Responsibilities:

• Able to perform basic appliance installation and possess the desire to learn custom appliance installations.

• Accurate handling and installation of basic gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.

• Ensures the installed appliances are damage free, accurately installed according to manufacturer's specifications and are fully functioning.

• Interact expertly and courteously with builders, designers and on-site customers - you takecareof a vast array of customers.

• Attend company paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up-to-date on all product changes.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with ApplianceDelivery&Installation Service ispreferred.

• With the assistance of lifting equipment such as stair climber, oven lifts, and/or air sled, mustbeable to lift 50+ pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally.

• Ability to deliver -white glove service- to customers, excellent customer service skills are a must!

• Valid state issued license is required.

• Mechanical skills and willingnesstolearn - plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills are preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.

• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.

• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.

• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is required.

Qualifications:

• Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.

• Valid CDL Class A or Class B license

We are hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our 1st Shift Inbound Receiving Team. Shift options include:

• 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday; overtime as required

• 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday; overtime as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 months of experience operating forklifts or powered industrial trucks (PIT).

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime when needed

• Ability to excel within a fast-paced, team environment

• Ability to safely operate Powered Industrial Equipment such as Order Pickers, Forklifts, etc. (securely harnessed) and/or work on the multi-level mezzanine at heights of 30+ ft.

• Ability to operate RF Scan Guns, calculators, and other equipment & technology as required

• In our MDC, you'll always be on the move! Please note the following physical requirements in addition to the above:

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift with frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, climbing, gripping, etc.

• Accurately receive, pick, sort, pull, and store products in assigned locations while safely operating PIT equipment, including order picker, forklift, and reach truck.

• Always maintain inventory integrity and product safety

• Perform tasks using a hand-held RF unit/scanner or voice picking system

• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas

Responsibilities

Development, entry and tracking of quotations on Multifamily Renovation projects, while establishing close relationships with the Project Managers, Vendors, National Account Managers, our field sales teams and many others, with the collective goal to provide outstanding service and win the job

• Keep current of new products, trends and market cost and pricing

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure that pricing data is received in a timely manner

• Participate in the resolution of pricing related issues

• Build and maintain pricing measurements for decision making processes

Qualifications:

• Have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent education.

• Valid CDL Class A license

• A background in Warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is preferred

• Prior commercial truck driving experience is strongly preferred

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to lift items that weigh up to of 50lbs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes assistance with unloading, ensuring delivery of ticket with material, and collecting payment, if needed

• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor

• Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) standards and regulations

• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures

• Assist Warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material

• Ability to work overtime as needed

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a wide variety of mechanical tools

• Perform routine operating functions and troubleshooting on all equipment

• Repair damaged equipment back to good working order by applying mechanical knowledge to problem solve

• Maintain production equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime

• Research, evaluate, and recommend new maintenance equipment and tools to improve the capabilities of the maintenance team

• Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments so that it aligns with production specifications or instructions

• Advise managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems

• Responsible for painting various surfaces as required and in accordance with established safety procedures

• Performs all job duties according to OSHA standards

Qualifications:

• Prior experience using standard hand tools (hammer, pliers, screwdriver, etc.) and specialty hand tools (pipe wrench, soldering and welding equipment, etc.)

• Experience using electric tools (table saw, jigsaw, circular/miter saw, etc.)

• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
