Position Title: St. Louis, IL Territory Manager - Companion Animal

Summary of the Job:

Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in field sales teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.

This position is responsible for working in their respective territory to understand and identify veterinary clinic, shelter facility, and corporate account customer needs, by selling our Company's Animal Health (AH) Companion Animal product portfolio, supporting pull-through activities relative to the customer strategy, and ensuring that our Company's Animal Health division is viewed as bringing value and technical innovations aligned to our strategic focus - The Science of Healthier Animals. In addition, the Territory Representative demonstrates an understanding of the resources available across our Company's Animal Health division and our Distribution Partners.

This role will cover the St. Louis, IL territory. It is required that our sales employees reside in the territory in which they support.

Essential Accountabilities:

  • Communicates about our company's Animal Health's product portfolio in a way that's meaningful and relevant to each individual customer; customizes discussions and interactions based on understanding of customer's needs.

  • Primary point of contact for assigned customers, meet with key personnel/decision makers to understand practice structure, business model, key influencers (Owner/Practice Manager/Key Tech/Associate Vet/Front office staff), customer needs and identifies business opportunities.

  • Develop customer strategy - outlining strategy for interactions/relationship, solutions, partner involvement and potential offerings for customer resulting in solutions, partner involvement and potential offerings for customers resulting in sales opportunities and account sales growth of Animal Health products and services.

  • Develop territory and specific account plans for all key customers. Partners with National Account Managers, Corporate Account Team, and Distribution Field Partners to maintain strong focus on key accounts and corporate owned clinics to drive occupancy and sales growth.

  • Work collaboratively to foster a 'One Company' approach to foster our Company's approach to enhance knowledge of the entire Animal Health product portfolio.

  • Shares with other team members within the region to foster growth and development within the team.

  • Analyze monthly sales results and manage expenses within budget guidelines.

  • Identifies and selects programs/services available within Animal Health's available resources to address customer needs and provide education & training opportunities to accounts.

  • Works with leadership and Field Professional Services to develop and deliver relevant offerings that address desired customer needs.

  • Develop current understanding of Animal Health products, industry trends and competitor landscape.

  • Articulates and communicates relevant customer, industry, product, and market trends appropriately through the organization.

  • Responsible for developing and meeting learning and development objectives agreed upon with leadership.

The Account Executive (Strategic Account Manager) is responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales execution and key account planning. The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will provide an understanding of customer goals, pain points, and needs to develop joint business plans while building long-term trusted relationships with customer leadership, managing strategic accounts with the greatest complexity, and engaging with customers before, during, and after the contracting process.

The SAM will execute strategic pricing plans for contracts, collaborate on approaches for key customers, and ensure compliance and performance to agreements. The position also involves coordinating the involvement of company personnel to meet key account performance objectives and aligning with go-to-market strategies from all areas responsible for demand creation.

Responsibilities Includes:

  • Execute strategic pricing plan for contracts, incentive packages and other agreement elements

  • Collaborate on the approach for major customers and execute the defined process

  • Use financial tools and ensure compliance/performance to the agreements

  • Communicate and action the sales opportunity created by the contracts at the centralized level, as well as to our field sales team

  • Increase share of wallet, revenue and profitability

  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet key account performance objectives

  • Align with go-to-market strategies from all category/functional areas responsible for demand creation

  • Serve as resident expert for key value-generators for customer groups

  • Work with strategic account activation leads (SAALs) to rollout initiatives at the regional and hospital level

  • Share best practices and client trends with internal and field based team members

  • Maintain an understanding of external factors and emerging trends impacting customers

  • Design and collaborate on a marketing plans to drive growth

  • Lead presentations, project kickoff meetings and execute promotions

Background & Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (technical or business degree)

  • MBA preferred

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of both sales and marketing experience; preferably within the Animal Health landscape

  • Must have at least 5 years of account management experience at the national and/or global level

  • Managed a customer generating $10M of annual revenue

  • Demonstrated negotiation abilities and share of wallet outcomes with key accounts

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, including highly effective presentation skills

  • Must have knowledge of companion animal markets

  • Business minded acumen with science and technical balance

  • Strong veterinary medical acumen

  • Strong communication, influence, and collaboration skills

  • Strategic capability to successfully plan, source and manage portfolio of products at various lifecycle phases

The Account Executive (Strategic Account Manager) is responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales execution and key account planning. The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will provide an understanding of customer goals, pain points, and needs to develop joint business plans while building long-term trusted relationships with customer leadership, managing strategic accounts with the greatest complexity, and engaging with customers before, during, and after the contracting process.

