Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance required for program access.

This role is in support of Luke AFB that will be based in Arizona. We are seeking an experienced Administrator to work on the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS)/ Mission Planning Environment (MPE). In this role you will be required to cross-train across multiple functions (Database, Network, Systems, Security, Mission Planning Administration) - Multi-Function Information Systems Analyst.

* Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:

- Interacting daily with users and ALIS/LM leadership

- System/database/software/firewall/account maintenance and monitoring

- Maintaining smooth, secure operation of multi-user computer systems through coordination with peers, Tier2 and engineers

- Laptop re-image, troubleshooting, account maintenance

- Regular monitoring of systems/applications for availability and performance

- Training ALIS Administrators or Mission Planning Environment Administrator and users on the ALIS system as needed

- Perform COMSEC CRO duties and adhere to requirements; train others in COMSEC

- Support pilots in Mission Planning/Debriefing and identify/resolve system shortfalls

As the Deputy Site Manager, the selected candidate will serve as the focal point for supply chain logistics to our IPV internal and external customers and our strategic partners. Candidate will support program management by compiling and analyzing program and operational information for the USAF IPV Program. Provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports using advanced software and web based solutions, and interpret and clearly explain program and inventory performance measurement metrics and reports to program, customer, and senior leadership. Analyze performance metrics and data to accurately identify issues and make sound business decisions and actionable recommendations to reduce program cost and drive performance. Individual must be proficient in Microsoft software programs in order to research, develop and create documents and presentations; as well as have a strong knowledge of applying advance database techniques for extracting querying and analyzing large amounts of raw data from various sources.

Responsible for the administrative management of all IPV site specific AFS employees and its subcontracted suppliers. Communicate/interact with fellow employees to foster teamwork, safety, a diverse culture and continuous process improvements.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Demand / Inventory management analysis

- Metric creation and tracking

- Bench Stock Level (BSL) and Inventory Management oversight for all bin inventory adjustments (adds/changes/deletes)

- Administrative management of all AFS employees and its bin management subcontracted suppliers

- Assist Site Manager with leading Site Sync Meetings with customer

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

Description: The hired person will join the 9 person Specialty Laboratory group focused on testing electronic parts and materials used in satellite and missile systems. The need to be trained on the lab operations is understood and expected. This is a hands-on lab position with the primary responsibility being to learn and operate the flash x-ray system in conjunction with a more experienced engineer as part of a two-person team testing the effects of prompt dose radiation on electronics. The operator needs to position parts being tested in the test set up zone per instructions, then perform a firing sequence sitting at the system operation console while communicating with another engineer collecting data on how the part performs during the radiation exposure. The hired person will need to be trained and comply with all safety and security procedures. The other main task will be to hand solder components to printed circuit boards (PCB/PWB) used in the testing.

Additional responsibilities will include basic system maintenance, performing standard electrical tests on components such as diodes and transistors, and possibly some equipment scheduling tasks. A small amount of support for the materials testing activity in the lab is also likely. There is definite potential for this hired person to grow and learn a wide variety of skills involving component level electrical testing, hand soldering, circuit board design, test system operation, coding on test systems, radiation effects, and even some materials testing. A person will excel in this role if he/she has interest in electronics, performing hands-on work, and is willing to be a versatile team member in a small group laboratory environment.

- Independent evaluation of software processes and products and their conformity to standards, models, and software engineering program-defined processes

- Ensuring quality is built into program processes and products by checking for completeness, consistency, correctness, and conformance throughout the entire software development life cycle and maintenance activities to determine whether the program's objectives have been satisfied and if continuous improvement is needed

Basic Qualifications:

- Current US Citizenship

Job Description

Description: Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Systems Engineer (Level 6) for RF/EW systems. In this role, you will be performing EW engineering functions in support of subsystem design, development, and integration.

A level 6 employee typically has at least 20 years of professional experience.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

- Demonstrated expertise in leading teams of EW engineers

- Experience with Radar principles, RF hardware design, physical RF interfaces, or antenna integration onto airborne platforms

- Significant experience working with suppliers

- Proven experience in systems engineering lifecycle, development, requirements decomposition, and application of processes and tools

- Must possess an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance

Desired Skills:

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering

- Expert-level experience conducting EW/EA IRAD/CRAD efforts and early trade studies

- EW proposal experience

- Experience as main point of contact for external customers on an EW/EA program

- Demonstrated technical leadership skills

- Strong understanding of current and emerging threat systems

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
