Qualifications:
0-3 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities:
Deliver materials to the customer, which includes assistance with unloading
and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
Multiple deliveries and installation of lighting fixtures in newly constructed homes will be made daily
Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and regulations
Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
Ability to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities:
Work with customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell a wide range of products, which may include lighting, appliances, high end fixtures and cabinetry
Respond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory and delivery information
Greet guests upon arriving in our retail showroom, learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship
Prepare job quotations and submittals
Assist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, while utilizing suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accurately
Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree is helpful, but prior experience in Sales, especially within our industry, will be considered
A strong sales presence and good interpersonal skills
Problem solving, leadership and listening skills
Organizational and time management skills
The ability to deal with a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledge
Understand the basics of design and interior decorating
Able to engage in a consultative sales approach to recommend solutions for the varying needs of the customer
This is a commission eligible role. The estimated total compensation range is $45,000 - $95,000 annually.

The Transportation Manager position is responsible for managing private fleet and/or outsourced transportation fleet in 1 to 2 local distribution centers, as well as localized in-market transportation support, within the Ferguson supply chain network.
Support the Director of Logistics strategically and tactically in responding to key marketplace developments, trends, opportunities, or threats as well as proactively addressing key customer initiatives. Responsible for supporting the Director in all aspects of planning, monitoring, executing, and analyzing freight operations, planning tools, compliance, and standard operating procedures. Make decisions to enhance the performance, cost metrics, and safety of the local Transportation operation.
The Transportation Manager leads the strategy and design of the Dedicated transportation network and manages operations and service for all modes of domestic transportation (TL, LTL, Courier, Parcel). This position is responsible for leading and building relationships with Ferguson's domestic transportation providers and internal partners. This position is responsible for leading all aspects of daily planning of DC outbound shipments. The Transportation Manager meets with carriers regularly to provide insights and to drive performance improvement.
Job Duties
Accountable for 1-2 transportation operations (distribution centers).
Will support local in-market transportation operations and special projects.
Partner with area and district leaders by serving as the transportation subject matter expert, supporting the design and implementation of customer solutions.
Serve as primary contact within the assigned DC(s) for internal and external business inquiries and issues concerning carrier partners.
Partner with Accounting and Finance on freight invoice review, audit, and assist with variance analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with and support internal and external partners, customers, carriers, and vendors to ensure acceptable performance and service levels are being performed.
Provide RFP support as the local subject matter expert.
Manage carrier relationships, KPI's, and compliance.
Use the Transportation Management System, WMS, and other Ferguson systems to complete daily route plans and ad hoc contingency plans.
Monitor DOT compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and industry requirements to ensure internal policies are adhered to.
Manage outsourced fleet and/or private fleet drivers. Discover opportunities for transportation harmonies between private and outsourced fleets.
Identify and analyze rates, operating costs, and revenues to establish continuous improvement designed to increase efficiencies and productivity.
Implement and facilitate multifaceted routing to achieve the least cost routing while providing the highest levels of customer service.
Qualifications
5+ years' experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
Ability to work independently and interface across internal departments and the Ferguson vendor and carrier community.
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in Microsoft Office.
Experience with Transportation Management Systems like Mercury Gate, OTM, JDA, or others.
Ability to create executive-level presentations and to communicate with senior management.
Transportation analysis expertise to include LTL, Truckload, Parcel, and broad Supply Chain exposure in a high-volume environment.

