Information Technology Asset Management Analyst - Remote - San Diego, CA
Join Serco in support of our Defense Service sector and Systems Integration and Installation Business Unit as an Information Technology Asset Management Analyst providing Technical Sustainment Support, Sustainment Engineering Support, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Configuration Management (CM), and System Installation and Turnover for ONE-Net ISEA. ONE-Net is a navy-wide initiative to install a common and secure IT Infrastructure to OCONUS Navy locations. It is based on Navy-Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) architecture and designed to be interoperable with IT-21, NMCI, and global information grid.
In this role, you will have:
Knowledge of asset management, audit, and reporting systems
Knowledge of lifecycle management (ALM and PLM)
Knowledge of IT systems (software and hardware) change and configuration management desired state configuration
Experience with obsolescence management and performing market research
Experience with integrated logistics support to include license management, packaging, handling, and delivery coordination
Technical knowledge working with quantitative data across disparate systems, databases, and formats
Motivated to provide proactive approaches to deliver increased efficiency and effectiveness
Can explain digital transformation and express objectives and ideal outcomes
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
U.S. Citizen.
Bachelor's degree is required.
5 - 7 years technical experience.
An active Secret or higher clearance.
Valid U.S. passport.
CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.
