Job Summary
Dominion Energy Ohio is looking for a Business Process Analyst/Senior to join our team in Akron, OH. There is one position available that will be filled at either the Business Process Analyst or Senior Business Process Analyst level, commensurate with the selected candidate's skills and abilities.
Business Process Analyst
This Business Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing and making recommendations for changes to internal processes and/or standards/specifications in order to create more efficient and economical operations for Dominion Energy and Dominion Delivery business areas. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Assist on multiple concurrent projects to identify and document the major business processes associated with the business unit;
Conduct benchmarking and best practice analysis of the business unit's processes against both industry and non-industry processes;
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes within the entire business unit without jeopardizing reliability, availability, or safety;
Develop business cases to support recommendations;
Monitor the progress associated with the implementation of recommended changes.
Apply process modeling tools, process improvement methodology, benchmarking, project management, and change management to projects.
Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Senior Business Process Analyst
The Senior Business Process Analyst is responsible for leading analysis projects and making recommendations for changes to internal processes and/or standards/specifications in order to create more efficient and economical operations for Dominion Energy and Dominion Delivery business areas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Provide leadership on multiple concurrent projects to identify, evaluate, prioritize, scope, and meet objectives for business processes within the entire business unit without jeopardizing reliability, availability, or safety.
Lead activities of matrixed, cross-functional project teams;
Generate sponsorship and manage customer expectations for projects;
Bring projects to closure;
Develop and communicate business cases to support recommendations;
Monitor the progress associated with the implementation of recommended changes.
Develop and effectively apply standard methodology, templates, and tools for business process improvement projects.
Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
For both levels, this role:
Develops and monitors contractor metrics for all DEO contractors.
Ensures proper contractor communication is delivered and monitors metrics.
Reviews contractor OQ items, ensuring compliance.
Monitors and reports on pipeline material items relating to capital work.
Assists in additional tasks as needed.

Job Summary
This position installs natural gas pipe in ditches, manually digs around various utilities, and pressure tests steel and plastic natural gas lines. Position is responsible for participating in the repair of third-party damage to natural gas lines and various types of gas leaks, completing pipe maintenance activities, safely driving a company vehicle, setting up common Department of Transportation approved work sites and effectively flagging traffic. Position also maintains the vehicle inventory and installs test charts.
This position reports to the North Durham Operations Center in Durham, North Carolina.
There is one position which will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
The company is actively seeking United States military veterans and service members who meet the qualifications outlined below.

The factors to be accorded weight in determining the appropriate job level for the applicant are relative knowledge, skills, abilities, efficiency, experience, education and special training with respect to the skills required for the job opening.
- Knowledge and skill with common hand and power tools (i.e. shovel, screwdriver, pipe wrench, drill, reciprocating saw, etc.).
- Ability to be fit tested for self-contained breathing apparatus equipment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for positive customer and contractor interactions are critical.
- Ability to work as a team member within a diverse team.
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills are key.
- Availability for overtime and for natural gas emergency response during the workday, as well as in the evenings and some weekends when on-call.
- Must be willing and able to meet a 45-minute emergency response time from the geographical center of the Durham area. Emergency response time is a critical measure for the Company and candidates are required to consistently meet this requirement, including when on-call.
- Occasional heavy lifting up to 80 lbs. independently.
- Ability to adhere to safe working and driving procedures.

