Description: Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Systems Engineer (Level 6) for RF/EW systems. In this role, you will be performing EW engineering functions in support of subsystem design, development, and integration.

A level 6 employee typically has at least 20 years of professional experience.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Demonstrated expertise in leading teams of EW engineers
- Experience with Radar principles, RF hardware design, physical RF interfaces, or antenna integration onto airborne platforms
- Significant experience working with suppliers
- Proven experience in systems engineering lifecycle, development, requirements decomposition, and application of processes and tools
- Must possess an active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Expert-level experience conducting EW/EA IRAD/CRAD efforts and early trade studies
- EW proposal experience
- Experience as main point of contact for external customers on an EW/EA program
- Demonstrated technical leadership skills
- Strong understanding of current and emerging threat systems

Accountable for Managing a workforce comprised of hourly/represented employees tasked to ensure that LM-Aero Marietta provides for the timely and proper packaging, preservation, marking and handling of classified, unclassified, HAZ-MAT, serviceable and repairable property shipments to their applicable customers in accordance with commercial and/or military specification as well as domestic and international regulations.
- Administers and executes policies and procedures that affect individual subordinate employees.
- Responsible to ensure projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules and work plans.
- Develops work assignments and assesses performance.
- Ability to collaborate with Program leadership and develop cost effective solutions.

This role is a hybrid position based in Arlington, Virginia, and offers a flexible 9/80 work schedule, providing every other Friday off.
This is an impactful opportunity to strengthen key stakeholder relationships with the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), including U/S Acquisition and Sustainment, U/S Comptroller, and CAPE, as well as the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will be responsible for educating Administration and OSD officials on Lockheed Martin (LM) policies, programs, and objectives. You will also assist in assessing the President's Budget Request (PBR) and internal DoD budget documents, communicating budget implications and impacts to other LM corporate offices.
Additionally, you will be involved in the development of LMGA materials for corporate planning sessions, such as the Strategic Planning Conference and LMGA's Annual Strategic Action Plan (ASAP). You will collaborate with LMGA Congressional Affairs on drafting presentations, letters, and reports to the LM Board of Directors.
The successful candidate will also coordinate with LM Investor Relations on DoD and Administration budget details in advance of quarterly earnings reports. You will contribute to LMGA's 21st Century Security cross-functional teams as needed.

You will manage a team of two communicators at this time. In addition, you will be expected to work across LM and the RMS organization, including line of business communicators and enterprise communications team, RMS Technical Assistant network, and other BA/Corp Communicators, in planning and executing the President's communications strategy, to ensure accurate, timely and holistic communications.
THE WORK
Reporting to the Vice President of Communications for Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS), the executive communications lead will provide integrated executive communications support for the RMS President. Working closely with the Communications VP, this leader will develop and maintain an executive communications strategy, including internal and external communications for the RMS President. This includes day-to-day support and will require direct interaction with the President as required. Support will include a full-range of communications including strategies, speeches, talking points, video scripts, memos, organization announcements, webcasts / audiocasts, media interviews - and associated read-ahead materials for speaking engagements. This position will also be required to travel with the President as required for key speaking engagements. In addition, this position will track metrics for all President-level communications and make strategic recommendations on improvements.
The position reports to Jen Allen - Vice President, RMS Communications.
Relocation is not required. Preferred location is East Coast region.
Travel for the position is required and will be approximately 25% of the time if based in the DC metro area. For those based outside of the DC metro area, required travel would be higher than 25%. Other responsibilities may be assigned as required to support the President and the organization.

The Work
This position is for an experienced Radar System Integration and Test engineer who will provide leadership to Integration and Test, checkout, and formal acceptance testing activities for various Ground Based and Multi-Mission Air Defense Radar programs.

THE WORK
RMS is looking for an F-35 Training Operations Manager (TOM), which also serves as a Contractor Instructor Pilot (CIP) to be located at Lakenheath, United Kingdom. This manager will be responsible for the execution of training operations in support of the USAF 48 FW, while leading a team of 15-20 flight instructors, flight simulator system administrators, and IT specialists.
Supports military pilots' flight procedures in maintaining qualification level in the Pilot Training Device by executing approved pilot training syllabi, upgrade, and tactics training. CIP will provide pilot training using the F-35 Full Mission Simulator (FMS). The instructor will primarily operate Instructor Operating Station (IOS) and will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting pilot training and tactics development, as well as recommendations for courseware updates. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin team at dedicated training sites to fulfill F-35 training and continuation training objectives. The successful candidate will implement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs and policies, as directed. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) access. Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Capture Contract Research and Development (CRAD) to support IWSS' technology roadmap for current and next generation programs. Specific focus will be on supporting Advanced Radar systems, Multi-function Systems and Advanced Microelectronics all for maritime applications.

What We're Doing
Our most advanced radar systems are designed by our Integrated Warfare System and Solutions (IWSS) team and we are looking for highly talent individuals, like yourself, with a passion for RADAR and Electronic Warfare Technology. We provide surface, air and undersea solutions, including radar and surveillance systems, undersea combat systems, and surface combat systems and sensors.
The Work
This position will support integration and test, checkout, and formal acceptance testing for various Ground Based and Multi-Mission Air Defense Radar programs.
The engineer will be performing various tasks including but not limited to: technical planning, systems integration, system test documentation development, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. This includes functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into specification documentation.
During formal acceptance testing, the engineer will be responsible for hands-on engineering support of the system, including BIT/PMFL troubleshooting and Live target data analysis. There is the potential for domestic and/or international travel.

You will be an Egress Technician supporting the F-16 Team for the Lockheed Martin Greenville Production and Sustainment Team. Our team is responsible for all Egress System.
What You Will Be Doing
As a member of the Egress Technician Team , you will be responsible for providing status of work documents, establishing/de-conflicting priorities for work accomplished for production and sustainment Egress systems. You will perform on and off equipment maintenance on F-16 egress systems, provide technical guidance for the assembly of the ejection seats, canopies, rails, and other egress system components encompassing the Forward Section of F-16 Production and sustainment activities. Follow/Instill product disciplines to align with Production/Sustainment imperatives of Safety, Quality Schedule & Cost which include but not limited too; fall protection, critical moves and crane lifts, use & disposal of hazardous or explosive materials, adherence, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), material handling and storage of staged and work-in-process (WIP) parts, chemical control and labeling. The role requires technical expertise, effective communication skills, and a commitment to upholding production standards.
~The candidate will be required to:
- Serve as the intermediary between F-16 production or sustainment supervision and perform both on and off equipment maintenance on F-16 egress systems.
- Provide technical guidance for the assembly of ejection seats, canopies, rails, and other egress system components, as well as Aircrew Flight Equipment.
- Communicate and support production goals and objectives for the day/week, follow work assignments, and meet performance expectations.
- Adhere to and instill product disciplines to align with production imperatives of safety, quality, schedule, and cost. This includes fall protection, critical moves, crane lifts, hazardous material handling, PPE use, material handling and storage, chemical control and labeling, clean as you go practices, housekeeping, and tool and FOD controls.
- Support corrective action investigations and root cause analysis to resolve production issues.
- Advise on and implement innovations and process improvements to enhance production efficiency and maintain 6S/lean processes.
- Maintain necessary certifications and qualifications to perform production tasks, including roles as Collateral Duty Quality Inspector and On-the-Job Trainer for the installation/handling of explosive components.
