Job Description:

The Test Automation team is part of the Data, Infrastructure & Strategic Initiatives organization that provides foundational capabilities for Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT), which is the center of excellence that conducts independent testing globally across the company. EIT has established itself as the enterprise utility to test all end-to-end processes on behalf of Second Line of Defense, Frontline Units (FLUs) and Control Functions (CFs), enabling more efficient and effective testing. EIT is transforming the way testing is built and executed with digital transformation, implementing automation and leveraging cutting edge Artificial Intelligence/Natural Language Processing technologies. EIT carries a portfolio of 8,000+ tests and has a global footprint of testing professionals across the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America as well as Global Business Services (GBS) associates.

The Test Automation team is responsible for developing Regulatory Risk and Compliance testing Automation and this specialist will be required to understand test requirements and data flows and implement corresponding tests in Python. As part of the implementation, the focus will be on the development of modular, re-usable testing algorithms and leveraging machine learning techniques to enable data driven test population identification.

Role Overview:

As an Automation Specialist, main responsibilities will involve:

  • Developing testing automation that provide timely, useful, and actionable independent insight on the operational health of Bank of America's processes.

  • Work closely with process owners in the Front-Line Units and Control Functions (FLUs/CFs) to obtain an understanding of their processes, including underlying data, flows, and controls, and to identify risks to successful execution, so that appropriate testing and monitoring can be developed.

  • The processes to be assessed span across multiple Products, Regulations and Enterprise Processes. The outputs of the methodologies will be used to drive process improvements and timely detection and reporting of errors.

  • The role requires being able to document and verbally explain the intuition and details behind the methodologies in a manner that is clear, concise, and consumable for a broad set of audiences that include key stakeholders across the Bank, as well as auditors and regulators.

  • The Test Tools and Automation specialist will then convert the test requirements into automated tests via Python and SQL. They will also be leveraging machine learning techniques to enable data driven testing approaches.

  • Enabling automatic test document generation from code

  • Leverage SDLC/Agile development, understand Coding standards and best practices.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degrees or above in fields including but not limited to: Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or related subjects

Job Description:

Defines, establishes, and influences business strategy and strategic initiatives that drive business performance. Drives execution of key strategic initiatives. Leads reporting and analytical efforts to deepen understanding of business economics, client attrition, client profitability, etc. and manages business development process. Executes business/strategic planning process across sub-lines of business including management of strategic reviews by senior leadership. Partners with key stake holders in the design, development, execution and continuous improvement of LOB reporting and dashboards.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving both client and employee experience and a background in managing process/ product/ transformational change. This leader will report to the Client Protection Shared Services (CPSS) Executive and partner with CPSS leaders, the Client Protection (CP) leadership team, Data Digital and Marketing, and Global Technology to:

- Function as the key liaison and leader between Client Protection and Client Protection Shared Services to prioritize and drive all change and transformation across CP

- Lead a team of -theme- managers to deliver all tech and non-tech transformation across CP (on time/ on budget/ on benefit); key themes include: Authentication, Sponsored by Others (e.g. digital and product initiatives, Claims, Fraud Investigations, AML, Digital Self-service, Data, etc.)

- Position yourself as a thought leader for all change, sequencing, prioritization and risk management around our change

- Own and manage a single CPSS intake process and infrastructure sequencing all -in year- projects

- Leverage data and analytics to communicate, monitor and sequence all change

- Oversee business case development and benefit tracking (partnering with theme managers, forecasters, LOB SMEs and project execution to ensure all forecasts are accurate and successes or failures are tracked)

Responsibilities:

  • Developing advanced technical documentation for an array of internally- and vendor-developed models ranging from regression to sophisticated techniques including XGB and neural networks

  • Working closely with developers to understand how the model works and provide effective challenge to not only push back on methodology but also ensure results are accurate

  • Partnering with technology and model users to schedule deployments and planning ahead for future model installations

  • Working with independent model risk management, legal and compliance teams to ensure models are fully validated and approved for usage

Line of Business Job Description:

The Global Credit AML & Onboarding Operations (GCAOO) organization is a central control function which governs, facilitates, and oversees the global end-to-end GCAOO program across all GB&GM businesses and jurisdictions through the implementation of processes and controls to effectively manage AML and economic sanctions risks. The team performs AML Know Your Customer/Client Due Diligence (KYC/CDD) and covers refresh (periodic review) as its core activity.

