Summary of the Job:
Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in field sales teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.
This position is responsible for working in their respective territory to understand and identify veterinary clinic, shelter facility, and corporate account customer needs, by selling our Company's Animal Health (AH) Companion Animal product portfolio, supporting pull-through activities relative to the customer strategy, and ensuring that our Company's Animal Health division is viewed as bringing value and technical innovations aligned to our strategic focus - The Science of Healthier Animals. In addition, the Territory Representative demonstrates an understanding of the resources available across our Company's Animal Health division and our Distribution Partners.
This role will cover the St. Louis, IL territory. It is required that our sales employees reside in the territory in which they support.
Essential Accountabilities:
Communicates about our company's Animal Health's product portfolio in a way that's meaningful and relevant to each individual customer; customizes discussions and interactions based on understanding of customer's needs.
Primary point of contact for assigned customers, meet with key personnel/decision makers to understand practice structure, business model, key influencers (Owner/Practice Manager/Key Tech/Associate Vet/Front office staff), customer needs and identifies business opportunities.
Develop customer strategy - outlining strategy for interactions/relationship, solutions, partner involvement and potential offerings for customer resulting in solutions, partner involvement and potential offerings for customers resulting in sales opportunities and account sales growth of Animal Health products and services.
Develop territory and specific account plans for all key customers. Partners with National Account Managers, Corporate Account Team, and Distribution Field Partners to maintain strong focus on key accounts and corporate owned clinics to drive occupancy and sales growth.
Work collaboratively to foster a 'One Company' approach to foster our Company's approach to enhance knowledge of the entire Animal Health product portfolio.
Shares with other team members within the region to foster growth and development within the team.
Analyze monthly sales results and manage expenses within budget guidelines.
Identifies and selects programs/services available within Animal Health's available resources to address customer needs and provide education & training opportunities to accounts.
Works with leadership and Field Professional Services to develop and deliver relevant offerings that address desired customer needs.
Develop current understanding of Animal Health products, industry trends and competitor landscape.
Articulates and communicates relevant customer, industry, product, and market trends appropriately through the organization.

Expected US salary range:
$75,400.00 - $118,700.00

Job Description
The Account Executive (Strategic Account Manager) is responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales execution and key account planning. The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will provide an understanding of customer goals, pain points, and needs to develop joint business plans while building long-term trusted relationships with customer leadership, managing strategic accounts with the greatest complexity, and engaging with customers before, during, and after the contracting process.
The SAM will execute strategic pricing plans for contracts, collaborate on approaches for key customers, and ensure compliance and performance to agreements. The position also involves coordinating the involvement of company personnel to meet key account performance objectives and aligning with go-to-market strategies from all areas responsible for demand creation.
Responsibilities Includes:
Execute strategic pricing plan for contracts, incentive packages and other agreement elements
Collaborate on the approach for major customers and execute the defined process
Use financial tools and ensure compliance/performance to the agreements
Communicate and action the sales opportunity created by the contracts at the centralized level, as well as to our field sales team
Increase share of wallet, revenue and profitability
Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet key account performance objectives
Align with go-to-market strategies from all category/functional areas responsible for demand creation
Serve as resident expert for key value-generators for customer groups
Work with strategic account activation leads (SAALs) to rollout initiatives at the regional and hospital level
Share best practices and client trends with internal and field based team members
Maintain an understanding of external factors and emerging trends impacting customers
Design and collaborate on a marketing plans to drive growth
Lead presentations, project kickoff meetings and execute promotions
Background & Education:
Bachelor's Degree (technical or business degree)
MBA preferred
Required Skills/Abilities:
Minimum 5 years of both sales and marketing experience; preferably within the Animal Health landscape
Must have at least 5 years of account management experience at the national and/or global level
Managed a customer generating $10M of annual revenue
Demonstrated negotiation abilities and share of wallet outcomes with key accounts
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, including highly effective presentation skills
Must have knowledge of companion animal markets
Business minded acumen with science and technical balance
Strong veterinary medical acumen
Strong communication, influence, and collaboration skills
Strategic capability to successfully plan, source and manage portfolio of products at various lifecycle phases
Balanced ability to collaborate and influence across multiple internal and external stakeholders

Job Description
The Account Executive (Strategic Account Manager) is responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales execution and key account planning. The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will provide an understanding of customer goals, pain points, and needs to develop joint business plans while building long-term trusted relationships with customer leadership, managing strategic accounts with the greatest complexity, and engaging with customers before, during, and after the contracting process.

