Description
SAIC is seeking a Senior Intelligence Instructor at the Marine Corps Intelligence School (MCIS) Intelligence Training Enhancement Program (ITEP) at the Regional Intelligence Training Center (RITC), Camp Lejeune, NC to support the Marine Corps Intelligence School and the broader military intelligence community on the Military Intelligence Services Support (MISS) Program. [Hybrid Remote]
Employment Status: Part-Time Casual
Job Duties:
Develop course materials based on analysis of tactical unit requirements at respective RITC locations.
Provide coach/mentor support in the field to units during designated exercises in the area of intelligence related tasks.
Develop, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) model.
Conduct and facilitate intelligence training as directed.
Provide subject matter expertise in support of curriculum development.
Provide training deficiency analysis, including evaluation, for training development and improvement.
Attend USMC Installation facilities meeting as required.
Coordinate, synchronize and assist with RITC East facility maintenance.
Travel will be limited but could be up to 25% of the time.

Active Top Secret/SCI
U.S. citizenship required
Required Skills:
At least two(2) years previous military intelligence curriculum development experience and training
At least two (2) years' experience conducting training management
