Talent Acquisition Coordinator
KBR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our fast-paced government contract staffing efforts. As the recruiting coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting initiatives that are critical to talent acquisition and the associated compliance requirements. In partnership with the recruiting and program operations staff, this role will support company-wide recruiting efforts, interview scheduling, professional and college event planning, as well as administrative data management and compliance related tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Running regular reports from our applicant tracking system Workday
Assist with OFCCP, AAP and EEO compliance, tracking and reporting
Track Sign-On Bonus and Referral Rewards bonuses
Maintain the records of the enhanced referral program.
Assist with extending job offers to candidates.
Initiate and track pre-employment background investigations and drug tests for candidates.
Update and Maintain the Talent Acquisition Microsoft Teams page.
Track and maintain records on outreach activity.
Lead the logistics coordination for all campus and professional events.
Responsible for maintaining and updating all campus job postings.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleges and universities.
Liaising with other departments including Marketing, Security, HR, and Operations to ensure all requirements are met as expeditiously as possible.
Data entry into applicant tracking system.
Ability to go into the office when necessary
Required:
Experience working in an office setting.
Experience scheduling meetings through Outlook.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
History of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance expectations
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Preferred:
Previous experience in a recruiting environment with an emphasis on exceptional client service.
Previous experience managing OFCCP, AAP, EEO and other related compliance requirements
Experience with an applicant tracking system (Workday preferred).
Security Requirements: Ability to obtain a security clearance
