Position summary: Responsible for proposal/pursuit coordination and marketing efforts for assigned region. As a condition of employment, hire will be required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Proof of vaccination will need to be submitted as part of the interview/hiring process.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Lead, prepare, and review standard government form proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, award submissions, and presentations.

  • Lead all phases of the pursuit process from kick-off meeting to production and delivery and proposal closeout.

  • Develop pursuit outlines.

  • Participate in pre-proposal meetings, kick-off meetings, debriefings, etc.

  • Provide input on pursuit teaming, content, win strategy, and storyboarding.

  • Prepare major sections of pursuits, including but not limited to project descriptions and resumes, tailored for specific pursuit. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop other pursuit content.

  • Coordinate pursuit production (typing, graphics, editing, and reproduction), printing and delivery, with emphasis on quality assurance/quality control.

  • Assist with presentation preparation, presentation materials, etc.

  • Produce consistently compliant high-quality submissions while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Provides Marketing essential functions and responsibilities as required.

  • Complete data entry for Marketing databases, tracking leads go/no go, and wins or losses

  • Maintain visually-appealing marketing materials including resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, photographs, subconsultant information, etc.

  • Work closely and interact with technical staff, administrative staff, and marketing staff in other offices, as well as outside vendors, subconsultants, and clients.

  • Administrative duties related to marketing such as filing, data input, etc.

  • Research websites, newspapers, magazines and other business publications in search of project opportunities for professional services. When opportunities are found, enter data for these opportunities into marketing database (CRM), tracking leads and associated go/no go decisions, and wins or losses.

  • Interacts with marketing staff in other offices, technical staff, vendors and clients.

  • Gather information, conduct market research about prospects/clients/projects, and participate in the development of various business collateral to support continued strategic growth.

  • Generates reports on marketing efforts.

  • Assist with training of other marketing staff.

  • Involved in external marketing activities such as professional associations/organizations, conferences, exhibitions, etc.

  • Organizational support of office, regional and corporate marketing efforts.

  • Adherence to JMT's Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001:2015 Marketing procedures.

Working Conditions

The preferred candidate should enjoy working in the outdoors as required to complete job tasks. The job will require, but may not be limited to, certain physical demands while performing duties in the field. These physical requirements will include the ability to walk, stand, kneel, or bend for extended periods of time and be able to carry field equipment and supplies long distances. Field work may be conducted during any time of the year and may occur in a variety of weather and climate conditions, as needed. Job Responsibilities:

Comprehensive management and growth of JMT Architecture's Philadelphia studio, including, but not limited to the following:

  • Oversee work of program, design project management staff

  • Assign and oversee work of subconsultants

The Work includes:

Removing existing vinyl weathering from existing-to-remain storefront window systems, installation of new seals, and re-installation of salvaged glass to form a complete weathertight assembly.

This project will correct physical and programmatic deficiencies. It will bring the three-story, 4,600-SF building into compliance with critical accessibility and safety standards by retrofitting an elevator to provide access to all levels; making restrooms accessible; and upgrading HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and security systems. It will also correct structural issues, install new roofing, and replace windows with higher R-value glazing.

This project will bring the building into compliance with all appropriate codes, including fire egress, provide accessibility to all three levels, and improve energy efficiency and sustainability. The building, which is currently closed, does not comply with the safety and accessibility standards mandated by the Architectural Barriers Act ("ABA," Pub.L. 90-480); the International Family of Codes, primarily the International Building Code (IBC); and National Fire Protection Association's (NFPA) Life Safety Code 101.

Position summary: Responsible for engineering design using knowledge of general engineering principles and practices to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate assignments with limited supervision. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, conduct or coordinate detailed phases of the engineering work in a part of a major project or in a total project of moderate scope

  • Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects

  • Perform design computations

  • Design projects in accordance with client specifications and guidelines, using design software and drawing tools

  • Develop construction cost estimates

  • Assist in the preparation of engineering documents for advertisement and construction

  • Prepare and compile contract plans, specifications and estimates

  • Manage project sub-consultants and in-house support disciplines

Position summary: Responsible for scheduling, managing, and conducting Phase I-III fieldwork and research associated with archaeological projects. Responsible for writing all, or portions of, archaeological reports at the direction of the Senior Archaeologist. The qualified candidate for this position will assist JMT Project and Senior Archaeologists during Phase I-III field work in Texas and surrounding states. Opportunities for growth and to aid in growing the cultural resources group. Sponsorship is not available for this position. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Conducts archaeological field work with the ability to identify artifacts and determine the presence of archaeological sites

  • Collects data and field samples during archaeological investigations

  • Analyzes historic and pre-historic artifacts

  • Documents methodologies and findings of research and archaeological investigations

  • Reviews and writes archaeological reports and/or prepares archaeological site forms

  • Assists in making decisions about project alternatives and the resolution of adverse effects to archaeological resources

  • Works with technical field, lab and office staff, managers and administrative staff to ensure that projects meet JMT and professional quality standards

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, ArcMap and/or other GIS programs

Working Conditions

Work is performed in the field 50% of the time and requires the ability to extensively perform bending, kneeling, standing, shoveling, and lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs as needed. Out-of-town travel is expected, requiring driving and/or flying to project locations.
