CACI is seeking a Sr. Cloud Engineer to support our intelligence customer in St Louis, MO/Springfield, VA. HOW A CLOUD ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for working with highly functional development team automating service deployments; optimizing system performance; integrating with enterprise authentication services; establishing/improving system monitoring; maintaining established security protocols; provide customer's technical support. The Cloud Engineer will be integrated with an agile environment participating with scrums and other meetings.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and Maintain Platform as a Service Offering using RedHat OpenShift
Work with A&A Team to maintain security requirements for operation of systems.
Maintain and improve existing infrastructure (build out autoscaling, support new services, optimize for cost efficiencies/authentication/search, etc)
Produce detailed documentation.
Maintain System in AWS environment using EC2, S3, ELB, and RDS
Maintain System in a VMware vSphere environment, using NSX, and NetApp Storage GRID
Automate and optimize service deployments.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer Programming, Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
3+ years IT experience
3+ years experience with Platform as a Service Offerings (e.g. RedHat OpenShift, Tanzu, etc)
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required Skills:
Prior experience building and maintaining Platform as a Service offerings via Cloud based providers
Strong understanding of RHEL/CentOS Linux distributions
Strong understanding of RedHat OpenShift and/or other Kubernetes distributions
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker)
Strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services
Strong Troubleshooting skills
Experience in automating tasks using scripted languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Perl
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
Familiarity with DevOps development processes and Continuous Integration tools: GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus
Strong communication skills

This position will be located in a Shared Service Center, where the individual
will work under very general supervision, responsible for preparation and
administration of subcontracts, task orders and subsequent amendments
consistent with client requirements, government regulations and procurement policies/procedures. Typically works on subcontract activities valued up to $700,000. May be assigned higher value tasks with oversight from more senior level staff.
More About the Role:
Administer and manages subcontracts in accordance with CACI standards, plans and policies. Participates in teaming agreement and strategic marketing alliance negotiations with outside sources. Reviews client solicitations received by company and provides recommendations regarding outsourcing requirements to business management proposal team. Tasks include the negotiation of terms and conditions, analyses of price, and creation of the subcontract document. Responsible for the monitoring of the subcontractor's performance, including the management of the deliverables and payment of invoices. Reviews and resolves with subcontractor issues affecting subcontract performance and ensures subcontractor compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and customer objectives. Daily interactions with the Program Team regarding subcontract negotiation, preparation and monitoring is required. Prepares and disseminates information regarding subcontract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination. May research and assist in recommending subcontract policies and procedures. May provide advice and guidance to less experienced employees. Coordinates contract activities and positively interacts with technical, business development and accounting staff. SOWs, RFQs, RFPs, ITBs, RFI's, and evaluate responses on diverse types of contracts and agreements, as well as develop and submit responses to these documents.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 3+ years of related work experience (government subcontract administration).
Knowledge of FAR, DFAR and GSA Schedules
Experience with drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating contract and subcontract documents.
Experience with developing, coordinating and validating requirements matrix; tracking and reporting contract amendments and modifications.
Experience with developing and updating standard contract forms.

Support the integration and testing of system level security requirements which may include researching, verifying and documenting cybersecurity controls in order for the systems to be accredited.
Perform system security scans and vulnerability scans using ACAS, and maintain records of such scans, as required by A&A guidelines.
Provide routine system-level monitoring, audit reviews, and compliance reporting utilizing Splunk and ACAS for the identification of security relevant external or internal impacts, threats, and policy violations.
Develop and maintain A&A documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Security Control Concept of Operations (SCCONOPS), Continuous Monitoring Strategy, Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), Incident Response Plan (IRP), Configuration Management Plan (CMP), Auditing policies, account management policies, test plans and other documents to support certification of compliance to applicable standards.
Participate in the change management process, including conducting security impact analyses, making recommendations based on relevant security and privacy trends and technology.

HOW A CLOUD ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
