Position Description:
Lead Warehousing Technician
The Lead Warehousing Technician is at our Animal Health Distribution facility and is the primary distribution site of our Company's Animal Health products in the United States and exports to over 30 countries around the world.
Key Functions

Motivate and lead a team of 10-12 warehouse/distribution employees
Oversee the training of job duties, safety procedures and maintain team morale
Implement and maintain procedures designed to control accurate physical inventories and the proper storage and handling of materials
Coordinate team efforts to receive, store, and ship all materials using the SAP ATLAS operating system
Monitor and enforce quality and productivity standards
Lead and institute data-based process improvements
Work closely with the leadership team on business strategy, cost containment and project management
Ability to manage LTL, FTL, and small package shipping
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and SAP Atlas systems

Job Description
Job Summary: The Director of Device Product Stewardship will be responsible for leading technical support and product stewardship for several key products in our company's medical device and combination products portfolio. This role will ensure the development and execution of robust lifecycle management plans, proactive risk management strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives to guarantee the safety, effectiveness, and compliance of our company's product portfolio. The product steward will ensure post-market complaint technical oversight and rapid responses to early signals and trends with effective and statistically sound CAPA plans and issue resolution. The Director will lead a team of technical experts and drive continuous improvement through proactive risk management and robust technical support processes. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manufacturing sites, and internal and external stakeholders to uphold the highest quality standards and drive robust product performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical staff, providing guidance on industry best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee lifecycle changes for products, ensuring internal quality and technical requirements are achieved, and ensure filings with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including FDA, EU MDR, ISO, and other applicable guidelines.
Drive proactive risk management activities, including risk assessment, risk mitigation, and risk communication strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including R&D, quality, packaging, analytical, regulatory, manufacturing, Technical Product Leaders and Value Chain to facilitate effective technical support and product stewardship. This includes above site support for significant investigations, complaints monitoring (hypercare) and rapid response activities.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve the effectiveness of technical product stewardship activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum education required:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field. Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) preferred. 10+ years of experience in medical device engineering, combination product development, or related technical fields.
Required experience and skills:
Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, managing technical product stewardship, supply, or related functions.
Strong understanding of medical device and combination product development and support from early stage through launch and supply, including mechanical systems design and manufacture, medical device design controls and device risk management, human factors evaluations, and design verification/validation.
In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements for medical devices and combination products.
Strong understanding of risk management principles, including ISO 14971 and other relevant standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices in technical support and product stewardship.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices in technical support and product stewardship.
Professional certifications (e.g., RAPS, ASQ, Six Sigma) and familiarity with statistical process control and improvement are highly desirable.

$149,400.00 - $235,100.00

Our Manufacturing Operations teams are the people that make our products. We work in the manufacturing plants with a -Safety First, Quality Always- mindset striving for continuous improvement. Position Responsibilities:
Under the direction of Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician sets up, adjusts, repairs, and maintains bio-tech processing and utility support equipment.
Carries out industrial maintenance functions in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and prepares technical documentation.
Participates in the establishment and improvement of new and existing process/utility equipment.
The Primary focus will involve maintaining process/utility equipment by developing/performing Product Management Systems (PM's), documenting work using a computerized maintenance management system Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Systems Applications and Products (SAP) and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Manager.
The position also requires a rotating night/weekend on-call emergency coverage rotation where the technician is accountable to respond to equipment operation alarms during unmanned hours.
Equipment:
Utility Equipment: steam boilers, chillers, air handlers, air compressors, Deionized Water , etc.
Process Equipment: fermenters, process tanks, centrifuges, autoclaves, Clean In Place (CIP) systems, microfluidizers, etc.
Packaging Equipment: injection filler, unscramble, capper, labeler, tray packer, etc.
Machine shop equipment: drill press, grinder, gas, and electric welder, power cutting tools, etc.
Education:
High School diploma or Equivalent.
Trade school, certifications, or college-level courses related to construction/maintenance trades preferred.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Seven (7) years of industrial maintenance experience or two (2) year technical degree with five (5) years of maintenance experience or equivalent.
A primary knowledge in the industrial maintenance environment.
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are essential and must possess these skills to be effective in this area without further skills training.
Ability to read electrical prints and Piping and Instrumentation Drawing (P&ID) control loops.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a strong safety culture within daily activities.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Maintenance experience within the Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical industry preferred.
Knowledge of generator maintenance preferred.
Experience with boiler operation, maintenance, and chemical level testing.
Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigerant experience.
Welding skills.
Proficient working with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook; SAP knowledge preferred.
Experience with Building Management Software (preferably Siemens).
Ability to use HMI (SCADA) system for troubleshooting and repair.

