Job Description:

This job is responsible for serving as the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Compliance Risk partner for relationship management teams in the management of their portfolio. Key responsibilities include managing the CDD processes, ensuring timely and accurate compliance to policy and regulatory requirements related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) activities. Job expectations include executing AML/KYC onboarding, periodic review of US and non-US KYC records ensuring they meet current standards, remediation projects, audit issues, and national and regional initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Owns and manages the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process for relationship management teams

  • Engages with prospects and current clients to accurately review AML/KYC information in order to facilitate legal entity onboarding, KYC record expansions and maintenance activities, per bank policy standards

  • Maintains and manages current portfolio of periodic reviews/refreshes for US and non-US entities, ensuring that client documents and supplemental information are received in a timely manner, reviewed for accuracy, and meet policy standards in order to complete the review/refresh on time

  • Maintains a high level of organization, data management, and time management skills to continuously move onboarding, expansions and periodic review/refresh activities, audit, and/or remediation efforts forward.

  • Adheres to bank privacy policies in securing Non-Public Personal Information (NPPI) obtained as part of AML/KYC activities

  • Provides recommendations for business to create and nurture client relationships with relationship management teams to plan for new client onboarding and complex periodic review/refreshes

Required Skills:

- Undergraduate Degree preferred

- Experience with AML/KYC due diligence process including appropriate identification and escalation of risks

- Strong aptitude for strategic and critical thinking with the ability to connect analytical work to the client needs and strategic objectives; client focused

- Strong business and financial acumen; familiarity with Global Commercial Banking a plus

- Proven organizational skills and ability to execute tasks and projects independently

- Efficiently able to meet deadlines while balancing competing demands of multiple internal partners

- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook; advanced Excel skills a plus.

- Client-facing and Tableau experience preferred.

Job Description:

This job is responsible for performing end-to-end investigations or investigations support functions of external financial crimes activities across one or more lines of business. Key responsibilities include conducting routine to complex investigations, including fraud committed by external parties, money laundering, or terrorist financing and acting as the liaison to Law Enforcement as required. Job expectations include providing coaching and inputs to investigators to improve case quality, ensure all cases are sufficiently investigated and findings are adequately documented.

Job Description:

This job is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies by managing platform development initiatives from idea creation through deployment. This job is responsible for overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. The Alert Prioritization Analytics team within the Client Protection Organization is looking for experienced analytical professionals to join our growing team. We are focused on driving operational and process efficiency to protect the accounts of our clients and minimize both client disruption and fraud loss. Analysts will have the opportunity to gain exposure to just about all products across Consumer and Small Business, including application fraud, digital money movement like Zelle, account take over, credit and debit cards.

We are tasked with developing mitigation strategy and tactics spanning first party fraud, third party fraud and scams. Implementation opportunities will span fraud rule changes, policy modifications, queue sequencing optimization and issuance of digital client communication through text, email and push channels. The Cyber Threat Intelligence team works with partners, both internal and external, in order to reduce risk to the Bank and to the financial sector at large. The team provides timely situational awareness, conducts deep analysis of threats and translates indicators of threat into actionable information to reduce impact to the bank. Stakeholders include cyber-security response teams, internal lines of business, senior leadership and external organizations such as law enforcement, industry peers and intelligence sharing partners.

The Cyber Threat Intelligence Senior Analyst is responsible for conducting in-depth research, documentation, and intelligence analysis of key cyber threats to develop a comprehensive picture of the cyber threat landscape. This includes research via the use of various sources; development of historical, trend, and link analysis; and written and oral reporting to provide actionable intelligence. The analyst will also work to proactively research new threats and establish trends and patterns among existing attacks to help predict future risks.

This job is responsible for performing more complex analysistoidentify fraud networks using graph analytics.

This role is focusedminimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies, ensure goals are met, and propose policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results. The Identity & Access Management Information Security Controls Specialist will analyze, strengthen, and secure the company's related systems and overall security posture for identity and resource lifecycle governance. This role focuses on collaboration across all Lines of Business, CIO teams, to continuously improve the organization's adherence to security best practices, laws/rules/regulations, and policies. The Control Specialist will analyze technology, controls and various other areas to identify inefficiencies and drive designing of improvement opportunities to enable adherence.

The role also will actively apply knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, and information security concepts (e.g., NIST, COBIT, ISO) to establish and maintain policies, validate alignment of processes and controls to requirements, and report on adherence to policy requirements. Job expectations include using data analytics and partnering with internal teams to verify policy compliance, identify gaps in coverage, and support remediation activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible includes assisting identity and access management leads and partners along with other technology SMEs to ensure that strategic and effective solutions are adopted across the bank.

  • Support leads to ensure that all identity and access management related IAM requirements are appropriately measured, reported, and governed.

  • Establish and maintain strong partnership with other Global Information Security functions, Core Technology Infrastructure, Cyber Security Technology, Third Party management, Global Compliance and Operations Risk, internal audit, and regulatory agencies.

  • Clearly articulate rationale and methods behind proposed changes through informative materials for educating others.

