Integrated Mission Systems, an operating segment of L3Harris, is seeking a team lead who will play an integral part in the planning, coordination, refinement, execution and evaluation of the segment's Internal Control over Financial Reporting (SOX) program. This individual will have the opportunity to be a key player in shaping accounting and compliance processes. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, technical and critical thinking skills.
Essential Functions:
Support the full management of internal controls over financial reporting cycle, including scoping, risk assessment and testing
Design / refine test procedures, execute and/or review testing and assist in root cause and impact analysis as applicable
Lead the control remediation program to closure. Provide regular reporting and tracking of self-testing and audit observations and trends
Provide guidance to divisions on accurate interpretation and effective implementation of business control processes and policies
Assist in maintaining effective internal control by consulting with division management teams on design, documentation and implementation
Further the organizational understanding of Internal Control over Financial Reporting through education and communication
Provide ad hoc management reviews as requested
Participate in other control projects as needed
Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance, which requires US citizenship
Travel up to 20% may be required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related technical degree and minimum of nine (9) years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
3+ years of leadership experience
3+ years working in entity with GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley requirements
2-3 years of Public Accounting experience
Preferred Skills:
SAP knowledge
Advanced Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related technical degree
Active CPA license

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Description:
Integrated Mission Systems, an operating segment of L3Harris, is seeking a team lead who will play an integral part in the planning, coordination, refinement, execution and evaluation of the segment's Internal Control over Financial Reporting (SOX) program. This individual will have the opportunity to be a key player in shaping accounting and compliance processes. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, technical and critical thinking skills.
Essential Functions:
Support the full management of internal controls over financial reporting cycle, including scoping, risk assessment and testing
Design / refine test procedures, execute and/or review testing and assist in root cause and impact analysis as applicable
Lead the control remediation program to closure. Provide regular reporting and tracking of self-testing and audit observations and trends
Provide guidance to divisions on accurate interpretation and effective implementation of business control processes and policies
Assist in maintaining effective internal control by consulting with division management teams on design, documentation and implementation
Further the organizational understanding of Internal Control over Financial Reporting through education and communication
Provide ad hoc management reviews as requested
Participate in other control projects as needed
Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance, which requires US citizenship
Travel up to 20% may be required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related technical degree and minimum of nine (9) years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
3+ years of leadership experience
3+ years working in entity with GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley requirements
2-3 years of Public Accounting experience
Preferred Skills:
SAP knowledge
Advanced Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related technical degree
Active CPA license
Certified Internal Auditor or other industry specific certifications
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project management and continuous improvement skills
Experience in contract accounting, preferable U.S Government contracts
Big Four audit experience

We are currently seeking a Quality Engineering Manager for our Waco, TX location.
The Quality Engineering Manager will be our Subject Matter Expert (SME) with comprehensive knowledge of job area and in-depth knowledge of project management. Manages large, complex project initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction. Communicates within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes and approaches. Makes significant improvements in processes, systems, or products. Provides input into new products/processes and implements operational plans that have measurable impact on business or functional results.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the design, development and implementation of standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of company products in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Performs analysis on reported nonconformities and discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical systems, field and clinical data.
Further investigates the cause for discrepancies and nonconformities to develop disposition and recommend corrective action plans.
Leads material review board and Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) activities.
Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met.
Conducts program quality cost account management and manages supplier corrective actions.
Serves as the primary interface to customers and supplier for quality related matters.
Work consists of making significant improvements of processes, systems, solutions, or products to enhance performance of job area. May develop new concepts or standards.

Job Description:
This position installs C-130 hyrdaulic systems, flight control and landing gear systems and identifies issues for repair.
Essential Functions:
Must poccess a strong understanding of the Air Force Technical Order system.
Must have a thorough knowledge of the C-130 hydraulic, flight control and landing gear systems.
Must be able to climb, including ladders, stairs, and portable stands and navigate these without assistance.
Must be able to work in the following environmental conditions: noise, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, chemicals, odor, and dust.
Must be able to maneuver up to 50 pounds.
Have environmental/mechanical experience with: C-130, or other relevant aircraft.
Being able to read, interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, T.O specs, and engineering specifications.
Must be able to assemble close tolerance parts and use common hand tools.
Must be willing to work the required OT to meet aircraft delivery schedules.
