SAIC is seeking a Program Manager for Power and Energy to support the US Navy in Crane, IN .
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for management of task orders for NCWC Crane Division, in accordance with contract requirements for technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and escalate challenges to SAIC leadership. Support proposals and be able to support significant capture efforts and proposals.
Primary customer interface for technical matters, information sharing, and basic problem resolution.
Conduct employee performance reviews, compensation-related actions, and staffing and hiring recommendations.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree and 6 years or more of related experience. Master's and 4 years of experience.
Must have experience in managing DoD contracts based on Cost Plus and understand Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables.
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
US Citizenship required
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Prefer either a technical or engineering degree
Prefer technical experience in batteries, printed circuit boards, and critical electronics.