  • Provide education and documentation to team members and technology partners regarding the proposed changes.

  • Engage senior management to provide factual, transparent, and timely reporting on existing and emerging identity and authentication risks.

  • Ensures Information Technology systems meet enterprise standards, adhere to applicable rules, laws, and regulations, and comply with appropriate treatment of risk.

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Identity and Access Management specific laws, rules, regulations, and Guidelines such as SOX, OCC, NIST, ISO/EC, FFIEC within the financial services sector.

  • Knowledge of identity and authentication methodologies, techniques, and technologies.

  • Knowledge of Identity and Access Management Governance Administration related tools which support, vaulting, integration with service management tool would be an advantage.

  • 5+ years relevant hands-on experience in identity and authentication fields in a large and complex organization.

  • Security knowledge which covers core technology infrastructure (Account management, servers, databases, etc.) identity management and application security practice.

The Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for the delivery of program-wide routine reporting to partners within GIS and to leadership.

The Analyst will be responsible for the aggregate analysis and synthesis of the threats and risks evaluated through the Cyber Threat Defense (CTD) organization to report the bank's changing risk exposure to known threats and amplify key themes to forums to multiple audiences across GIS and to leadership. The Analyst will work closely with CTD leaders to engage in requests for information and build out reporting responsive to GIS partner, 2nd, 3rd line and regulator requests. This role will develop and deliver custom reporting to respond to ad hoc requests for the CTD Program in a manner that is collaborative with all Program function leads. The Analyst will work closely with the Service Delivery Functional lead and Partner Engagement Lead, peer Analysts and leads across the CTD functions to drive awareness of all threats and risks as they are evaluated throughout the program. They will work in an environment that is open and collaborative with a global presence.

Knowledge and experience creating risk-based reporting and synthesizing themes are key to this role. The role requires an individual with both strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships across the CTD Program, GIS and 2nd and 3rd line, and also requires strong data analysis skills to efficiently integrate data and deliver narratives to support awareness, advocacy, and understanding of risk exposure and mitigation opportunities. This role will rely on the relationships across the organization, and the individual must be willing to work with others to solve new and challenging problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This function within the Cyber Threat Defense Program is 3 years old and continues to expand to adapt to growing demands. This unit is centralized within the CTD Organization to manage engagement across the CTD Program, and to manage 2nd, 3rd line and regulatory activities across the CTD organization, and as such offers an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to demonstrate their skills.

Previous experience within cyber security is not required, but intellectual curiosity and an interest in exploring the domain is a must.

Required Skills

- Support CTD Program's routine engagements with partners

- Work with CTD Program leads to generate monthly reports for the oversight committees and partner reports

- Create in-depth reports (frequency TBD) on the banks risk of exposure to threats and risks

- Respond to inquiries for custom reporting or process information to support 2nd, 3rd line and regulatory activities

Our Cyber Threat Hunting, Intelligence & Defense team within Bank of America's Cyber Security Defense function works to continuously strengthen the bank's cyber security posture through research, intelligence, threat simulations, threat hunting, and offensive security engagements. This team works with partners throughout public and private sectors to both discover threats to help secure critical infrastructure around the world that interacts with millions of customers.

Role Responsibilities:

The position of Cyber Threat Intelligence Technical Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and actioning cyber threat intelligence to defend the Bank. The Cyber Threat Intelligence Technical Analyst also will be tasked with and collaborating with defensive control owners, threat research, and incident response to track and defend against emerging threat tactics, techniques, and procedures. The Cyber Threat Intelligence Technical Analyst requires strategic thinking with a strong background in cyber security, threat intelligence, and leadership.

The role will work with all Cyber Defense operational and technical teams within Global Information Security (GIS) to gain insight into critical security controls and architectural specifics to develop adequately track, analyze, and defend against cyber threat actors. This role will be a thought leader in the design of cutting-edge detective, preventative, and proactive controls.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence

  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and actioning Threat Intelligence

  • Must demonstrate extensive knowledge of tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with malicious insider activity, organized crime/fraud groups, and both state and non-state sponsored threat actors

  • Ability to apply Cyber Threat Intelligence through enrichment, correlation, and attribution

  • Ability to provide expert guidance on threat trends, analysis methods, and defensive strategies to senior management and key stakeholders

  • Strong experience with offensive security tactics, techniques, and procedures (DDoS, Malware, Phishing, Vulnerabilities, etc.)

Job Description:

This job is responsible for serving as the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Compliance Risk partner for relationship management teams in the management of their portfolio. Key responsibilities include managing the CDD processes, ensuring timely and accurate compliance to policy and regulatory requirements related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) activities. Required Skills:

- Experience with AML/KYC due diligence process including appropriate identification and escalation of risks

The Identity & Access Management Information Security Controls Specialist will analyze, strengthen, and secure the company's related systems and overall security posture for identity and resource lifecycle governance. This role focuses on collaboration across all Lines of Business, CIO teams, to continuously improve the organization's adherence to security best practices, laws/rules/regulations, and policies. The Control Specialist will analyze technology, controls and various other areas to identify inefficiencies and drive designing of improvement opportunities to enable adherence.