The SAM will execute strategic pricing plans for contracts, collaborate on approaches for key customers, and ensure compliance and performance to agreements. Responsibilities Includes:

  • Execute strategic pricing plan for contracts, incentive packages and other agreement elements

  • Communicate and action the sales opportunity created by the contracts at the centralized level, as well as to our field sales team

Background & Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (technical or business degree)

  • MBA preferred

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of both sales and marketing experience; preferably within the Animal Health landscape

  • Must have at least 5 years of account management experience at the national and/or global level

  • Managed a customer generating $10M of annual revenue

  • Demonstrated negotiation abilities and share of wallet outcomes with key accounts

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, including highly effective presentation skills

  • Must have knowledge of companion animal markets

Essential Accountabilities:

  • Primary point of contact for assigned customers, meet with key personnel/decision makers to understand practice structure, business model, key influencers (Owner/Practice Manager/Key Tech/Associate Vet/Front office staff), customer needs and identifies business opportunities.

  • Work collaboratively to foster a 'One Company' approach to foster our Company's approach to enhance knowledge of the entire Animal Health product portfolio.

Summary of the Job:

Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in field sales teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.

Summary of the Job:

Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in field sales teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.

This position is responsible for working in their respective territory to understand and identify veterinary clinic, shelter facility, and corporate account customer needs, by selling our Company's Animal Health (AH) Companion Animal product portfolio, supporting pull-through activities relative to the customer strategy, and ensuring that our Company's Animal Health division is viewed as bringing value and technical innovations aligned to our strategic focus - The Science of Healthier Animals. In addition, the Territory Representative demonstrates an understanding of the resources available across our Company's Animal Health division and our Distribution Partners.

This role will cover the St. Louis, IL territory. It is required that our sales employees reside in the territory in which they support.

Essential Accountabilities:

  • Communicates about our company's Animal Health's product portfolio in a way that's meaningful and relevant to each individual customer; customizes discussions and interactions based on understanding of customer's needs.

  • Primary point of contact for assigned customers, meet with key personnel/decision makers to understand practice structure, business model, key influencers (Owner/Practice Manager/Key Tech/Associate Vet/Front office staff), customer needs and identifies business opportunities.

  • Develop customer strategy - outlining strategy for interactions/relationship, solutions, partner involvement and potential offerings for customer resulting in solutions, partner involvement and potential offerings for customers resulting in sales opportunities and account sales growth of Animal Health products and services.

  • Develop territory and specific account plans for all key customers. Partners with National Account Managers, Corporate Account Team, and Distribution Field Partners to maintain strong focus on key accounts and corporate owned clinics to drive occupancy and sales growth.

  • Work collaboratively to foster a 'One Company' approach to foster our Company's approach to enhance knowledge of the entire Animal Health product portfolio.

  • Shares with other team members within the region to foster growth and development within the team.

  • Analyze monthly sales results and manage expenses within budget guidelines.

  • Identifies and selects programs/services available within Animal Health's available resources to address customer needs and provide education & training opportunities to accounts.

  • Works with leadership and Field Professional Services to develop and deliver relevant offerings that address desired customer needs.

  • Develop current understanding of Animal Health products, industry trends and competitor landscape.

  • Articulates and communicates relevant customer, industry, product, and market trends appropriately through the organization.

The Account Executive (Strategic Account Manager) is responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales execution and key account planning. The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will provide an understanding of customer goals, pain points, and needs to develop joint business plans while building long-term trusted relationships with customer leadership, managing strategic accounts with the greatest complexity, and engaging with customers before, during, and after the contracting process.

  • Support routine release testing

  • Complete appropriate documentation supporting testing procedures, including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, and inventory forms

The Maurice R. Hilleman Center for Vaccine Manufacturing is located in Durham, NC. This state-of-the-art facility established in 2004, manufactures our Company lifesaving vaccines in bulk and finished forms. Due to the importance of this facility in our Company Vaccine Manufacturing network, the facility has seen rapid growth in production volumes and new employees over the last several years; currently Durham employs 1,000+ people.

Durham's Lead Technician, Operations will be a leader with strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills responsible for leads peers in supporting the manufacturing process. Individual will possess the ability to lead a team, train others and contribute to and implement process improvements.

This position will support Purification. This is a twelve-hour 2-2-3 position. Alternating weekend coverage will be required.

