Job Summary

This position defines and develops various enterprise-wide performance metrics, analyzes and recommends data collection process improvements, and ensures data integrity in reporting and analytics as it relates to various fleet and M5 processes and functions. This role will partner with the Sr. Business Performance Analyst to complete various daily, weekly and monthly functions. Additionally, this role will help assist with both IT and process improvements.

Core Functions:

Accurately complete monthly processes to include, but not limited to:

  • Fuel imports - 1st of month

  • P-card load - 1st of month

  • Recall report for Fleet Maintenance - 1st of month

  • Lease imports - mid month

  • 2308 parts inventory closing - 25th of the month

  • 2300 closings to include Idocs - end of the month; starts companywide closing process

  • Complete Blackline parts inventory reconciliation process twice a year (April and November).

  • Pull data requests and/or build dashboards to support various state and federal compliance filings such as the annual EPAct Report, Green Fleet reports, Workplace Charging, Employee EV Incentive Program, HAZMAT reports, Quarterly Guarantees, etc.

  • Develop, build and generate various adhoc reports such as inventory by cost center, by director/VP, utilization by mileage, etc.

  • M5/FA Fleet System administration: updating, adding, testing and/or changing various data fields and user roles.

  • Actively participate on the fleet system consolidation project team by documenting processes, testing scenarios, scrubbing data, etc. to move transition forward.

  • Partner with Fleet Management leadership and the Sr. BPA to develop, identify and measure various KPIs and other performance metrics related to various M5, fleet management and corporate green fleet initiatives, processes and procedures.

  • Assist with special projects or other duties as required or assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience

Required Experience: 3+ years related experience and a Bachelors degree or; 5+ years of related experience and an Associates degree or; 7+ years related experience and a High School Diploma. Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or greater will be considered one year towards the qualifications.

Recent Microsoft Access and Excel experience - intermediate to advanced skills.

Experience creating queries, programs and linking tables to other systems.

Experience creating v-lookups, h-lookups, pivot tables, creating formulas, etc.

Ability to manage spreadsheets with large volumes of data (Ex. 10,000+ line items with 50+ columns)

Ability to generate and customize various reports to meet customer needs.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet stringent daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.

Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Solid written and oral communication skills with the ability to adapt writing and delivery styles based on audience.

Possess a collaborative, team-oriented approach when working with teams.

Ability to multi-task and understand how processes impact one another.

Ability to complete tasks/processes in a systematic, methodical order.

Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced high-volume environment.

Preferred Experience:

Fleet experience, Asset Works M5 or FA (Fleet Anywhere) system experience or similar fleet system experience, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Cognos/Business Warehouse, Power BI, experience with implementing robotics process automation.
