In this role, you will provide support to all field users by answering telephone calls regarding technical, hardware, and software issues. You will troubleshoot problems for stores and other Store Support personnel providing a high level of customer service to answer questions, implement solutions, or determine appropriate resource.

Provides support to all field users by answering telephone calls regarding technical, hardware, and software issues.
Troubleshoots software and hardware problems in stores and for remote users including issues related to systems such as POS, back office, PFG ordering, payroll processing, credit cards, gift cards, etc.
Provides a high level of customer service and utilizes any means necessary to answer questions and implement solutions.
Refers problems not within scope of expertise to appropriate resource.
Assists other Store Support personnel
Researches and troubleshoots, as requested, issues and problems encountered by other Store Support personnel.
Shares and teaches knowledge and skills with others when appropriate.
Assists with and/or oversees the training and development of the Store Support group.

Prepares journal entries and reports for monthly and quarterly financial information related to beverage program, licenses, and health permits. Includes accruals for expense, amortization of prepaids and reporting.
Provides accurate and timely financial information such as food and beverage sales calculations as required by various governmental agencies.
Ensures that new license requests as well as renewals are prepared and submitted accurately and timely.
Assists management and cross functional leadership in fielding questions and identifying process and system improvements.
Ensures the general ledger is reconciled both timely and completely, reconciling accounts receivable, and payable accounts including investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Assists in review and enhancement of operational procedures by identifying financial impacts and/or restrictions.
Ensures general ledger is properly updated to reflect intent of operational procedure.
Prepares financial projections for assigned areas including beverage, licenses and health permits.

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for off-premise delivery of food orders to catering Guests in a courteous, helpful and prompt manner.
In this role, you will be responsible for order fulfillment and delivering orders. You will communicate with the To-Go Lead and Specialists to provide quality products and timely delivery that exceeds our Guests' expectations. You will also serve as a brand ambassador and demonstrate the brand mission of Pleasing People.
Delivery Drivers will need to be a current Cracker Barrel employee, at least 18 years old, able to stand for long periods, work in a variety of environments, be expected to lift, load and carry up to 50 pounds, and work with hot and cold food items. You must be able to understand and communicate in English while working effectively with co-workers and managers to please our guests.
To operate a company catering vehicle you must:
Have a valid driver's license in the state in which you reside
Agree to a driver license check through the resident state's Department of Motor Vehicles
Comply with all federal and state laws

Cooperate with law enforcement

Overview As a Cook, you know that our food is at the core of who we are. Whether you're flipping pancakes as a Grill Cook; prepping fresh salads and desserts as a Prep Cook; or hand-rolling buttermilk biscuits as a Backup Cook, you'll make sure our guests leave full and happy every time. -kitchen, back of house, BOH, broil cook, saute, fry cook, pantry, chef, grill operator, line cook Responsibilities As a member of our kitchen team, you will use Cracker Barrel's recipes and methods of food preparation to whip up our full menu of Southern favorites. In this role, you will please our guests by correctly preparing menu items to our high standards of professional cooking. You will also meet company standards of quality, safety, cleanliness and hospitality in providing guests with the most satisfactory food possible. As a Cook, you will have flexible hours (full or part time) and the opportunity for promotion and continued development! Qualifications You will need to be 18 years old, able to stand for long periods, work in a variety of environments, be expected to lift, load and carry up to 40 pounds, and work with hot and cold food items.