Job Summary
The Electric Distribution Operations department in the East Richmond office in Richmond, Virginia has an Electric Service Worker 1st Class vacancy.
This position requires a self-starter who can effectively prioritize and who doesn't mind working alone and driving. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the following:
The repair and maintenance of both overhead and underground electrical distribution lines
Being the first responder to power outages
Working closely with the Regional Operations Centers within the Dominion service territory
Working alone 90% of the time.
Working a rotating shift.
Available for call-outs during outages and or storm restoration events
Eligible for premium pay for applicable overtime hours
**The starting rate for this position is $49.17 / hour for fully qualified applicants.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Required Experience: This position requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in overhead and underground line work. (Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or greater will be considered one year toward the qualifications)
The selected individual must be able to assess at a competency level 4 in the Dominion Lineman Development program in both overhead and underground energized line work .
Must have a solid understanding of industrial electrical distribution systems and maintenance techniques
Must understand and be competent in switching practices related to the electrical distribution industry
Knowledge of Safety processes and practices within the industrial electrical distribution industry
Must have strong communications skills verbal and written.
Must be able to understand industry 3-way communication method
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work alone 90% of the time while still being part of a local team.
Must be able to meet and maintain applicable NERC/FERC requirements.
Position requires the ability to obtain a valid class A CDL by the end of the 5th month of employment
Call out, overtime availability, and Availability to work shifts is required

Job Summary
This highly self-motivated Gas Sales Representative-HVAC position is responsible to profitably grow the Company's customer base by identifying and contacting potential customers within the existing home market, promote the use of natural gas as the preferred energy source and encourage the use of related products and services provided by Dominion Energy.

This position is involved in industry related associations and acts as an ambassador within their service territory to enhance the company image within our communities. The Gas Sales Representative - HVAC serves as the central point of contact between the contractors and the customer and serves as the central contact between our internal and external customers.
This position reports to the South Durham Operations Center located in Durham, North Carolina.
Job duties include:
- Gaining commitment for profitable customer acquisition in existing residential areas
- Assisting potential customers and HVAC contractors through the process of establishing gas facilities infrastructure
- Providing accurate, reliable information to our Engineering, Construction, and Service Departments
- Working as a liaison between Dominion Energy and the contractors to ensure timely installation of gas facilities
- Promoting the sale and installation of gas appliances, gas piping and or other Dominion Energy approved programs in existing residential areas
- Promoting the sale of consumer loans financed by Dominion Energy for certified HVAC contractors and increasing the level of participation by licensed HVAC contractors

Defining and managing project resource requirements.
Communicating with internal/external customers to obtain and address, requirements and expectations for projects.
Performing preliminary estimates for the customer.
Providing direction and oversight to scoping teams to determine constructability, cost effective, and efficient solutions to meet customer (internal or external) needs.
Providing oversight for and ensuring effective engineering designs of projects, including adherence to company SOPs, engineering/construction processes, proper pipeline material determination/selection, pressure testing, Horizontal Direction Drilling, Auger Boring, Bridge installations and applicable industry standards.
Reviewing and approving project expenditures.
Providing oversight, monitoring and managing construction contractors and subcontractors ensuring projects meet required scope, schedule, and budget.

Job Summary

Candidate will be required to review all EPC project correspondence, including daily/weekly/monthly report content and structure, to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Candidate will develop and manage a project Action Item list up to acceptance of Substantial Completion.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee PJM, Virginia State, and other utility interconnection queue submittals for acquired, self-developed and uprate projects.
- Advance project queue positions through the appropriate queue processes in a manner that supports Company goals related to schedule and budget.
- Lead interconnection diligence eorts for acquisition and PPA projects.
- Provide interconnection status updates for all projects during construction.
- Assume functional responsibility for payment of all interconnection invoicing
- Provide limited technical support related to metering and operational requirements for generation projects.

The Human Resources Department is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional who has expertise with leadership development programs to join the Dominion Energy Virginia team as a Leadership Development Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Creating, coordinating, executing and evaluating competency-based leadership development programs and apply proven training and leadership development skills to include classroom facilitation and training, coaching (one-on-one, group), assessment application and effectiveness measures.
Utilizing consultative skills to partner with business segment leaders and human resource business engagement teammates to assess situations and agree upon most effective path forward.
Using individual and team coaching and other customized tools to diagnose, prescribe and implement effective people solutions.
Individual will act as a source of "best practice" information and keep abreast of and apply trends and issues in the leadership development arena.
Individual will work collaboratively with our corporate Learning and Development department, and business segment training department teams, while leading the development of business segment specific programs.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Minimum of 7 years of directly related experience in leadership development or organization development and leadership training. Note: A Master's degree will count as one year of experience. A partial year of six months or more experience will be rounded up to one year.
ICF accredited coaching certification highly preferred (International Coaching Federation);
Demonstrated experience coaching individuals and teams for improved performance and leadership development;
Demonstrated experience debriefing senior leadership;
Ability to lead and manage large projects/initiatives;
Advanced facilitation skills;
Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal and influencing skills;
Demonstrated experience with competency-based curriculum development;
Demonstrated experience using self-awareness assessments and coaching for assessment application;
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically and strategically;

