What You'll Get to Do:
Our team of Cyber Security Operations Specialists provides CSOC Tiered Services, which include 24x7x365 coordination, execution, and implementation of all actions required for the containment, eradication, and recovery measures for events and incidents.
More About the Roles:
CSOC Tier 1
Services include recording, investigating, and processing events received via walk-ups, phone calls, email, chat, web, cybersecurity tools, and enterprise tools.
CSOC Tier 2
Services include malware and implant analysis, and forensic artifact handling and analysis. While not in a period of incident response, you will conduct continuous exercises and dry runs to improve response outcomes in the event of a cyber incident.
CSOC Tier 3
Services include incident handling/incident response, malware and analysis and signature development, and forensic artifact handling and analysis.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
In addition to the Government customer's DoD 8570 certification requirements for each role, qualified candidates will bring:
TS/SCI (current); with the ability to successfully pass/maintain a Government Polygraph (post-hire)
BA/BS Degree and typically between Two (2) to Six (6) years of relative work experience. Additional experience may be considered instead of a degree.
Ability to work One (1) or more of Five (5) work shifts
TCP/IP; Protocol analyzers; Network protocols; Cyber Attack Lifecycle; Mitre Attack framework; Obfuscation techniques (i.e. base64; rot13; XOR; URL encoding; etc.); Utilizing SIEM for event analysis

In this role you will be an instructor responsible for delivering technical training in support of Enterprise IT functions. 10 years' experience required. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience; Master's Degree in related field may be substituted for bachelor's degree and 3 years relevant experience.

Desired Skills:
Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and be able to maintain.

TCS will provide innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment, and disposal of transport and cybersecurity IT services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide to support the NGA mission.
Team CACI has an exciting and challenging opportunity available for a Structured Cabling Technician supporting an Intelligence Community customer's wide-area (WAN), local-area (LAN), and campus-area (CAN) cable plant across multiple security domains.
The technician is responsible for the installation, modification, repair, and maintenance of voice, video, and data consisting of copper and fiber-optic cabling for inside and outside cable plants. The Structured Cabling Technician is expected to work as part of a team and adhere to proper customer and DOD/ICD installation guidelines. Maintain compliance with Quality Assurance standards as well as ensuring service performance indicators are met or exceeded.
What You'll Get to Do
Must have the ability to install, terminate & test low voltage cables & fiber optical cables. Strong understanding of low-voltage infrastructure and related services.
Installation from outlets to distribution point, pulling cable, fire stopping, and pre-termination including organizing, forming, dressing, and labeling cables to industry and DOD standards
Perform work in renovations and new construction environments and implement cut-over.
Update documentation of all network cabling configuration upgrades, additions, or revisions after implementation.
Use various types of copper and fiber cable and termination hardware as well as termination and testing procedures used on a day-to-day basis.

Ability to work from heights such as man lifts, scissor lifts, Ladders, reach overhead, kneel for long periods.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and architectural, mechanical, and electrical documents.
Use hand tools, including various punch tools, test equipment, and various power tools such as hammer drills and saws.
Ability to work in various environments - Office, Retail and Construction
Proven ability to implement labeling schemes as detailed in the Project Scope of Work.

Work directly with fact witnesses, provide assistance and support to ensure appearance for court, pre-trial conferences, and grand jury. Obtain pertinent information for files and documents necessary to arrange witness travel and reimbursements. Use judgment to determine when AUSA should be notified of special circumstances or needs of fact witnesses. The Technology Innovation Lab (TIL) operating group, within The National Security and Innovative Solutions (NSIS) sector at CACI, is searching for an established Senior Business Development Manager with a successful track record in identifying and qualifying technology-based new business opportunities within both the Federal Government (i.e., Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD)) and commercial customers with a focus on Photonics-based solutions within the Optical Communications (Comms) and Space markets.
Primary focus will be on the identification, development, qualification of opportunities leveraging TRL 3-9 technologies, valued at $5-$50M each, while building and maintaining a qualified pipeline to grow the Photonics business at >10% annually. This position will support the Business Development Executive of the TIL Photonics Labs business to develop an overall Account Strategy and plan to focus on positioning and capturing new business contracts.
The location for this role is yet to be decided, but will be based at one of our locations in California (somewhere between San Francisco and Los Angeles areas), Orlando FL, Northern VA or Northern NJ. You can expect to spend up to 25% of your time on business travel within the continental United States.
What You'll Get to Do:
Create, manage, and implement go-to-market plans (to articulate and generate consensus for strategic vision, action plan, competitive intelligence, investments, business case, etc.) within the NSIS Optical Comms and Space markets with targeted customers (both Government and Large Scale Integrators (LSIs)).
Build and qualify a new business pipeline based on high-end photonics technology in the emerging Optical Comms and Space markets. Your primary focus is to build/maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities that align with NSIS/TIL/Photonics Labs strategic vision for growth within the IC & DoD market space.
Actively market the Company Brand, establish customer expectations, and shape opportunities by creating white papers, sponsoring in-house demonstrations, and responding to RFIs and similar activities. You will conceptualize the need, organize the correct company participants, assist in developing solutions, and lead the collaboration to completion.
Develop and present milestone briefings to senior management in support of investing in and pursuing strategic opportunities in these markets.
Engage customers in identifying and shaping opportunities. This includes active communication of filtered, actionable intelligence back to Sector, BD, and functional group staff.
Support Captures and Proposals to maintain continuity across the BD lifecycle, enhancing our ability to win as opportunities pass from qualification into capture and then proposal.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Have a strong network of customer contacts and must be familiar with the customer's major programs and upcoming initiatives.
The candidate should have a working knowledge of the Federal procurement process, and a demonstrated proficiency with IC and DoD strategy and acquisition plans.
Demonstrated ability to execute the business development function with minimum supervision.
Effective leader/participant in formal presentations to clients and potential teaming partners; proven track record of building winning teams as well as successfully negotiating with potential team members as to roles and participation.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
10+ years performing Business Development (sales, marketing, capture, proposal) activities, especially in pursuit of high-end technology-based solutions within the IC & DoD markets within the Federal space, as well as some commercial experience.
Understanding of the IC / DoD technologies and LSI vendors that are often selected to deliver these capabilities.
Active TS Clearance needed to start.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Detailed insight into the Optical Comms and Photonics requirements within IC and DoD current and future programs is strongly desired.
Working experience and personal relationships with LSIs, such as Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, L-3 Harris, within the IC and DoD market space is strongly desired.
Formal training in the Shipley capture process is strongly desired.