This role is within the GCAOO Business Controls Team and will support the team in mitigating risk, monthly control execution, and with execution and management of the ILQA Program through various initiatives to drive process improvements and control performance sustainability.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting GCAOO Business Controls operational functions and programs through automation of existing processes, routine ad-hoc data analysis, reporting, presentations, as well as providing general initiative support for the GCAOO Business Controls team. Will work closely with operational, reporting teams, Project Management Office and Technology to support existing automation, analytics and reporting capabilities while supporting the creation of new capabilities.

Core responsibilities include analyzing and resolving highly complex problems and initiatives requiring exceptional handling and coordination of multiple operational and/or product specialists to resolve.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards

  • Supports the monitoring and testing of controls by evaluating data to identify issues and control improvements for remediation

  • Implements optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance (QA) practices to support business continuity efforts

  • Conducts and coordinates quality inspection reviews to enhance employee performance and control effectiveness

  • Performs QA activities including executing on controls, managing cases, and reporting results

  • Executes initiatives by identifying areas of potential testing automation, procedural updates, thematic trends, test script updates, and coaching opportunities to enhance QA program success

Additional Responsibilities may include:

  • Managing an initiative from end-to-end starting with understanding the business need, gathering requirements, setting expectations, analyzing the data, and delivering the final solution; with transparency throughout

  • Navigating multiple data environments and utilizing different analytics tools in order to transform data into actionable, data-driven solutions.

This is a Business Control Manager focusing on driving execution of control enhancements within Preferred Banking & Investments. Key focus of this role is to partner with business and support teams for prioritizing, sponsoring and implementing multiple and varied change initiatives driven by regulators, 2nd Line of Defense, Business and Controls. Through identification of control opportunities, formulation of effective solutions, alignment of strategies and execution of the portfolio of initiatives, this high-level individual contributor will drive effective risk management within the Preferred Business.

This role will exercise autonomy and is responsible for delivery and execution of technical solutions to satisfy AML Operational, Business and Financial Crimes requirements.

Responsibilities include:

- Defines program and project requirements, processes and procedures by working closely with key stakeholders.

- Works closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and partners to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new change initiatives

- Monitors the execution of defined tasks through tracking of program milestones and their statuses, developing program plans, and measuring progress against ongoing key performance indicators

- Works with other program/project managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department, leading them to negotiate decision making for efficient and effective resolution

- Meets with stakeholders to provide transparency into project issues and decisions on services, builds positive relationships, asks questions, and uses tools to uncover root causes to challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations.

- Develops project schedules and milestones.

- Participates in the continuous improvement of processes.

Desired Qualifications:

- Advanced working knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and related policies, procedures, processes and standard.

- Work experience with AML GCOR, audit and risk partners.

- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or similar technical designations.

Job Description:

Defines, establishes, and influences business strategy and strategic initiatives that drive business performance. Drives execution of key strategic initiatives. Leads reporting and analytical efforts to deepen understanding of business economics, client attrition, client profitability, etc. and manages business development process. Executes business/strategic planning process across sub-lines of business including management of strategic reviews by senior leadership. The role requires a strategic mindset, an ability to understand technology development, transformation and change management at scale, a strong customer service mindset and an ability to leverage data to manage transparently, identify risks and drive consistent delivery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving both client and employee experience and a background in managing process/ product/ transformational change. This leader will report to the Client Protection Shared Services (CPSS) Executive and partner with CPSS leaders, the Client Protection (CP) leadership team, Data Digital and Marketing, and Global Technology to:

- Function as the key liaison and leader between Client Protection and Client Protection Shared Services to prioritize and drive all change and transformation across CP

- Lead a team of -theme- managers to deliver all tech and non-tech transformation across CP (on time/ on budget/ on benefit); key themes include: Authentication, Sponsored by Others (e.g. digital and product initiatives, Claims, Fraud Investigations, AML, Digital Self-service, Data, etc.)

