Coordinate internally within G2P across regions and time zones; become an active leader in the Transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
Provide MES/CIM implementation support to customers
Consult customer regarding CIM/MES products and modeling to meet manufacturing requirements
Organize meetings concerning all phases of project lifecycle (requirement collection, specification, development and testing, delivery and sign-off).
Determine solutions for customer requirements through the application of CIM/MES. This includes analyzing and understanding customer manufacturing issues and requirements, understanding the customer environment, and documenting its processes and procedures, mapping the processes and procedures on CIM/MES components and interfacing with software engineers on CIM/MES application functionality and operation. It also includes determining the requirements for functionality required beyond the standard product offering.
Coordinate customers internal teams to deploy and optimize CIM/MES solutions to achieve factory KPIs
Coordinate with systems administration and IT teams on developing and deploying CIM/MES solutions.
Present technical information to customers including technical contributors and managers.
Create and implement software training and/or demonstrations
Project management tasks including documenting and tracking issues
Participate in documentation and product reviews
Keep current on new technologies and new products by attending classes, seminars, conferences, and/or presentations.
Knowledge base contribution/management
Respond to customer requests for proposal (RFP)
Develop and deliver statements of work (SOW)
Improve operations through continuous improvement standards such as: 8D, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5-Whys.
