PURPOSE OF THE POSITION To be fluent in all Debone production work on a rotation basis. ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Performs all positions on the line in Debone. Rotates positions as needed to include cutting breasts, wings; pulling skin; using a saw; loading product; tray packing and any other position in Debone. Participates as a member of the Team. Participates in the ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinates work to ensure best practices with all team members. Attends appropriate team meetings. JOB SUMMARYThe Digital Marketing Specialist promotes our Bank, increasing customer engagement, and is responsible for planning, creating, and executing cost-effective digital marketing programs and communications that drive sales and support the customer journey. This is done in collaboration with VP of Retail Banking and User Experience and SVP of Retail Banking. Work is varied in nature with changing priorities due to changing market conditions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Majority of duties, but not meant to be all inclusive nor prevent other duties from being assigned as necessary) Coordinates and manages the creation of all digital content such as website, videos, ads, etc. Coordinates and communicates across the Bank of active or upcoming activities.Maintains and manages all digital communication devices and tools including lobby monitors, digital signs, social media, onboarding and marketing platforms to ensure marketing message is effective and timely.Develops, monitors and refines web content, mobile banking app content, and account management of Facebook, Instagram, and other social/marketplaces.Develops and communicates actionable digital consumer insights to enhance the customer experience and improve conversion.Designs digital media campaigns.Provides reporting to Electronic Banking Officer on customer activity for electronic banking services.Assists Retail Banking Manager in reporting measurements for sales and marketing campaigns.
