The Work:
This Engineer will be working closely with the PMO to ensure accurate and on time deliveries to the Customer, manage a team of 60+ engineers and developers, and assist with document creation and program excellence.

Basic Qualifications:
Advanced experience with:
- BOE creation
- Award Fee write ups
- Access Management
- Managing a large team of engineers and developers
- Allocating resources (staffing, facilities, and budget)
- Effective communication with the Customer and team
- PMP Required
- TS/SCI w/ polygraph
Desired Skills:
Experience with:
- Risk Management and mitigation activities
- Executing Performance Excellence Plans
- CDRL Deliveries
- Staffing requirements and needs for a large contract
Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly SP

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
