Job Summary

Dominion Energy Ohio is looking for a Business Process Analyst/Senior to join our team in Akron, OH. There is one position available that will be filled at either the Business Process Analyst or Senior Business Process Analyst level, commensurate with the selected candidate's skills and abilities.

Business Process Analyst

This Business Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing and making recommendations for changes to internal processes and/or standards/specifications in order to create more efficient and economical operations for Dominion Energy and Dominion Delivery business areas. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist on multiple concurrent projects to identify and document the major business processes associated with the business unit;

• Conduct benchmarking and best practice analysis of the business unit's processes against both industry and non-industry processes;

• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes within the entire business unit without jeopardizing reliability, availability, or safety;

• Develop business cases to support recommendations;

• Monitor the progress associated with the implementation of recommended changes.

• Apply process modeling tools, process improvement methodology, benchmarking, project management, and change management to projects.

• Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Senior Business Process Analyst

The Senior Business Process Analyst is responsible for leading analysis projects and making recommendations for changes to internal processes and/or standards/specifications in order to create more efficient and economical operations for Dominion Energy and Dominion Delivery business areas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide leadership on multiple concurrent projects to identify, evaluate, prioritize, scope, and meet objectives for business processes within the entire business unit without jeopardizing reliability, availability, or safety.

• Lead activities of matrixed, cross-functional project teams;

• Generate sponsorship and manage customer expectations for projects;

• Bring projects to closure;

• Develop and communicate business cases to support recommendations;

• Monitor the progress associated with the implementation of recommended changes.

• Develop and effectively apply standard methodology, templates, and tools for business process improvement projects.

• Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

For both levels, this role:

• Develops and monitors contractor metrics for all DEO contractors.

• Ensures proper contractor communication is delivered and monitors metrics.

• Reviews contractor OQ items, ensuring compliance.

• Monitors and reports on pipeline material items relating to capital work.

• Assists in additional tasks as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Business Process Analyst

Minimum Requirements (Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or greater will be considered one year towards the qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years directly related experience or

• Associates Degree and 5+ years of directly related experience or

• High school diploma and 7+ years of directly related experience

• Directly Related Experience: Strong background in Computer applications and multiple software, gas or infrastructure project experience, Construction Management, Project Management, Process development, analysis roles

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Job Summary

This position installs natural gas pipe in ditches, manually digs around various utilities, and pressure tests steel and plastic natural gas lines. Position is responsible for participating in the repair of third-party damage to natural gas lines and various types of gas leaks, completing pipe maintenance activities, safely driving a company vehicle, setting up common Department of Transportation approved work sites and effectively flagging traffic. Position also maintains the vehicle inventory and installs test charts.

This position reports to the North Durham Operations Center in Durham, North Carolina.

There is one position which will be filled at the level commensurate with the successful candidate's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

The Electric Distribution Operations department in the East Richmond office in Richmond, Virginia has an Electric Service Worker 1st Class vacancy.

This position requires a self-starter who can effectively prioritize and who doesn't mind working alone and driving. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the following:

Job Summary

This entry level position is responsible for the following job duties:

Inspects, tests, troubleshoots and repairs electrical circuits and electronic equipment under the guidance and direction of an experienced electrician or supervisor.

This highly self-motivated Gas Sales Representative-HVAC position is responsible to profitably grow the Company's customer base by identifying and contacting potential customers within the existing home market, promote the use of natural gas as the preferred energy source and encourage the use of related products and services provided by Dominion Energy.

- Gaining commitment for profitable customer acquisition in existing residential areas

- Assisting potential customers and HVAC contractors through the process of establishing gas facilities infrastructure

This role provides management, planning, and direction for Gas Delivery projects and/or programs in distribution construction and maintenance, may include cost and resource management, sales functions, installation, technical, construction or engineering leadership. The Project Manager with Interconnection responsibilities functions will report to the Manager - Construction Projects as the lead Interconnection contact for new construction and uprate projects across all of Dominion Generation. This includes regulated and merchant project work, supporting small modular reactors, renewable, and fossil-fuel red generation facilities. This role requires an individual with technical understanding of generation, transmission, and distribution facilities and the ability to simultaneously manage a large workload while working with a wide variety of stakeholders to achieve successful completion of Company goals. Looking for individuals who are talented, detail-oriented, and have demonstrated the ability to work back from core customer needs. Consistently manages stakeholder expectations, schedules, budgets, and multiple work scopes eciently with high level of organization and attention to detail. Project Managers are comfortable working with developers, engineers, local ocials, real estate professionals, contractors, and other external team members from initial site review through EPC contract negotiation to nal permitting, construction, commissioning, and post-COD activities.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee PJM, Virginia State, and other utility interconnection queue submittals for acquired, self-developed and uprate projects.

- Advance project queue positions through the appropriate queue processes in a manner that supports Company goals related to schedule and budget.

- Lead interconnection diligence eorts for acquisition and PPA projects.

- Provide interconnection status updates for all projects during construction.

- Assume functional responsibility for payment of all interconnection invoicing

- Provide limited technical support related to metering and operational requirements for generation projects.

