CACI is hiring a Data Center Operations Technician to actively provide tier 2+ network monitoring and systems administration & support of Data center Operation in support of critical CONUS and OCONUS operations. The Data Center Ops team is responsible for detailed operations documentation and reporting of events with follow through until resolution. The team operates 24/7/365 and must follow operational procedures and guidelines established by leadership to include some knowledge of business structure and interdependencies between departmental applications.
*Shift Hours: Sundays - Wednesdays (5:30PM - 5:30* AM) **
More About the Role:
-Conducts real-time, pro-active monitoring of all compute and local area networking resources within the data centers (including Virtual Infrastructure, data center LAN, virtual servers, Storage solutions, databases) across multiple sites.
-Identify, analyze, responds, triages, and troubleshoot/resolve system alerts indicating issues with data center components.
-Conducting hands-on administration of virtual machines, hosts, and devices via vCenter, remote desktop protocols, and other virtualized management interfaces. Administration consists of, but is not limited to: assessing all virtual resources, consoling into virtual machines, creating/deleting virtual snapshots, fully triaging virtual server issues, and restarting virtual machines.
-Support diagnoses and troubleshooting of problems/issues with the virtualization environment including Microsoft Windows and Linux O/S systems.
-Provide systems diagnostics and availability monitoring and reporting/escalation services
- Perform incident capture, verification, diagnostics and escalation
-Within established procedures, responds to end user requests for technical support and assistance.
- Provides first response for all associated, technical engineering lanes within the data center
- Manages, record and tracks compute configuration changes as approved by Configuration Change Control Boards
-Create and maintain standard operating procedures and operational reporting protocol for the purpose of communicating system and network health with upper management, government customers, mission partners, ASPs, and agency executives.
- Interact with vendors to coordinate the maintenance and replacement of hardware that effects high and critical systems and environments
- Maintain extremely accurate, high level reporting of all issues
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
2+ years of directly related experience in systems administration of preferably Windows and Linux OS systems.
Direct technical experience in Virtualization administration, preferably VMWare.5+ years of experience working in one or more of the following areas: Data center Operations, Network Ops Center Operations, Enterprise-level network monitoring and/or virtual infrastructure monitoring.
2+ year providing Operation and Sustainment support for the virtualization environment.
Must have current 8570 IAT II Level Certification (CNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, Sec+ CE, SSCP) or higher.
High level understanding of data center components
Working familiarity of VMware ESX 6.0/6.5/6.7
Working familiarity of Windows Server 2008R2/2012R2/2016
Working familiarity of Unix/Linux
Strong understanding of enterprise networks including load balancers, routers, switches

HOW A CLOUD ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for working with highly functional development team automating service deployments; optimizing system performance; integrating with enterprise authentication services; establishing/improving system monitoring; maintaining established security protocols; provide customer's technical support. The Cloud Engineer will be integrated with an agile environment participating with scrums and other meetings.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and Maintain Platform as a Service Offering using RedHat OpenShift
Work with A&A Team to maintain security requirements for operation of systems.
Maintain and improve existing infrastructure (build out autoscaling, support new services, optimize for cost efficiencies/authentication/search, etc)
Produce detailed documentation.
Maintain System in AWS environment using EC2, S3, ELB, and RDS
Maintain System in a VMware vSphere environment, using NSX, and NetApp Storage GRID
Automate and optimize service deployments.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer Programming, Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
3+ years IT experience
3+ years experience with Platform as a Service Offerings (e.g. RedHat OpenShift, Tanzu, etc)
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required Skills:
Prior experience building and maintaining Platform as a Service offerings via Cloud based providers
Strong understanding of RHEL/CentOS Linux distributions
Strong understanding of RedHat OpenShift and/or other Kubernetes distributions
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker)
Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services
Strong Troubleshooting skills
Experience in automating tasks using scripted languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Perl
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Familiarity with DevOps development processes and Continuous Integration tools: GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus
Strong communication skills
Desired Skills:
Git/GitLab/GitLab Pages and repo management
HTML/CSS
ReactJS
Experience with web form creation/modification
AWS Cloud experience (preferred)

As an Information Assurance and Compliance Analyst, the individual will work closely with system, process, and control owners across the organization to maintain effective, cost efficient, and consistent IT control processes across multiple regulatory requirements.
More About the Role:
Coordinate, facilitate, and supervise compliance and assurance processes, including ISO 27001 internal assessments, internal and external IT SOX and special audits, and third-party compliance assessments for IT-relevant services (including NIST SP800-171 and CMMC).
Execute corporate and program-specific system security plan (SSP) reviews and associated NIST SP800-171a assessments.
Monitor remediation and corrective action plans at the Corporate and program enclave level.

2+ years of Information Technology Auditing or Consulting work experience.
Experience leading, coaching and training others as a team leader, or formal supervisor experience.
Experience with COSO, CoBIT, DFARS 252.204-7012, ISO 27001, NIST SP800-171, and/or Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).
Experience leveraging auditing principles and methods to evaluate policies, processes, and systems to identify risks and control gaps.
Experience documenting, understanding, and evaluating IT governance and risk management concepts and IT general controls and practices, such as IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, change management, and application control processes.
Experience analyzing, evaluating, and flowcharting procedures, processes, and controls for compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Ability to identify risks and propose feasible and effective solutions, and document and communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Clear articulation and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong people skills and ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with external auditors/assessors and employees irrespective of their status in the organization.
Strong organizational and project management skills, including ability to multi-task with shifting deadlines.

As a member of the Cyber Security Team, you will work to create and maintain a safe operating environment for CACI's users by protecting network boundaries, designing hardened computer and network devices, and providing security services to protect highly sensitive data. The Cyber Security Team works with a broad range of devices and technologies and actively monitors systems for attacks and intrusions. The Cyber Security Team uses data aggregation and analysis techniques and tools to provide valuable insight into the security posture of CACI's infrastructure. Additionally, we also work within CACI and third parties to ensure that all technologies are designed with security in mind, follow industry best practices and are compliant with applicable guidelines.