The role also will actively apply knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, and information security concepts (e.g., NIST, COBIT, ISO) to establish and maintain policies, validate alignment of processes and controls to requirements, and report on adherence to policy requirements. Job expectations include using data analytics and partnering with internal teams to verify policy compliance, identify gaps in coverage, and support remediation activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible includes assisting identity and access management leads and partners along with other technology SMEs to ensure that strategic and effective solutions are adopted across the bank.

  • Support leads to ensure that all identity and access management related IAM requirements are appropriately measured, reported, and governed.

The Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for the delivery of program-wide routine reporting to partners within GIS and to leadership.

The Analyst will be responsible for the aggregate analysis and synthesis of the threats and risks evaluated through the Cyber Threat Defense (CTD) organization to report the bank's changing risk exposure to known threats and amplify key themes to forums to multiple audiences across GIS and to leadership. The Analyst will work closely with CTD leaders to engage in requests for information and build out reporting responsive to GIS partner, 2nd, 3rd line and regulator requests. This role will develop and deliver custom reporting to respond to ad hoc requests for the CTD Program in a manner that is collaborative with all Program function leads. The Analyst will work closely with the Service Delivery Functional lead and Partner Engagement Lead, peer Analysts and leads across the CTD functions to drive awareness of all threats and risks as they are evaluated throughout the program. They will work in an environment that is open and collaborative with a global presence.

Knowledge and experience creating risk-based reporting and synthesizing themes are key to this role. The role requires an individual with both strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships across the CTD Program, GIS and 2nd and 3rd line, and also requires strong data analysis skills to efficiently integrate data and deliver narratives to support awareness, advocacy, and understanding of risk exposure and mitigation opportunities. This role will rely on the relationships across the organization, and the individual must be willing to work with others to solve new and challenging problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This function within the Cyber Threat Defense Program is 3 years old and continues to expand to adapt to growing demands. This unit is centralized within the CTD Organization to manage engagement across the CTD Program, and to manage 2nd, 3rd line and regulatory activities across the CTD organization, and as such offers an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to demonstrate their skills.

Previous experience within cyber security is not required, but intellectual curiosity and an interest in exploring the domain is a must.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of Linux, Windows, and MacOS operating systems.

We are a front line team that handles active security events and current threats. Oncall and after hours work can be expected although we rotate to approximately one week every 2 months.

The analyst will use new intelligence to update existing controls to detect new threats against the bank. Will be expected to have solid technical skills to operate independently and to support others within the security team

Desired Skills:

- Able to interpret Apache web logs, IIS, Active Directory and other security logs.

- Full understanding of modern web site deployments and technology.

- Understanding of stateful firewalls and able to interpret firewall rules.

- Familiarity with web application attacks including SQL injection, cross-site scripting, and remote file inclusion.

- Use tools to detect anomalous/malicious data transmissions on the network.

- Use advanced analytics / security tools to detect malware on the network.

Our Cyber Threat Hunting, Intelligence & Defense team within Bank of America's Cyber Security Defense function works to continuously strengthen the bank's cyber security posture through research, intelligence, threat simulations, threat hunting, and offensive security engagements. Role Responsibilities:

The position of Cyber Threat Intelligence Technical Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and actioning cyber threat intelligence to defend the Bank. The Cyber Threat Intelligence Technical Analyst also will be tasked with and collaborating with defensive control owners, threat research, and incident response to track and defend against emerging threat tactics, techniques, and procedures. The Cyber Threat Intelligence Technical Analyst requires strategic thinking with a strong background in cyber security, threat intelligence, and leadership.

The role will work with all Cyber Defense operational and technical teams within Global Information Security (GIS) to gain insight into critical security controls and architectural specifics to develop adequately track, analyze, and defend against cyber threat actors. This role will be a thought leader in the design of cutting-edge detective, preventative, and proactive controls.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence

  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and actioning Threat Intelligence

  • Must demonstrate extensive knowledge of tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with malicious insider activity, organized crime/fraud groups, and both state and non-state sponsored threat actors

  • Ability to apply Cyber Threat Intelligence through enrichment, correlation, and attribution

  • Ability to provide expert guidance on threat trends, analysis methods, and defensive strategies to senior management and key stakeholders

  • Strong experience with offensive security tactics, techniques, and procedures (DDoS, Malware, Phishing, Vulnerabilities, etc.)

  • Strong technical experience performing OSINT investigations

  • Must demonstrate knowledge of tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with malicious insider activity, organized crime/fraud groups, and both state and non-state sponsored threat actors

  • Technical experience with Threat Intelligence tools such as Passive DNS, Network Flow Analysis, Maltego, Virus Total, URLScan, etc.

  • Ability to analyze threats and distill common Indicators of Attack and Indicators of Compromise

  • Technical experience with defensive tools for actioning threat intelligence including tools like SIEM/Splunk, EDR, Big Data Platforms, etc.
