Job Description
Defines, designs and implements continuous improvement programs to ensure programs are integrated vertically and horizontally across organization. Defines improvement projects aligned with business strategies. Analyzes improvement programs and potential results. Facilitates and coaches improvement teams. Establishes and maintains performance metrics to measure program success. Installs process excellence supports for program governance, project reviews, communications, training, certifications and rewards. May have six-sigma certification.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree and 10 years of experience. Masters Degree and 8 years of experience. 4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelors degree. 8 years of non-related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelors degree. A relevant professional certification can be substituted for a Bachelors Degree. An Apprentice Certificate or graduation from Navy Nuclear Power School can be substituted for Bachelors degree.