- Position yourself as a thought leader for all change, sequencing, prioritization and risk management around our change

- Own and manage a single CPSS intake process and infrastructure sequencing all -in year- projects

- Leverage data and analytics to communicate, monitor and sequence all change

- Oversee business case development and benefit tracking (partnering with theme managers, forecasters, LOB SMEs and project execution to ensure all forecasts are accurate and successes or failures are tracked)

- Vendor Management

Responsibilities:

  • Developing advanced technical documentation for an array of internally- and vendor-developed models ranging from regression to sophisticated techniques including XGB and neural networks

  • Working closely with developers to understand how the model works and provide effective challenge to not only push back on methodology but also ensure results are accurate

  • Partnering with technology and model users to schedule deployments and planning ahead for future model installations

  • Working with independent model risk management, legal and compliance teams to ensure models are fully validated and approved for usage

  • Producing analytics to ensure early model results look consistent with expectations

  • Conducting regular model monitoring and sharing performance results and analytical insights with model stakeholders and users

  • Supporting Bank policy for Artificial Intelligence models and ensuring any risks of using advanced techniques are identified and mitigated

This job is responsible for serving as the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Compliance Risk partner for relationship management teams in the management of their portfolio. This leader will report to the Client Protection Shared Services (CPSS) Executive and partner with CPSS leaders, the Client Protection (CP) leadership team, Data Digital and Marketing, and Global Technology to:

- Function as the key liaison and leader between Client Protection and Client Protection Shared Services to prioritize and drive all change and transformation across CP

- Lead a team of -theme- managers to deliver all tech and non-tech transformation across CP (on time/ on budget/ on benefit); key themes include: Authentication, Sponsored by Others (e.g. digital and product initiatives, Claims, Fraud Investigations, AML, Digital Self-service, Data, etc.)

- Position yourself as a thought leader for all change, sequencing, prioritization and risk management around our change

- Own and manage a single CPSS intake process and infrastructure sequencing all -in year- projects

- Oversee business case development and benefit tracking (partnering with theme managers, forecasters, LOB SMEs and project execution to ensure all forecasts are accurate and successes or failures are tracked)

  • Working closely with developers to understand how the model works and provide effective challenge to not only push back on methodology but also ensure results are accurate

  • Partnering with technology and model users to schedule deployments and planning ahead for future model installations

The Senior Information Security Architect will be a member of the Business Information Security Officer's (BISO) - Secure Solutions Design team and work closely with the line of business technical and project teams to deliver strategic projects.

The role participates and guides the development of a system architectures and conducts security and business information flow studies. Provides integrated systems reviews and recommends new or different technologies that will enhance current system security and support overall corporate and business goals. Conduct system architecture security studies of new and existing IT systems to ensure systems operate within Bank of America's security policies. Recommends design components to secure the system and align with Global Information Security policies and risk tolerance. Interfaces with vendors, consultants, and senior technologists to support the business indicatives and goals.

Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical security resource; accountability is for technical and security knowledge and capabilities as a team member or as an individual contributor. Will not have direct reports but will influence and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. Typically 7 or more years of Information Security and IT experience

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in creation and review of technical diagrams of infrastructure and data flow diagram using Visio.

  • Expertise in creation of threat models using STRIDE methodology using Microsoft Threat Modeling Tool or comparable tools.

  • Experience with various enterprise technology domains such as cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), networking, cryptography, identity and access management, and virtualization and containers.

They will also play the central role in bringing that vision to life, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing the ongoing monitoring and oversight of authentication performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommends ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions using data analysis outputs

  • Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance

  • Leads coordination of the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management

Defines, establishes, and influences business strategy and strategic initiatives that drive business performance. Drives execution of key strategic initiatives. This leader will report to the Client Protection Shared Services (CPSS) Executive and partner with CPSS leaders, the Client Protection (CP) leadership team, Data Digital and Marketing, and Global Technology to:

- Function as the key liaison and leader between Client Protection and Client Protection Shared Services to prioritize and drive all change and transformation across CP

- Lead a team of -theme- managers to deliver all tech and non-tech transformation across CP (on time/ on budget/ on benefit); key themes include: Authentication, Sponsored by Others (e.g. digital and product initiatives, Claims, Fraud Investigations, AML, Digital Self-service, Data, etc.)

