The Industrial Engineer Manager will identify and evaluate financial opportunities and recommend solutions that will drive overall pipeline effectiveness and continuous improvement. Primary objective is to provide analysis and support for the Manufacturing Network to drive overall excellence in customer service and value within Mars Petcare. The position will also drive timely implementation of these and other initiatives at plants and across segment production lines. Primary interface is with the Continuous Improvement, Segment Industrial Engineers, Project Engineers, Activity Managers, Plant Manager, Research and Development, Planning, Sales and Marketing, and other functional business areas as required in plants and national office.What are we looking for?MinimumBachelor's Degreein engineering discipline OR business management3 years' experience in one of the following areas: Production Line Manager OR Site Industrial Engineer and/or Project Engineer OR comparable technical positionProven success in loss elimination through UPS or Kaizen methodologiesExperience with TPM implementation, LEAN tools, Six Sigma Green Belt / Black BeltAbility to work cross functionally and collaboratively with stakeholders in all departmentsA minimum of 3 years' experience leading people.PreferredBachelor's degree Industrial Engineering or Business ManagementMastersDemonstrable skills in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean and solid root cause analysis and problem solving.Ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively with stakeholders in all departmentsAbility to mentor and develop associates at all levelsWhat will be your key responsibilities?
