What You'll Get to Do:

Intern network engineers get to function as part of a dynamic team of engineers responsible for supporting the operations and maintenance of CACI's Corporate & Development Operations networks. Responsibilities include Operations, management, assessments, troubleshooting, upgrades, site deployments across the CACI's distributed enterprise network environment. Rapidly expand your knowledge and experience across numerous aspects of bleeding edge network and cyber technologies.

More About the Role:

• Assist with racking, building, cabling for provisioning servers and network gear.

• Learn to configure and install various network and security devices (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers & access points, and VPNs. Conduct network testing and monitoring performance; troubleshoot network problems and outages).

• Learn and help maintain challenging enterprise network environment to include multiple data centers and 100 plus campus/satellite offices across the US. Support configuration, troubleshooting, deployment of Cisco, Palo Alto firewalls, networking hardware, switches (Multi-Layer, Data Center/ Access/Core/ Distribution) routers, software defined access - SDA, ISE, SDWAN, ACI, WLAN, Cisco Secure Workloads, network engineering support, network management systems, CACI office connectivity, WAN/MAN/EPL/FLEXVPN, wired and wireless and remote access solutions.

• Position may involve frequent typing, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and lifting. Lifting requirements may range from <10 lbs. - 50 lbs. on a regular basis, with heavier weights done in conjunction with other individuals or lifting aids