Background & Education:
Bachelor's Degree (technical or business degree)
MBA preferred
Required Skills/Abilities:
Minimum 5 years of both sales and marketing experience; preferably within the Animal Health landscape
Must have at least 5 years of account management experience at the national and/or global level
Managed a customer generating $10M of annual revenue
Demonstrated negotiation abilities and share of wallet outcomes with key accounts
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, including highly effective presentation skills
Must have knowledge of companion animal markets
Business minded acumen with science and technical balance

Position Title: St. Louis, IL Territory Manager - Companion Animal
Summary of the Job:
Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in field sales teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.
This position is responsible for working in their respective territory to understand and identify veterinary clinic, shelter facility, and corporate account customer needs, by selling our Company's Animal Health (AH) Companion Animal product portfolio, supporting pull-through activities relative to the customer strategy, and ensuring that our Company's Animal Health division is viewed as bringing value and technical innovations aligned to our strategic focus - The Science of Healthier Animals. In addition, the Territory Representative demonstrates an understanding of the resources available across our Company's Animal Health division and our Distribution Partners.
This role will cover the St. Louis, IL territory. It is required that our sales employees reside in the territory in which they support.
Essential Accountabilities:
Communicates about our company's Animal Health's product portfolio in a way that's meaningful and relevant to each individual customer; customizes discussions and interactions based on understanding of customer's needs.
Primary point of contact for assigned customers, meet with key personnel/decision makers to understand practice structure, business model, key influencers (Owner/Practice Manager/Key Tech/Associate Vet/Front office staff), customer needs and identifies business opportunities.
Develop customer strategy - outlining strategy for interactions/relationship, solutions, partner involvement and potential offerings for customer resulting in solutions, partner involvement and potential offerings for customers resulting in sales opportunities and account sales growth of Animal Health products and services.
Develop territory and specific account plans for all key customers. Partners with National Account Managers, Corporate Account Team, and Distribution Field Partners to maintain strong focus on key accounts and corporate owned clinics to drive occupancy and sales growth.
Work collaboratively to foster a 'One Company' approach to foster our Company's approach to enhance knowledge of the entire Animal Health product portfolio.
Shares with other team members within the region to foster growth and development within the team.
Analyze monthly sales results and manage expenses within budget guidelines.
Identifies and selects programs/services available within Animal Health's available resources to address customer needs and provide education & training opportunities to accounts.
Works with leadership and Field Professional Services to develop and deliver relevant offerings that address desired customer needs.

Job Description
The Account Executive (Strategic Account Manager) is responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales execution and key account planning. The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will provide an understanding of customer goals, pain points, and needs to develop joint business plans while building long-term trusted relationships with customer leadership, managing strategic accounts with the greatest complexity, and engaging with customers before, during, and after the contracting process.

Managed a customer generating $10M of annual revenue

Qualifications & Experience

We are seeking co-op candidates at all levels with strong academic performance, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a multi- functional environment. The co-op will participate in departmental and project team meetings to provide a broad perspective on the drug development process in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the co-op will have an opportunity to present their research results in both oral and written formats.
Location: West Point, PA
This is a full-time co-op position.
Required Education and Experience:
Candidates must be a currently enrolled undergraduate sophomore, junior, or senior student pursuing a Bachelor's degree OR a currently enrolled graduate student pursuing a Masters or PhD in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering.
Candidates must be available to work full-time for 4-6 months with the start date in the 2025 calendar year.
Candidates must have completed a minimum of two (2) years of study toward a bachelor's degree by June 2025.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Candidates should have basic laboratory skills and research experience, such as: electronic notebook recording, Microsoft Office, solution/buffer preparation, colloid characterization (e.g., dynamic light scattering), spectroscopy, and safe lab practices

Summary of the Job:
Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in field sales teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.

