As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) , your journey begins obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you receive dedicated and personalized classes for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. Once you obtain your licenses, you will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor - from acquiring, building and managing client relationships to considering a client's complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, all while humanizing financial interactions. Once you have reached your key milestones, you will begin working in a financial center where you will help to deliver Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care. We will equip you with everything you need as you move through the stages of development

Once you have demonstrated success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will typically progress into the next role, Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, where you will continue to practice the skills you've learned by growing and deepening relationships within a portfolio of clients. As a successful Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, you will have the opportunity to advance in many roles within Bank of America and Merrill. The Academy will support you along the way with dedicated programs, tools and resources throughout your career journey.

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Role Overview:

This job is responsible for providing advice and valuable financial solutions to complex Business Banking clients and prospects. A first level position requiring the operation of insertion and printing equipment for processing customer statements and other customer communications for a world class statement processor. The position requires an individual who is production and quality focused and who is capable of working in a high volume and demanding continuous production environment. Associates will be exposed to 5S and Lean Principles and will be expected to comply and exhibit behaviors consistent with 5S and Lean. The individual must be a self-starter, able to be cross-trained on multiple pieces of equipment (high speed and low speed), a team player, organized, and results oriented with exceptional work habits. Physical stamina, flexibility in work schedule, and decision-making ability are also required. Position requires compliance with all department policies and safety regulations. This position will work under the direct supervision of the shift leader(s).

Job Description:

This job is responsible for operating insertion and printing equipment at a basic proficiency level for processing customer correspondence mailings. Key responsibilities include being production and quality focused in alignment with 5S Lean methodology and working in a high volume and demanding physical production environment. Job expectations include monitoring and executing on production plans by operating high speed manufacturing equipment.

Hours:

This position is 1st shift (Tuesday - Saturday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.)

Responsibilities:

  • Operates insertion and printing equipment at a basic proficiency level while meeting production and quality standards under supervision

  • Oversees machine set-up and inspects parts with precision prior to production initiating

  • Stands for long periods and is able to push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds as required

  • Executes routine quality inspections of printed and inserted material for accuracy and integrity

  • Completes paperwork and day-to-day tasks in compliance with all policies, procedures, safety regulations, and 5S principles

  • Communicates with department peers, supervisors, vendor representatives, and other departments to work effectively in a team environment

  • Cross-trains on multiple pieces of equipment and in reconcilement functions as required

Bank of American Business Capital (-BABC-), the market leading provider of asset-based lending (-ABL-) solutions, is seeking a Senior Business Development Officer (-BDO-) to deliver creative senior secured credit facilities to large corporate, middle market and lower middle market borrowers in support of their organic and/or M&A growth, recapitalizations and refinancing of existing debt. Based in either Atlanta, Charlotte or Metro DC, the BDO will cover perspective ABL clients and COIs in the Mid-Atlantic Region and the Carolinas.

The BDO's role is to source new financing opportunities, and lead deal teams through the analysis, approval and execution phases of a transaction. The BDO should be capable of working on sole lender, club and widely syndicated ABL transactions. In addition to directly calling on prospective ABL clients, the BDO will have an external referral network comprised of private equity firms, investment banks, consultants, direct credit lenders, etc. The BDO will develop an internal referral network of relationship managers and credit product partners in Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking, Global Corporate and Investment Banking and others.

Importantly, the BDO should be a team player with strong relationship management skills in working with internal colleagues and Bank of America to prospective ABL clients and COIs.

Job Description:

The Regulatory Relations Manager is responsible for maintaining relationships and interactions with regulators through the execution of the overall strategy for regulatory engagement and enterprise-wide standards. This includes managing regulatory examinations, inquiries, and meetings.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact between the regulators and the Front-Line Unit / Control Function (FLU/CF) while managing exams, inquiries and other regulatory matters in accordance with enterprise-wide standards.
