Description: - Prepare / develop / implement Signature Management (SM) requirements based on plans, annexes and supporting actions for the customer's SM program.
- Senior SM project officer with the ability to interpret policy, research solutions, and provide creative concepts in support of advanced models and exceptional mechanism development to enable the command to implement future requirements.
- Considered Subject Matter Expert regarding SM individual mechanisms; proofread and provide guidance to customers prior to submission of documents to higher headquarters.
- Work with the customer in preparation and filing of SM organizational documents; have the ability to create and maintain database and spreadsheet for respective tracking actions and requirements.
- Organize, lead, and conduct department/section team meetings or working groups.
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing and emerging projects; will serve as the liaison between their office and higher headquarters staff elements.
- Responsible for reviewing project status and preparing reports for submission to government staff sections.
- Assess project issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop solutions to meet signature management requirements in a responsive manner.
- Work with government counterparts in preparation, coordination, and staffing a wide variety of operational and administrative correspondence in support of signature management initiatives.
- Coordinate with other government agencies regarding use of SM authorities, as well as current and future tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Prepare correspondence, to include interoffice memorandums in accordance with Army Regulation 25-50.
- Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Adobe PDF and Pure Edge applications.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have final Top Secret clearance investigated within last five years and able to have access to Sensitive Compartmented Information.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications.
Desired Skills:
- SR Advance Technician Course preferred but not required.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