We are currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need on our team. As a Construction Project Manager - Cabinetry, you will serve as the point of contact for field operations, focused on long-term projects with large builders. In the field, you will connect with the builder's superintendent or field operations ensuring the job site is running appropriately. Daily duties include taking ownership of a job and corresponding community from the contract issuance to 100% completion. Additionally, you will have oversight on cabinets and parts ordered, along with coordinating installation and handling any vital punch work. This is territory based role that requires regular field- based travel, in the greater Port Saint Lucie, Broward and Palm Beach area. This role offers remote flexibility when not conducting site visits.
Responsibilities
Lead cabinetry installation projects and provide field operation oversight, leadership and subject matter expertise to customers, contractors, vendors and internal partners.
Partner with the design team on custom drawings and provide feedback on engineering.
Approve cabinet, hardware and parts orders based on field dimensions.
Coordinate installations and delivery.
Oversee installers and provide direction where necessary.
Perform field dimensions and post installation quality assurance walkthroughs.
Work on punch list items for newly installed cabinets in homes.
Load orders for vital parts and pieces from quality assurance walks.
Professionally and courteously interact with customers and builder contacts.
Develop positive working relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and company management.
Prompt and reliable attendance.
Additional duties as required.
Qualifications
5+ year's Cabinetry experience or equivalent combination of education and construction project management or project coordination experience, required.
Prior experience directly installing cabinets, preferred
Experience reading blueprints, building plans or drawings and proficiency with CAD programs such as 20/20, highly preferred
Ability to function optimally without daily oversight from management.
Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
Proven attention to detail coupled with organizational skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient use of computer systems such as Microsoft Office and web-based data systems.
Ability to travel within assigned territory.

0-3 years of commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred
Valid CDL Class A

This is a field-based sales role supporting customers in the Madison, WI area. A fuel card, auto allowance, travel and expense card, company cell phone & laptop will be provided.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and an assigned customer base, while working with other branch associates to ensure happiness with our products and services, from the order to the delivery and beyond.
Identifies and actively pursues new business opportunities to expand the current customer base by working with management in developing sales strategies and new account targeting.
Perform various duties including product quotation and problem resolution.
Analyzes competition in territory, devise sales strategy, and communicate sales strategy to management.
Continually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field.
Documents all sales activity performed in our internal Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce) for ongoing evaluation of the new business pipeline and measurement of sales closure results.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years industry related sales experience is preferred

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Warehouse Manager in our West Allis, WI branch.
The Facility
110k sq. ft
Direct oversight of 25 associates, consisting supporting 8 Drivers
will over see associates whose shift begins at 7:30 am
WMS environment
Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for our (business unit) Warehouse
Promote and drive safety daily in the workplace, crafting a safe work environment for associates
Provide consistent communication to associates and counterparts
Continue to increase quality in customer deliveries
Drive high levels of inventory integrity within the building
Maintain associate engagement throughout the warehouse
Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by hiring, training and providing professional development for all of its associates
Lead and coordinate associates performing activities including; unloading and stocking of inbound shipments, order selection and
shipping of outbound orders, cycle counting, and final mile delivery services to our customers
Ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained in our sites
Ensure integrity of inventory and confirm that cycle counts are completed daily and accurately
Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to management
Qualifications
7+ years' experience in distribution management supervising X+ employees in a distribution/warehouse environment
A strong background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is required
Previous experience working in a WMS environment is required
Must have leadership experience in leading and developing a team, mentoring, coaching, training, and performance management
Ability to work with people and build an environment that is positive and engaging for the associates
Excellent interactive communication skills with ability to effectively communicate to different levels of the organization
Strong computer skills to include expertise in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
Experience managing a team of delivery drivers is a plus
Material Handling Equipment Certification
Proficient in OSHA and DOT regulations

Responsibilities
Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
Qualifications
0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
High attention to detail.
Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

The opportunity:
Ferguson is looking to hire motivated Sales Support Representatives who have the desire to build a long-term career with the organization.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Position supports the Residential Builder (showroom) customer group
Assists in multiple behind-the-scenes sales functions such as answering sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions, and helping customers by recommending the best products and solutions to support their needs
Providing hands-on assistance on an as-needed basis such as helping assist customers on the parts counter and providing backup support in the warehouse
Presents job quotes and provides accurate pricing and inventory information to customers
Uses customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively
Works together with Sales associates to provide outstanding customer service for both existing and prospective customers
What you need to succeed?
0-3 years sales and/or customer service experience preferred
Plumbing knowledge a plus
A desire to learn with a drive to succeed
Passion for collaboration and desire to assist customers across the team
Ability to build long-lasting relationships while balancing business and customer needs
Drive to act and respond quickly to customer needs and make decisions in a timely manner
General digital literacy including Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