- Work with technical and non-technical business owners/partners to overcome obstacles and deliver results

- Manage projects and eectively inuence, negotiate, and communicate with business partners including developers, real estate, construction managers, architects & engineers, and EPC Contractors

- Evaluate site feasibility relative to applicable interconnection requirements

- Create estimates for capital requests, and other planning eorts

- Establish eective relationships with project stakeholders to foster successful on-time and on-budget project completion

- Develop and document interconnection-related processes and procedures

- Participate in weekly coordination meetings as needed and submit weekly progress reports to keep all parties aligned on scope, schedule, permitting and budget.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing projects or managing multi-functional teams

• Project management experience including developing and managing scope, budget, and schedule

• Must possess strong organizational skills to successfully manage deadline driven queue processes

• Ability to conduct business case analysis / translate information into useful formats and draw conclusions

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads

• Ability to lead negotiations and manage high-level meetings and discussions

Preferred Qualications:

• Previous experience in generation interconnection work as either the interconnection customer or transmission owner is considered a signicant plus.

• Electrical Engineering Degree desired

• Ability to provide business decision support and participate/lead special projects

• Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Job Responsibilities Include:

- Performs maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on in-line analyzers such as silica, sodium, pH, and conductivity to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Supports chemical/water-related troubleshooting activities on power plant systems and equipment.

- Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of chemical feed systems related to steam cycle chemistry and environmental compliance.

- Operates and maintains demineralized makeup equipment such as clarifiers, gravity and carbon filters, reverse osmosis, and demineralizers.

- Works closely with station environmental team for plant sample collection, analysis, and compliance reporting.

- Works closely with crafts to repair and troubleshoot water treatment equipment.

- Completes chemical cleaning activities and regenerations when required for the RO and demin vessels.

- Monitors cooling tower chemistry and makes chemical feed and operational adjustments when necessary.

- Maintains and monitors chemical inventories, order and coordinate chemical and regent deliveries when necessary, and ensure chemical storage meets safety & environmental requirements.

- Provides technical and analytical support to power station or company personnel for water, fuel, chemical and environmental samples.

- Collects environmental samples and conducts various inspections (oil, storm water, waste, CCR, etc.)

- Record, analyze, and maintain historical station chemistry data and report on findings

- Develop and implement operational and laboratory procedures and processes related to station chemistry.

- Ensure laboratory equipment is well maintained and calibrated

- Monitor real-time data collection systems related to steam cycle chemistry and respond to any alarms or anomalous readings.

- Provide chemistry related training, information, and guidance to station maintenance, operations, and leadership.

- Perform various analytical bench top and field tests to ensure proper steam cycle chemistry, fuel quality, and environmental compliance.

- Performs other chemistry and environmental compliance duties as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

The knowledge, skills, abilities and experience required for entry into this job include the following:

Chemistry Technician: 3+ years of related experience

Sr. Chemistry Technician: 5+ years of related experience

- Demonstrate basic knowledge of water chemistry and parameters to monitor in Power Plant Water Chemistry, Demineralized Water Treatment (Clarifiers, Filtration, Reverse Osmosis, Demineralization preferred), and Cooling Tower Chemistry.

- Demonstrate independent mindset to perform routine monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting

- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively communicate chemistry-related concepts to operations and leadership

The Installation Specialist:

- Assists in the installation of natural gas appliances, meters, and facilities in an efficient and safe manner while achieving excellent customer service

Job Summary

Dominion Energy Ohio is currently hiring a Mechanic B for our Northeast shop locations. This Mechanic (Auto & Heavy Truck Repair) will:

• Perform all types of repairs on vehicles and all transportation related work equipment (cars, natural gas powered pick-ups, 33,000 GVW trucks, backhoes and trailers);

• Work under the direction of higher classifications or supervision;

• Assist higher classification in the performance of their duties;

• Maintain mechanical condition of vehicles and transportation related equipment by performing such duties as, but not limited to: Vehicle inspections, repairing/rebuilding engines, drive trains, brake repair (air brakes and hydraulic), hydraulic system diagnosis and repairs, air conditioning and suspension repairs;

• Perform Oxy/acetylene cutting, brazing, and electric welding as needed;

• Use diagnostic equipment such as hand held diagnostic scanners/laptop based troubleshooting software;

• Prepare and submit associated paperwork;

• Perform other duties as directed within the "B" Mechanic classification or below.

This is a safety-sensitive position, subject to random drug testing.

This position will work 2nd shift (4 PM - 12PM).

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Minimum Requirements (Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or greater will be considered one year towards the qualifications):

• At least 5 years professional automotive, commercial trucking, and heavy equipment repair experience (repairing engines, drive trains, brake repair, hydraulic system diagnosis and repairs, air conditioning, suspension repairs and vehicle inspections);

• Directly Related Experience includes: repair and servicing of passenger and light duty-trucks; repair and servicing of medium- to heavy-duty trucks; or repair and servicing of off-road/construction equipment and trailers;

• Automotive maintenance and service experience at a commercial garage or a car dealer;

• Must have a temporary CDL "A" License, instruction permit identification card (TIPIC), at the time of the interview.

• Must obtain a commercial drivers license and all applicable endorsements before the end of the newly hired employees 90 day working day probation period; the probation period begins the first day of employment (assistance obtaining CDL may be available).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience troubleshooting vehicle onboard electronic systems;

• Experience using Tech I scanner or laptop based trouble shooting software;

• Familiarity with operating oxy/acetylene torch or other electric welding equipment;

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and the diagnostics related to troubleshooting;

• Demonstrated ability to diagnose fuel injection systems;

• Experience in mounting and balancing tires;

• Ability to demonstrate the performance of the typical job duties of an experienced Mechanic;

• Proficiency in operation desktop computers (performing data entry of parts and labor, internet, email).

• Experience with hydraulic systems maintenance and repair;

• Experience with repair/maintenance of natural gas powered vehicles (NGV);

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel;

• ASE certification is preferred and/or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certifications;

• Must be able to pass Tow Motor Training Class and operate a tow motor
