Description: We are Lockheed Martin

This position will support industrial development / offset programs for current and/or future international customer industrial obligations. Leads engagements and interactions with international industries and with offset organizations within foreign governments to understand applicable regulations and expectations. Leads the development of agreements with offset customers, suppliers and industrial partners. Leads the implementation of offset programs that satisfy commitments on schedule and within program budget. Leads reporting on offset progress, and ensures offset commitments are implemented in accordance with relevant policies and procedures. The selected candidate will support the offset team lead responsible for identifying, developing, proposing, and implementing offset projects and programs in support of international sales for the F-35, F-16, C-130J, and other LM Aeronautics products. Tasking may include although will not be limited to identification, documenting and development of applicable process and procedures, support of offset project development, proposal development, development of program metrics, tracking and reporting, development and maintenance of program documentation and databases.

Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

International travel may be required.

A level 6 employee Typically has 20 - 30+ years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience.

- Relevant Program Management, Project Management, Contract Management, Sub-Contract Management, Offset, Industrial Development, Industrial Cooperation, or Industrial Participation experience.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with proposal writing, ability to develop and / or evaluate business plans and financial risk analysis.

- Experience with EVMS and knowledge of CAM responsibility.

- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in both a team environment as well as independently with guidance from senior members of the organization

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $154,100 - $290,400. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $256,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