- Supports chemical/water-related troubleshooting activities on power plant systems and equipment.
- Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of chemical feed systems related to steam cycle chemistry and environmental compliance.
- Operates and maintains demineralized makeup equipment such as clarifiers, gravity and carbon filters, reverse osmosis, and demineralizers.
- Works closely with station environmental team for plant sample collection, analysis, and compliance reporting.
- Works closely with crafts to repair and troubleshoot water treatment equipment.
- Completes chemical cleaning activities and regenerations when required for the RO and demin vessels.
- Monitors cooling tower chemistry and makes chemical feed and operational adjustments when necessary.
- Maintains and monitors chemical inventories, order and coordinate chemical and regent deliveries when necessary, and ensure chemical storage meets safety & environmental requirements.
- Provides technical and analytical support to power station or company personnel for water, fuel, chemical and environmental samples.
- Collects environmental samples and conducts various inspections (oil, storm water, waste, CCR, etc.)
- Record, analyze, and maintain historical station chemistry data and report on findings
- Develop and implement operational and laboratory procedures and processes related to station chemistry.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is well maintained and calibrated
- Monitor real-time data collection systems related to steam cycle chemistry and respond to any alarms or anomalous readings.

Maintenance activities include instruction/guidance in routine cleaning, calibration and functional operational testing of all primary electro-mechanical and microprocessor protection applications
Assists during routine testing and functional verification of all communications equipment including data, fiber optic, and power line carrier
Assists during functional operational testing of substation auxiliary equipment and verification of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) data systems that provide the operating centers with real time operating and alarm information
Assists with protective relay and control equipment repairs
Installation activities include assisting Lead/Senior technicians' functional verification of all primary and secondary equipment as designed by Dominion and its manufacturers
Corrective activities include assisting Lead/Senior technicians in analyzing alarms, identifying potential problems, and developing safe and effective basic corrective action investigation plans
Activities regarding potential cyber issues related to protection and control devices require that security assessments be performed to verify the integrity of cyber security control at substation locations

System Protection Technician T3:
2-3 years of directly related experience including, but not limited to, electrical, electro-mechanical, system protection and/or utility scale protection experience (Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or greater will be considered one year towards the qualifications
Good understanding of operation and maintenance of protective relay and control applications and substation equipment;
Knowledge of: Company commissioning and maintenance work practices and acceptance test criteria;
Operation and maintenance of control circuits, protective relay applications and substation equipment;
Fault simulation files, protective relays, associated communications systems, and SCADA infrastructure;
Interpret control drawings, schematics, and equipment nameplates.
Active, valid government-issued driver license is required for this role

Dominion is looking for a Biologist Intern for the summer of 2024 that will work beside experienced mentors as they assist with varied and interesting tasks. Examples of these tasks will include biological field work and sample collection.
Duties include routine biological and ecological support through the collection, analysis, and reporting of scientific data. Directly Related Experience includes: repair and servicing of passenger and light duty-trucks; repair and servicing of medium- to heavy-duty trucks; or repair and servicing of off-road/construction equipment and trailers;
Automotive maintenance and service experience at a commercial garage or a car dealer;
Must have a temporary CDL "A" License, instruction permit identification card (TIPIC), at the time of the interview.
Must obtain a commercial drivers license and all applicable endorsements before the end of the newly hired employees 90 day working day probation period; the probation period begins the first day of employment (assistance obtaining CDL may be available).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience troubleshooting vehicle onboard electronic systems;
Experience using Tech I scanner or laptop based trouble shooting software;