Deploying Best Practices:
Ensure technical product stewardship plans and investigations utilize scientific and structured problem solving across the technical operations department, using DMAIC and/or DFSS methodologies, and Design for Manufacturing and tools/best practices.
Build these approaches into standard business work to ensure broad use in the organization.
Partner with Value Chain, Technical Product Leaders, and Device Working groups to ensure supply chain design activities achieve lean manufacturing goals.
Statistical Process Control and Continuous Improvement:
Ensure the appropriate use of experimental design and statistical process control methodologies to monitor and improve the stability and capability of manufacturing processes, partnering with data teams in the department and company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful resolution of technical and quality issues impacting medical device and combination products (MDCP) with robust control strategies following changes or deviations.
Capability Building and Change Management:
Develop and deliver training programs focused on Design for Six Sigma and fundamental problem-solving skills (DMAIC) to build capabilities and drive the structured use of tools and best practices within the Device Development and Technology organization.
Provide mentorship and coaching to employees at all levels to enhance their problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
Support change management initiatives by effectively communicating and implementing process improvements and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field with 10 years' experience.
Certification in Six Sigma and/or Lean methodologies (e.g., Black Belt or Master Black Belt).
Proven experience in technical support, product stewardship, statistical process control, sequential DoEs, robustness methodologies within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex projects while driving a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving within an organization.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to pharmaceuticals, medical devices and combination products.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire change at all levels of the organization.

Job Description
Job Summary: The Director of Device Technology Transfer is a key leadership role within the Device Development and Technology Organization. This position is responsible for providing strategic program leadership, technical expertise, and project management in the scale-up, development, commercialization, and transfer of medical devices and combination products, with a focus on autoinjectors, prefilled syringes, and other drug delivery systems. The director will lead a team of engineers and technical staff to support global and site-specific projects, facilitate technology transfer, and drive product robustness for sustained launch in alignment with the company's business goals, and quality and regulatory compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Program Leadership and Technical Project Management:
Provide program leadership in the development, commercialization, and transfer and sustained launch of medical devices and combination products globally.
Develop and execute strategic plans for technology transfer, problem-solving, leading working group in late stages of development, and working collaboratively with receiving sites, drug product partners, and Technical Product Leaders, regulatory and quality.
Provide Voice of Manufacturing input to early development teams to ensure needs of manufacturing are considered as part of the design. Provide information and drive early alignment and readiness reviews with manufacturing partners to assess speed, complexity, and requirements for commercializing new products.
Technical Expertise:
Utilize extensive experience in design controls, device transfer, control strategies device risk management, and design verification testing to develop value-added solutions for medical devices and combination products.
Build and enhance device or combination product technology transfer programs in both development and lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
Ensure robust technical plans, risk communication, drive technical and programs decisions through the development team and governance forums
Author and complete regulatory filing sections, and support response to questions and pre-approval inspections from a product development standpoint
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:
Secure early sponsorship and stakeholder alignment for projects and initiatives, effectively communicating decisions and expectations to key stakeholders and sponsors.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical device or combination product engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
Demonstrated technical leadership in Technology Transfer and Design Transfer for medical device and combination product component manufacturing, assembly, and packaging, with specific experience in autoinjectors, prefilled syringes, and complex drug delivery systems.
Proven expertise in design controls, risk analysis, control strategies, design verification testing, and process validation, with a strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional project management skills and principled verbal and written communication abilities, and prior experience leading combination product development teams and working groups

Summary of the Job:
Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in field sales teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.
This position is responsible for working in their respective territory to understand and identify veterinary clinic, shelter facility, and corporate account customer needs, by selling our Company's Animal Health (AH) Companion Animal product portfolio, supporting pull-through activities relative to the customer strategy, and ensuring that our Company's Animal Health division is viewed as bringing value and technical innovations aligned to our strategic focus - The Science of Healthier Animals. Job Description
The Account Executive (Strategic Account Manager) is responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales execution and key account planning. The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will provide an understanding of customer goals, pain points, and needs to develop joint business plans while building long-term trusted relationships with customer leadership, managing strategic accounts with the greatest complexity, and engaging with customers before, during, and after the contracting process.

Position Title: St. Louis, IL Territory Manager - Companion Animal
Summary of the Job:
Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in field sales teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.
This position is responsible for working in their respective territory to understand and identify veterinary clinic, shelter facility, and corporate account customer needs, by selling our Company's Animal Health (AH) Companion Animal product portfolio, supporting pull-through activities relative to the customer strategy, and ensuring that our Company's Animal Health division is viewed as bringing value and technical innovations aligned to our strategic focus - The Science of Healthier Animals. In addition, the Territory Representative demonstrates an understanding of the resources available across our Company's Animal Health division and our Distribution Partners.
This role will cover the St. Louis, IL territory. It is required that our sales employees reside in the territory in which they support.
Essential Accountabilities:
Communicates about our company's Animal Health's product portfolio in a way that's meaningful and relevant to each individual customer; customizes discussions and interactions based on understanding of customer's needs.