- Position yourself as a thought leader for all change, sequencing, prioritization and risk management around our change

- Own and manage a single CPSS intake process and infrastructure sequencing all -in year- projects

- Leverage data and analytics to communicate, monitor and sequence all change

- Oversee business case development and benefit tracking (partnering with theme managers, forecasters, LOB SMEs and project execution to ensure all forecasts are accurate and successes or failures are tracked)

Responsibilities:

  • Developing advanced technical documentation for an array of internally- and vendor-developed models ranging from regression to sophisticated techniques including XGB and neural networks

  • Working closely with developers to understand how the model works and provide effective challenge to not only push back on methodology but also ensure results are accurate

Job Description:

This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The Senior Information Security Architect will be a member of the Business Information Security Officer's (BISO) - Secure Solutions Design team and work closely with the line of business technical and project teams to deliver strategic projects.

Provides integrated systems reviews and recommends new or different technologies that will enhance current system security and support overall corporate and business goals. Will not have direct reports but will influence and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. Typically 7 or more years of Information Security and IT experience

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in creation and review of technical diagrams of infrastructure and data flow diagram using Visio.

  • Expertise in creation of threat models using STRIDE methodology using Microsoft Threat Modeling Tool or comparable tools.

  • Experience with various enterprise technology domains such as cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), networking, cryptography, identity and access management, and virtualization and containers.

  • Capable of creating documentation to articulate the results of the system architecture security studies.

  • Ability to educate teams on Global Information Security policies and the risks of non-compliance.

  • Strong communications, writing, and presentation skills

This is a Business Control Manager focusing on driving execution of control enhancements within Preferred Banking & Investments. Key focus of this role is to partner with business and support teams for prioritizing, sponsoring and implementing multiple and varied change initiatives driven by regulators, 2nd Line of Defense, Business and Controls. Job Description:

Defines, establishes, and influences business strategy and strategic initiatives that drive business performance. Drives execution of key strategic initiatives. Leads reporting and analytical efforts to deepen understanding of business economics, client attrition, client profitability, etc. and manages business development process. Executes business/strategic planning process across sub-lines of business including management of strategic reviews by senior leadership. Partners with key stake holders in the design, development, execution and continuous improvement of LOB reporting and dashboards.

We are looking for an experienced strategic leader to help deliver a five-year road map of change that will build fraud resilient products and experiences, simplify our end-to-end platforms, and accelerate detection using data and advanced analytics.

The role requires a strategic mindset, an ability to understand technology development, transformation and change management at scale, a strong customer service mindset and an ability to leverage data to manage transparently, identify risks and drive consistent delivery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving both client and employee experience and a background in managing process/ product/ transformational change. This leader will report to the Client Protection Shared Services (CPSS) Executive and partner with CPSS leaders, the Client Protection (CP) leadership team, Data Digital and Marketing, and Global Technology to:

- Function as the key liaison and leader between Client Protection and Client Protection Shared Services to prioritize and drive all change and transformation across CP

- Lead a team of -theme- managers to deliver all tech and non-tech transformation across CP (on time/ on budget/ on benefit); key themes include: Authentication, Sponsored by Others (e.g. digital and product initiatives, Claims, Fraud Investigations, AML, Digital Self-service, Data, etc.)

- Position yourself as a thought leader for all change, sequencing, prioritization and risk management around our change

- Own and manage a single CPSS intake process and infrastructure sequencing all -in year- projects

- Leverage data and analytics to communicate, monitor and sequence all change

- Oversee business case development and benefit tracking (partnering with theme managers, forecasters, LOB SMEs and project execution to ensure all forecasts are accurate and successes or failures are tracked)

- Vendor Management

Responsibilities:

  • Developing advanced technical documentation for an array of internally- and vendor-developed models ranging from regression to sophisticated techniques including XGB and neural networks

  • Working closely with developers to understand how the model works and provide effective challenge to not only push back on methodology but also ensure results are accurate

  • Partnering with technology and model users to schedule deployments and planning ahead for future model installations

  • Working with independent model risk management, legal and compliance teams to ensure models are fully validated and approved for usage

  • Producing analytics to ensure early model results look consistent with expectations

  • Conducting regular model monitoring and sharing performance results and analytical insights with model stakeholders and users

  • Supporting Bank policy for Artificial Intelligence models and ensuring any risks of using advanced techniques are identified and mitigated

  • Tracking model changes after deployment and ensure appropriate documentation reflects any adjustments, patches or updates

  • Driving model performance analytics above and beyond Model Risk Management policy requirements, including granular performance monitoring, early trend detection, root cause analysis, and gap analysis