Develop customer strategy - outlining strategy for interactions/relationship, solutions, partner involvement and potential offerings for customer resulting in solutions, partner involvement and potential offerings for customers resulting in sales opportunities and account sales growth of Animal Health products and services.
Develop territory and specific account plans for all key customers. Partners with National Account Managers, Corporate Account Team, and Distribution Field Partners to maintain strong focus on key accounts and corporate owned clinics to drive occupancy and sales growth.
Work collaboratively to foster a 'One Company' approach to foster our Company's approach to enhance knowledge of the entire Animal Health product portfolio.

Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in field sales teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.

Primary point of contact for assigned customers, meet with key personnel/decision makers to understand practice structure, business model, key influencers (Owner/Practice Manager/Key Tech/Associate Vet/Front office staff), customer needs and identifies business opportunities.
Develop customer strategy - outlining strategy for interactions/relationship, solutions, partner involvement and potential offerings for customer resulting in solutions, partner involvement and potential offerings for customers resulting in sales opportunities and account sales growth of Animal Health products and services.
Develop territory and specific account plans for all key customers. Partners with National Account Managers, Corporate Account Team, and Distribution Field Partners to maintain strong focus on key accounts and corporate owned clinics to drive occupancy and sales growth.
Work collaboratively to foster a 'One Company' approach to foster our Company's approach to enhance knowledge of the entire Animal Health product portfolio.
Shares with other team members within the region to foster growth and development within the team.
Analyze monthly sales results and manage expenses within budget guidelines.
Identifies and selects programs/services available within Animal Health's available resources to address customer needs and provide education & training opportunities to accounts.
Works with leadership and Field Professional Services to develop and deliver relevant offerings that address desired customer needs.
Develop current understanding of Animal Health products, industry trends and competitor landscape.
Articulates and communicates relevant customer, industry, product, and market trends appropriately through the organization.

