Responsibilities

• Work actively to grow existing and develop new tools and design work to service the design community

• Provide training and development for team members

• Support the national growth initiatives of the Geosynthetics and Stormwater Management team

• Attend coordination meetings and conferences, as required

• Provide technical support to engineers, landscape architects, and municipalities for multiple projects over a wide geography.

• Provide concept drawings, from technical layout assistance to submittal development.

• Assist the design community in hydrologic modeling

• Coordinate and manage projects through the specification process in conjunction with the Regional Product Specialist

• Coordinate and manage projects with the CAD design team

• Actively grow existing and develop new connections within the design community

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Civil Project Design experience, required

• Civil Engineering degree or Engineering license, preferred

• High level of knowledge of AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and other hydrologic modelling software, required

• Prior technical writing experience, including proposals, emails, and design submittals, required

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of typical permitting processes

• Experience with innovative products in the Geosynthetics and Stormwater Management space, preferred

• Strong computer proficiency including use of Microsoft applications and navigating multiple software systems, required

• Basic reporting experience using Excel, including sorting, filtering, and data compilation, required

• Demonstrated relationship building, customer service, and interpersonal skills, required

• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and multitasking skills needed, including the ability to balance multiple, urgent requests

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language

We are currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Project Manager. In this role, you will provide project support for Geosynthetic, Stormwater, and Urban Green Infrastructure Projects in the Southeast with occasional on-site client visits.

Daily activities include assisting with project scope, specs, and requirements, monitoring project progress, recommending products and ensuring timely delivery, vendor coordination, and ensuring achievements are met. This is a remote role that will support customers in the Florida . Occasional client site visits will be required, and the role will operate within the Eastern time zone.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget

• Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs

• Run execution of project in accordance with organization's project management methodology according to established project plan

• Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the customer receives products timely and satisfactory standards of service

• Supervise progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays

• Work directly with partners and clients to resolve project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform calculations

• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team

• Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure these targets are met

• Provide a high level of assistance to program/project managers to ensure projects are carried out according to plan

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of sales, project management, or project coordinator experience, required

• Prior experience with Stormwater construction related projects or products, strongly preferred

• Prior use of CRM Salesforce prefered

• Experience reading blueprints, building plans or drawings, highly preferred

• Proven attention to detail coupled with interpersonal skills

• Proficient use of computer systems such as Microsoft Office and web-based data systems.

• Ability to be flexible, adaptable and multitasking skills needed, including the ability to balance multiple, urgent requests

• Self-starter, creative problem solver, and self-sufficient

• Strong time-management skills and ability to function optimally without daily oversight from management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Civil Project Design experience, required

• Civil Engineering degree or Engineering license, preferred

• High level of knowledge of AutoCAD, HydroCAD, and other hydrologic modelling software, required

• Prior technical writing experience, including proposals, emails, and design submittals, required

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of typical permitting processes

• Experience with innovative products in the Geosynthetics and Stormwater Management space, preferred

• Strong computer proficiency including use of Microsoft applications and navigating multiple software systems, required

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in distribution management supervising 6+ employees in a distribution/warehouse environment

• A strong background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is required

• Previous experience working in a WMS environment is required

• Must have leadership experience in leading and developing a team, mentoring, coaching, training, and performance management

• Ability to work with people and build an environment that is positive and engaging for the associates

• Excellent interactive communication skills with ability to effectively communicate to different levels of the organization

• Strong computer skills to include expertise in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook

• Experience managing a team of delivery drivers is a plus

• Material Handling Equipment Certification

• Proficient in OSHA and DOT regulations

• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.

• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred, but not required.

• Maintain Dispatch Track data for drivers and vehicles
