You will be an Egress Technician supporting the F-16 Team for the Lockheed Martin Greenville Production and Sustainment Team. Our team is responsible for all Egress System.

What You Will Be Doing

As a member of the Egress Technician Team , you will be responsible for providing status of work documents, establishing/de-conflicting priorities for work accomplished for production and sustainment Egress systems. You will perform on and off equipment maintenance on F-16 egress systems, provide technical guidance for the assembly of the ejection seats, canopies, rails, and other egress system components encompassing the Forward Section of F-16 Production and sustainment activities. Follow/Instill product disciplines to align with Production/Sustainment imperatives of Safety, Quality Schedule & Cost which include but not limited too; fall protection, critical moves and crane lifts, use & disposal of hazardous or explosive materials, adherence, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), material handling and storage of staged and work-in-process (WIP) parts, chemical control and labeling. The role requires technical expertise, effective communication skills, and a commitment to upholding production standards.

~The candidate will be required to:

- Serve as the intermediary between F-16 production or sustainment supervision and perform both on and off equipment maintenance on F-16 egress systems.

- Provide technical guidance for the assembly of ejection seats, canopies, rails, and other egress system components, as well as Aircrew Flight Equipment.

- Communicate and support production goals and objectives for the day/week, follow work assignments, and meet performance expectations.

- Adhere to and instill product disciplines to align with production imperatives of safety, quality, schedule, and cost. This includes fall protection, critical moves, crane lifts, hazardous material handling, PPE use, material handling and storage, chemical control and labeling, clean as you go practices, housekeeping, and tool and FOD controls.

- Support corrective action investigations and root cause analysis to resolve production issues.

- Advise on and implement innovations and process improvements to enhance production efficiency and maintain 6S/lean processes.

- Maintain necessary certifications and qualifications to perform production tasks, including roles as Collateral Duty Quality Inspector and On-the-Job Trainer for the installation/handling of explosive components.

Basic Qualifications:

- Candidate must have been previously awarded an Air Force, Marine, or Navy 7-level discipline skill level rating or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated training credentials such as formal military training certificates or manufacturer training credentials IAW DCMA 8210.1c

- Candidate must have 8 years' experience relative to aircraft Manufacturing, Maintenance, Modification, Repair, & Overhaul on Fighter Aircraft Egress systems.

Desired Skills:

Experience with F-16/ACES II seat build-up, rail build-up in aircraft production preferred.

Experience with Shop Floor Manager/Solumina.

Previous Quality Inspector experience.

Previous Training Instructor experience.

Ability to problem solve.

Description: The Army TADSS Maintenance Program (ATMP) is a seven year Single Award ID/IQ contract for maintenance, sustainment, operations, and support of Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS), Live-Fire Ranges, and Instrumentation Systems. The ATMP portfolio includes ~250,000 live, virtual, constructive, and gaming TADSS located at 422 sites worldwide. The primary customer is PEO STRI in Orlando, FL. PEO STRI's published vision for ATMP is integrated, one-stop, world-wide maintenance and sustainment for Army Program of Record (POR) TADSS.

Troubleshoot malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems.

Replace, and rebuild aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, and plumbing and hydraulic units, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brake, welding equipment, rivet gun, and drills.

Read and interpret manufacturers' and airline's maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.

THE WORK

TKO provides systems engineering, software development, data science and cloud development and engineering services to the Cyber Infrastructure Solutions customer. The services enable the Data Transformation, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence processing and sharing capabilities for the customer, fulfilling mission objectives and offering actionable information to detect and mitigate cyber threats. The contract has several locations in Maryland and a small contingent in Texas.

- You are a Principle Systems Engineer with experience as an ISSE/ISSO who will support the Cyber Intelligence Team (CIT) with the creation, management and sustainment of several SSPs and compliance with customer regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications :

A High School Diploma or GED plus twenty-four (24) years of general systems engineering experience.

OR

A Bachelor's degree in an engineering/technical discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 20 years or more of systems engineering experience.

OR

A Master's degree or PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field plus eighteen (18) years of systems engineering experience.

Required Skills/Experience:

- Experience with compliance and certifying a system

- Experience creating, updating and maintaining SSPs

- Familiar with the STE requirements and how to manage that in relation to SSPs

- Familiar with maintaining waivers on SSPs

- Experience working with DSOs/DAOs

- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to brief senior government and technical experts and leaders

Description: What You Will Be Doing

We are currently seeking a dedicated Aircraft technician to join our dynamic team, focusing on the F-22 aircraft. This position is located out of Langley Air Force Base, VA. This pivotal role involves a broad spectrum of responsibilities. Some of the job requirements & responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Service, repairs, and overhauls F-22 aircraft electrical systems to ensure airworthiness.

- Repair, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft electrical systems. Incorporate engineering changes.

- Replaces and repairs worn or damaged components.

- Adjust, repairs, and replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories

- Read and interpret F-22 engineering drawings, technical manuals, electrical systems, understanding symbols, flags, and general notes

- Identify aircraft locations by station, butt-line, and waterline as shown on engineering documentation and technical orders.

- Work typically requires a detailed understanding of the interrelationship of circuits.

- Perform such tasks as making circuit analyzes, and tracing relationships in signal flow.

- Use complex test instruments such as high frequency pulse generators, frequency synthesizers, distortion analyzers, and complex computer control equipment. Work may be reviewed by supervisor for general compliance with accepted practices, may provide technical guidance.

- During periods of non electrical work, application of Low Observable material/SAS maintenance, or other TCTO's is required or such as directed.

- Work in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a clean, FOD-free work area.

- Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

- Must have an Interim Secret Clearance prior to starting.

Physical Demands:

- Coordination with the Event Designer to translate event design and requirements to actionable tasks with the event staff

Work location for this position is south of Annapolis MD area. Continuous rotating Shift Hardware Engineering & Maintenance Team position supporting operations and maintenance for large scale RF Communication's system operating in real time 24x7 environment. Primary responsibility will be to provide operations and maintenance shift support for a large, integrated, complex hardware-software communications system. Responsibilities include preventative and corrective maintenance support across multiple external interfaces over a robust multi-tiered network. Direct interaction with ops customer and mission partners is required to provide technical assessment and operational work around recommendations. Daily activities may include, but are not limited to, discrepancy report work off and resolution, O&M training/mentoring, trending, procedure development, data collection, fault isolation, and performing real-time manual actions to restore system capabilities. Assistance in development of troubleshooting/recovery plans and execution of associated management and customer briefs may also be required. Participation in corrective maintenance will require remove/replace, repair, and testing failed hardware. Candidate will work closely with delivering factories to provide support to development activities, installation efforts, and special test configurations. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information prior to starting.

Must be able to climb multiple sets of stars, lift/carry up to 50lbs, and work in non-environment-controlled work spaces.

Must be available to work 1st and 3rd shifts through a weekly rotation that includes two weekends a month to support 24x7 staffing requirements.

Overall responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensuring that all IT systems are managed, controlled, and updated in a manner consistent with both Lockheed Martin and Department of Defense policies, procedures, and requirements. This includes systems engineering and implementation, routine updates, major upgrades, on-going maintenance and support of hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), Storage Area Networks (SAN), data protection appliances, and other peripherals as well as vulnerability scanning/patching, Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) compliance and adherence to the Risk Management Framework. This position may also be responsible for execution of server initiatives, server asset inventory management, server support and troubleshooting of all server infrastructure related hardware, software and all related tasks and requirements.

All work must be performed on-site, including some off-shift hours, weekends, and occasional travel. The position also will support a 24 X 7 weekly on-call rotation schedule.