The Vaccine Manufacturing Facility Lead Technician is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated individuals with expertise working in aseptic production and manufacturing operations. The Lead Technician is a manager developmental role and will serve on the Operations leadership team. Key responsibilities of the Lead Technician include direct support of operations on the production floor, coordination across processing suites, real-time batch record review, execution of aseptic processing requirements as needed, adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, and leading in a team environment to accomplish shift and departmental goals. The ideal candidate for this position has demonstrated the ability to manage their own work activities as well as activities of others, contributing toward the success of the team through the use of their decision-making and problem-solving skills and their knowledge of aseptic manufacturing.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Executes operational review and comment resolution of batch records to include binder assembly.
Reviews and completes documentation to support production activities, including batch record events and management of forms and labels on the shop floor.
Assist with label preparation (e.g., GLIMS, Release) for upcoming production.
Executes room incursion initiation and approvals.
Assists Manager in leading a team-based culture through continuous improvement activities.
Performs inventory control and cycle counts. Resolves and reports issues with product accountability and SAP system discrepancies.
Assists team in real-time batch record review and ensures timely closure of shopfloor order.
Demonstrates a strong problem-solving ability to troubleshoot and communicate appropriately and effectively.
Conforms to established safety procedures in accordance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies.
Identifies and addresses compliance, environmental, safety, and process deviations as required and escalates to appropriate personnel.
Responsible for co-ordination and support of the scheduling for weigh and dispense of raw materials.
Review/inspection/deliveryand overall management of samples (raw materials and components).
Coordinate shipping documentation and sample preparation for domestic and international shipments to applicable health authorities and intra-site
Author and own execution of Operations protocols
Assist in the development of and ownership of Operations corrective actions.
Author and revise Standard Operating Procedures
Support of internal and external regulatory inspections, presenting on topics as needed.
Leads/Supports production and quality projects and process system improvements.
Works independently and is capable of balancing shifting priorities without introducing disruption to the organization. Capable of working through uncertainty with minimal levels of manager direction.
Education Minimum Requirement:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
Minimum (2) years GMP manufacturing/processing experience
Required Experience and Skills:
Technical writing experience, i.e. investigations, change requests, standard operating procedures, batch records, protocols.
Must be able to work both independently and within multi-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with pharmaceutical process systems including PAS-X, DeltaV, SAP, RtReports, GLIMS
Experience with sample management
Sterile manufacturing shop floor experience highly preferred.
Working knowledge of cGMPs and of regulatory requirements as they apply to thevaccine/pharmaceuticalindustry.
Must be willing and able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stoop, squat, crawl, twist, climb ladders, and wear a respirator.
Must be willing to be vaccinated/blood tested for titer for products manufactured within the facility if needed.
Computer literacy (internet browsers, e-mail, spreadsheets, word processing)
Experience with batch record execution, including good documentation practices.

Required Experience and Skills:
Above 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Content Management Strategies with demonstrated success in building global product teams that can develop, enhance, maintain, deploy, and support the business needs in marketing and content strategy.
Deep knowledge and technical proficiency with commercial and custom capabilities that support digital marketing & content strategies (i.e. Veeva, Content Creation Solutions, Content Management and Digital Asset Management solutions, Web Content Solutions, Sales Force Solutions, and content tagging solutions).
Excellent business and technical acumen in digital marketing solutions and omni-channel campaigns.

Our Research & Development Division's Pharmaceutical Sciences & Clinical Supplies (PSCS) organization is responsible for translating a therapeutic agent into a functional drug product optimized for patients. The Pharmaceutical Operations department is seeking a co-op student who will work collaboratively in a team environment to help solve key challenges in formulation development, manufacturing and clinical supply chain.
Pharmaceutical Operations (Pharm Ops) is responsible for drug product manufacturing for clinical studies, stability studies and new drug filings with locations in Rahway (NJ) and West Point (PA). The Automation co-op candidate will be responsible for developing automated Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) workflows piloting novel methods of centralizing and accessing information via network communication protocols.
We are seeking co-op candidates at all levels with strong academic performance, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a multi- functional environment. The co-op will participate in departmental and project team meetings to provide a broad perspective on the drug development process in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the co-op student will have an opportunity to present their research results in both oral and written formats. During your co-op appointment you will work closely with an experienced pharmaceutical industry scientist on a research project within the department.

This is a full-time co-op position.
Required Education and Experience:
Candidates must be a currently enrolled undergraduate sophomore, junior, or senior student pursuing a Bachelor's degree OR a currently enrolled graduate student pursuing a Masters or PhD in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or Engineering.
Candidates must be available to work full-time for a minimum of four (4) months and maximum of six (6) months.
Candidates must have completed a minimum of two (2) years of study toward bachelor's degree by the beginning of the co-op.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Candidates should have a significant interest in Pharmaceutical Sciences & Clinical Supplies.
Candidates should have basic laboratory skills and research experience, such as: electronic notebook recording, HPLC, spectroscopy, analytical techniques, and safe lab practices.
Candidates should have significant experience with analytic tools, programming and software such as: MATLAB, Python, Aspen.
Candidates should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