Responsibilities

  • Support operations production through start-up and commissioning and qualification through licensure and implementation

  • Working in conjunction with all appropriate personnel, performs manual and automated operations, general maintenance and support functions necessary for the production

  • Provides and/or authors all documentation and clerical functions necessary to allow proper accountability and traceability of product

  • Maintains, inventories, and transports all required equipment, materials, supplies and products

  • Author, review, and/or edit procedures and technical documents to support regulatory filings including standard operating procedures, job aides, and learning documents

  • Conducts general maintenance and assists or ability in troubleshooting of equipment independently

  • Initiates housekeeping in all work areas | Executes facility decontamination according to procedures | Maintains, cleans and prepares equipment used in production

  • Identifies and addresses compliance, environmental, safety, and process deviations as appropriate while notifying appropriate personnel

  • Conducts sampling/in-process testing supporting the manufacturing and validation process for current process as well as developmental work for new products/processes as required independently

  • Attends and actively participates in HAZOPS, waste walkthroughs, 5S, kaizen events, or any other operations, lean six-sigma, quality, safety or environmental training/initiatives

  • Promote a culture of visibility and accuracy of the project schedule and update dashboards accordingly to highlight project status to critical milestones

  • Actively participate on cross-functional manufacturing teams to advance projects goals and deliverables related to the vaccine process

  • Ability to effectively coach new trainees to build their skills so that they may become effective operations technicians and SMEs

  • Analyzing and implementing initiatives, training programs, and systems that will help to increase overall success within the department

Education Requirement

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher

Experience and Skills

Required

  • Minimum four-year relevant work in GMP environment

  • Demonstrated written and verbal communications skills

  • Able to lift 50 lbs. and work on elevated platforms

Preferred (General)

  • Demonstrated two to four years of leadership experience

  • Minimum associate's degree in science or related field

  • Applicable mechanical and project management

  • Proficiency with automated systems (MES, SAP, DeltaV)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Specialist to join the operations team for a capital project start-up in Durham, North Carolina. The facility includes end-to-end processing of drug substance, drug product, including biotech culture growth, harvest, lyophilization, product inspection, and quality control laboratories. This position requires the ability to work independently with moderate to minimal supervision, produce/complete various assignments requiring analytical ability, demonstrate independent judgment, creativity and problem-solving skills. This role also requires strong collaboration and communication skills to enable interfacing with both internal contacts (local site level) and external contacts (external customers, above site partners, vendors) to support these initiatives. The Senior Specialist must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be hands-on when called for by the situation.

Position Description :

  • The duties of Senior Specialist, Operations include but are not limited to:

  • Lead production schedule across operations (e.g. media, drug substance, drug product, etc.). Interface with site planning and other IPT scheduling teams

  • Assist with facilitation of Project and site Tier meetings and help manage the operations project portfolio.

  • Guide cross-functional teams to advance project goals.

2025 University Recruiting - Global Pharmacovigilance Case Management Summer Intern

Global Pharmacovigilance Case Management (GPVCM) is a global operation, with sites in Colombia, China, Poland and Costa Rica, that handles adverse experience case management for drugs/vaccines/biologics/devices (marketed or under investigation) in accordance with pharmacovigilance (PV) legislations globally. This large-scale operation's primary daily focus is to ensure completion of adverse experience reports with high quality while meeting the timelines of our key stakeholders and global Health Authorities.

The intern position within GPVCM would be involved with supporting activities tied to adverse experience case management while also getting the unique opportunity to understand the advantages and complexities of a global business model. The intern position would have the opportunity to work with the management team of GPVCM to gain insight into the strategic elements of the operations. Daily activities may involve, but are not limited to, coordination and analysis of data in PV systems, enhancement of supporting technical systems, process improvement activities, training initiatives, and completion/updating of department documentation. The position may also work directly with staff in PV Operations & Global Process Enablement, which is a key internal partner and stakeholder.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters Degree Program

  • Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication as well as strong organizational skills.

  • Candidates must be able to commit to full-time onsite (or hybrid if applicable) employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning June 2025

  • Candidates must have strong data analytic and technical skills as well as document management.

  • Candidates must have initiative, leadership, and ownership of deliverables.

  • Candidates must be a self-starter, fast learner and able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Candidates must have the ability to manage and independently drive projects to completion.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$39,600.00 - $105,500.00

Lead Warehousing Technician

The Lead Warehousing Technician is at our Animal Health Distribution facility and is the primary distribution site of our Company's Animal Health products in the United States and exports to over 30 countries around the world.

Key Functions

  • Work Independently and as a Team member with Integrity | Precision | Accomplishment | Motivational Ambition | Respect | Inclusion

  • Motivate and lead a team of 10-12 warehouse/distribution employees

  • Oversee the training of job duties, safety procedures and maintain team morale

  • Implement and maintain procedures designed to control accurate physical inventories and the proper storage and handling of materials

  • Coordinate team efforts to receive, store, and ship all materials using the SAP ATLAS operating system

  • Monitor and enforce quality and productivity standards

  • Lead and institute data-based process improvements

  • Work closely with the leadership team on business strategy, cost containment and project management

  • Ability to manage LTL, FTL, and small package shipping

  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and SAP Atlas systems

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday | Hours Vary 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | Some Over-time Required

Position Qualifications :

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Required | High School diploma or equivalent
