Cracker Barrel is on the search for a Senior Manager of Virtual Brands to join the Home Office and be responsible for leading the day-to-day management/maintenance of our portfolio of virtual brands, as well as identifying new opportunities in the competitive landscape. Responsibilities include sales/profit analysis, marketing performance, outlier identification, and management of our 3rd Party Delivery relationships. This manager collaborates with operations and IT on issue resolution, FP&A, and Marketing on strategic planning.
Leads the Virtual Brand Experience (ex. Chicken 'n Biscuits/The Pancake Kitchen by Cracker Barrel/Cracker Barrel Kitchen) across the organization. Inclusive but not limited to building new brands, enhancing and execution of social media strategy, and allocation of funds to drive individual brand awareness.
Evaluates, prioritizes, and leads initiatives to enhance the profitability and reach of our portfolio of Virtual Brands. This includes strategic planning and weekly/monthly business review activities
Reviews Industry trends and identifies areas of opportunity. Work with cross functional teams such as Marketing, IT, Operations, and Third Party Vendors to realize those initiatives.
Leads weekly Brand Meetings and root-causes issues with brand performance. Leads the groups of cross functional stakeholders through the resolution process
Acts as primary day-to-day contact with Third Party Providers to resolve issues with item setup/accounting errors/marketing execution and guest feedback.
Continuously lead test/learn plans for marketing tactics and promotions.
Draws upon a solid understanding of the business (e.g. industry, operations) to critically evaluate and advance sales a profit, while responsibly managing a fixed budget.
Leverages project management skills to achieve results on time and on budget
Experience with OLO and Third Party Delivery Providers is preferred
Detail oriented, especially in analytical thinking and reporting
Familiarity with product development processes, market research, and agile project management preferred
Ability to build relationships quickly, and comfort interacting at all levels of the organization
Above average presentation skills, confident in front of groups of 20 or more.

A Material Handler in our Fullcase Modules area serves our guests by correctly and efficiently selecting, labeling and pushing fullcase boxes of retail merchandise onto conveyors for shipment to our Cracker Barrel retail stores to replenish store inventory and fulfill needed store supplies.
Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Using assigned stack of labels, identify correct boxes of merchandise from aisles to be picked
Label boxes with corresponding labels
Transfer labeled boxes from staging areas to conveyors

Cracker Barrel is seeking an IT Project Manager to join the Home Office to support, direct, and manage IT projects within the organization. The ideal person for this role will be a Scrum Master with experience as a transformation coach supporting maturing teams by improving estimate tuning, monitoring burn down to understand the team's productivity/capacity, and intervening when planned activities are getting off track.

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Systems/App Administrator and provide support to Maple Street Biscuit Company. This partner will be responsible the configuration, implementation/installation, and support of Store Level Technology and User Interfaces. Responsibilites will also include troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with new and existing store level technology and user interfaces. Install new software, repair bugs, train users, offer tips for increased productivity across areas, evaluate new hardware and software, automate a myriad of mundane tasks, and increase workflow.
Monitoring the machine performance - Develop the scripting to determine machine performance bottlenecks and responding to the needs. This includes developing the machine statistics to prove the needs for upgrades and budgeting for the needed enhancements.
Corporate software evaluation - Develop the corporate standards for applications compliance. This would include software recommendation and compliance testing for the individual products.
Installing new software - Installs upgrades for various platforms including iOS, Revel POS, and other application software. This includes operating system upgrades and level upgrades. Keep current with the supported vendors upgrade path and maintain application validations for the effective management of the upgrade. Coordinate with the third-party companies to ensure the applications are certified on the operating system upgrade levels.
Designing the backups methodology - Work on corporate backup strategy to ensure proper recovery practices for all corporate systems. Ensure compliance to the disaster recovery plans of the company.
Adding and removing hardware - Procure new hardware and software for running our stores including kitchen systems, POS systems, Wi-Fi access points, internet connections, printers, etc.
Adding and removing users - Standardize the access and structure for each user group. Build the structure to allow simple adding of software and access paths in the future to create a unique environment for each user.
Trouble shooting - Develop the scripts to proactively follow the applications and solve system processes.
Helping Users - Support the development staff and the power user. Work with these teams to investigate problems and respond to issues
Documentation on the architecture - Standardize environments to ensure developers can target enhancements to the functionality in a uniform strategy.
Security - Ensure that proper PCI compliance is achieve and continually follow best practices in securing business applications.
Technical knowledge of Information Technology including programming, operations and systems development, communication, and listening skills.
Problem solving, judgmental, and decision-making skills. Time management skills.
Microsoft Office tools
Communication and presentation skills
Ability to troubleshoot problems, complete root-cause analysis, and recommend solutions
Understanding of basic accounting skills
