovative solutions to complex problems spanning all functional areas of acquisition, to include best practices from commercial industry such as Lean and Agile principles.
Work closely with the Government program manager to advise and assist the fulfilling F-22 Program Director requirements for execution and oversight of F-22 test and evaluation activities
Apply critical thinking across all facets of duties, assisting the customer in optimizing program execution through traditional and non-traditional approaches to developing and delivering capability to the user, while demonstrating adaptability and flexibility to manage deadlines and change.
Provide support for strategic test resource planning, including but not limited to, Developmental Test (DT) and Operational Test (OT) resources for known and potential future test programs.
Interface with Weapon System Prime Contractor and Subcontractor, laboratory, headquarters, test, and user communities to provide support for strategic test resource planning, to include, but not limited to, known and potential future programs.
Assist the stakeholders in transforming culture, processes, methods, and tools to more effectively manage acquisitions and rapidly respond to warfighter needs and deliver acquisition products
Provide recommendations on the overall Acquisition Strategy, to include tailoring of milestone requirements and documentation
Provide support for efforts to include, but not limited to, test and evaluation strategy development, Weapon System Prime Contractor RFPs, proposal evaluation, contract negotiations, and contractual oversight

ABOUT THIS POSITION
KBR is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to support the acquisition of aeronautical systems and subsystems. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in developing and analyzing systems and cybersecurity engineering artifacts used to support the integration of advanced avionics systems and subsystems at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). This candidate will support and advise the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) working as part of a dynamic team to develop cybersecurity strategies, program protection planning, and support development of artifacts required to obtain Interim Authorizations to Test (IATTs) and Authorizations to Operate (ATOs) according to the Risk Management Framework (RMF). The candidate will review program documentation (e.g. concept, requirements, design, manuals, reports, deficiency/change reports and program schedules) to ensure that established security requirements are adequately addressed and sustained. The candidate will be experienced and successful at solving complex cyber security issues, enjoy working in a dynamic, responsive, and collaborative environment, and dedicated to the success of our customers against advanced, persistent threats. The candidate will conduct analysis on components that comprise integrated weapons systems such as data environments, software, data, and hardware to identify the cybersecurity requirements and risks. Additionally, the candidate will analyze and identify component and subsystem vulnerabilities and risks in order to determine potential solutions and safeguards including system survivability and interoperability. The candidate will analyze systems to ensure cybersecurity controls, risk mitigations, and testing are in compliance as they relate to RMF. The candidate must also have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and active listening). Proficiency with developing presentations (PowerPoint) and written documents is a must. The candidate must be comfortable working in a very dynamic, fluid environment and enjoy problem solving. Familiarity with DoD 5000.02 acquisition policies and processes, a plus, but not required.

Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years of Information Systems Security experience. In lieu of the degree an additional four (4) years related professional experience is required.

KBR is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team supporting PMA-231 Advanced Programs. The successful candidate will support the design, development, integration, and testing of systems providing solutions to customer requirements in order to meet evolving challenges.
Role and Responsibilities:

Experience: A minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience supporting E-2C/E-2D System Software Integration, Test is required.
Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A final DoD Top Secret Clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years is required.

Performs all activities associated with the design, development, implementation, maintenance, configuration management and quality control of software for scientific/engineering applications.
Analyze customer requirements and translate them into a design. Create prototypes. Perform internal testing of software products. Respond to and resolve software discrepancies against documented requirements.
Generate program design language and code based on department standards. Determine software maintainability and overall adherence to user requirements on department standards. Generate/update documents defining software product baselines. Evaluate vendor software and make recommendations.
The Radar Systems Engineer is responsible for all system lifecycle activities for the radar systems at wallops including C-band tracking radars, X-band phased array radars, and X- and S-Band air and sea surveillance radars.
Radar engineer will follow NASA Systems Engineering process.
Radar Engineer must have experience performing FMEA, requirements development, RF design, transmitter design, engineering drawings, root cause analysis, radar performance evaluation and calculations, and radar modeling.

As part of the condition monitoring process, Sustaining Engineers will focus on the current and future health of the systems and work closely with the Asset Planners to develop long-term sustaining strategies for each system. These strategies will focus on increasing system reliability, availability, maintainability, and redundancy; improving sparing; obtaining advanced training; coordinating system upgrades; planning modernization efforts; and increasing data pathways.The Sustaining Engineer will be working on various Radar and Telemetry systems. Competitive candidates will have experience in lifecycle engineering and maintenance of radar or telemetry systems.
Performs all activities associated with the design, development, implementation, maintenance, configuration management and quality control of software for scientific/engineering applications.
Analyze customer requirements and translate them into a design. Create prototypes. Perform internal testing of software products. Respond to and resolve software discrepancies against documented requirements.
Generate program design language and code based on department standards. Determine software maintainability and overall adherence to user requirements on department standards. Generate/update documents defining software product baselines. Evaluate vendor software and make recommendations.
The Radar Systems Engineer is responsible for all system lifecycle activities for the radar systems at wallops including C-band tracking radars, X-band phased array radars, and X- and S-Band air and sea surveillance radars.
Radar engineer will follow NASA Systems Engineering process.
Radar Engineer must have experience performing FMEA, requirements development, RF design, transmitter design, engineering drawings, root cause analysis, radar performance evaluation and calculations, and radar modeling.
Education:
BS in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering
Qualified candidates must demonstrate ability to generate requirements, prepare engineering drawings and develop FMEA products.

Performs functions that relate to the receipt, storage, inventory, care, location, issue, movement, and loading of equipment, supplies and publications; includes collateral clerical duties associated. Includes the use of automated systems (both hardware and software) and equipment related to the accomplishment of the above tasks. Will include other manual tasks as directed. QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or equivalent. Four years related experience. Completed Enlisted Warehouseman Basic Course at MCSSS or equivalent. Ability to apply detailed technical data from the provided technical data systems in the care and storage program. Ability to develop storage space requirements considering such factors as material, weight, cube, and clearance, within the various categories of supply. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Must be capable of operating MHE (forklifts, tractors, etc.) and bulk and small parts conveyor systems used in warehousing operations. Possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License and able to obtain and maintain a Tactical Operator License as necessary. Ability to comply with all established methods, safety standards, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position. U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Base Access.
