About the Role
In this role, you ensure shipment is accurately received, neatly stocked, and consistently maintained for our Sales Associates, and you're willing to help the team where needed. The more organized the stockroom, the quicker the sales team can find products and provide the customer a great in-store experience. Your accurate and efficient work in the stockroom ensures your success because you've set the sales team up for success!
What You'll Do
New Brand Associates trained for shipment UPH is met Presentation standards are upheld on sales floor and BOH Store signed to brand standard Presentation standards of clearance through the Clearance Standard Operating Procedure Sets example of urgency when completing tasks Share feedback with Senior Merchandiser's regarding shipment process Executes In-Stock/Replenishment tasks with high urgency
Who You Are
Good communicator with the ability to utilize technology effectively and engage with customers and your team to meet goals
Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as required
Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues/concerns courteously and professionally
Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems
Ability to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on- the-job training
